Excellent service, I am thoroughly satisfied! Matt C came out and evaluated what was wrong with our garage door and he was able to resolve it very quickly. Originally we had thought it was an electrical issue but Matt was able to figure out that our motor was just dead. He even carries extra motors and replacements in his vehicle. So he was able to replace our motor right then and there. He was very respectful and kind, and I enjoyed talking with him. If anything were to happen again I will specifically ask for Matt. This company is not about just trying to take your money, they really do care for the customers and Matt has really proven to me that they do.

Matt with RCS arrived on time in order to repair and service my families garage door. He did a great job and gave me tips of how to maintain a quite garage door. I appreciate his prompt on time service. We will definitely use him for anything in the future.

Got my broken torsion spring and wheels replaced. The garage door is now smooth and noise free. Matt is quite fast paced.

The words "above and beyond" don't even begin to describe these guys. The owner was super helpful, and had amazing customer service. As a woman, I felt comfortable in the presence of the team that came to my home, They were well spoken, professional, arrived on time, called ahead and were attentive to my concerns. When it was discovered that my garage door motor was well beyond repair, they were even able to replace it at that moment (no waiting two weeks for parts to come in!) I couldn't have asked for better service, and I have gone out to the garage twice already to push the button and see it actually open the door! They even adjusted a spacing issue and serviced the rest of the system without being asked. I will continue to use them and will recommend them to everyone!

The commercial door manager Ryan made sure the installers had everything that was quoted in my price.. Dustin, Zach and Daniel were very professional and answered all my questions about my new system.. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone family and friends as well.

AmeriServ worked very patiently to upgrade the hardware on my garage doors, and to also put in a custom garage door/shed vertical opening door. I now have a lot more storage. There was no hassle in the payment amount ... right from the beginning, Ameriserv was forthright about what they would be charging me and they never strayed ... it was something I was very happy about. All of their workers were very professional, and went above and beyond what I asked them to do ... and didn't charge me extra for that extra work. Great experience. Good people ... they're really hungry for the work, and you can tell they work hard to please.

We had a great experience today with RCS Garage doors. I called on Saturday and spoke with Tammy. She was very friendly and helpful as she walked me through some basics troubleshooting questions. I then spoke with Donny who confirmed that the issue sounded like a broken spring. We have a Wayne Dalton door so Donny described a spring conversion kit that we could have installed which would make the door easier to troubleshoot and service in the future. Donny provided a very reasonable estimate and handed me back to Tammy to schedule our appointment. On Tuesday I received a text letting me know who our technician was going to be and then I received a call from the technician, Josh Montgomery, to let me know he was on his way. Josh was friendly and very professional. Within a short time he had the conversion kit installed and the door was functioning! The cost was again very reasonable and worth every penny! We will definitely use RCS Garage Doors in the future. Great customer service experience!! Highly recommend!

I didn't really believed these 5 stars review... But when I got 2 calls confirming my appointment, and a text message a few minutes before the arrival to give me a heads up, I started to think that these reviews were legit.

Well, Matt came a few minutes later, the nicest guy ever, and did a great installation on the new garage motor and weather stripping. Very patient in explaining the different bells and whistles of the new motor and tips on maintaining it. It was a great price too! Matt is awesome and yes, these reviews are LEGIT! Will definitely be doing business with them again.

Wonderful experience. Called to get a quote during this fabulous pandemic, spoke to JD and Ryan Johnston came out immediately to give me a quote for a new garage door and opener install.

It was installed today and they gave me a 9 to 11 window and promptly called and showed up at 9am.

The door is beautiful and I keep going into my garage for that new door smell. I was very pleased with the install and cleanup. I highly recommend them.

The only thing I would suggest to improve upon, if I may, is the communication on the status of the order, and be aware there is a credit card processing fee I was not aware of.

RCS was able to get us scheduled quickly and our technician Steve showed up and quickly identified and fixed the issue. Our sensor wiring had gone bad and Steve had us up and running in no time. Highly recommend them they did an awesome job!

James came to fix my garage door and let me just say what a great experience it was. He showed up when he said he would and worked in a timely manner. I called first thing this morning and the company sent him out right away. My garage door is fixed and working better than ever. I was so stressed out about my door and he reassured me that it would be fixed today and it was. Great company. Kudos to James as well!

Anthony showed up as I was told he accessed what I needed. He then gave me my options and ask what I wanted as well. I agreed to have both new operators replaced from old chain to belt with WiFi and he was short one but upgraded one of my operators for same price. So got one better operator for same price. Everything went smooth. One of my doors seem to be a bit heavy but I ll be calling them back out in few months to replace both my doors with new ones which will be insulated and new seals tracks and all. Great company will definitely be my go to garage door company.

Josh Montgomery did as excellent job with our door garage. He also taught to us how to put oil on all the hinges necessary to maintain the garage door and went the extra mile and took out a wasp nest by the garage door and front door. Bless his good heart!

I had new garage doors installed by AmeriServ about 1 year ago with a Gold Bar Warranty. 1 year later it was discovered that the doors were installed with the incorrect springs. The repair tech Daniel diagnosed the problem and the manager Chas Allison supported the fix at no charge.

Bob, the owner was a true professional. He had excellent communication before our service call, he was on time, and when he arrived he was honest about the condition of our door. We ended up deciding to do a replacement door with carriage style accents that was insulated. They replaced everything. Seriously, the tracks, belt, motor, door, even the rubber lining outside the garage that keeps water and bugs out.

We have new keypad, two new remotes, and new button. We can even open the door from our smart phone.

I was most impressed when I called Bob to tell him my button inside the garage wasn't working. He answered on the first call, was there in less than 24 hours, called me back to apologize that some wiring had come loose and let me know it was all fixed up.

We feel like we got a good deal and dealt with a good man. He is the kind of guy who is out in field with his technicians, but is still able to run the business and communicate with customers well.

This was my first time using RCS. The technician, Ryan, arrived on time, made a thorough assessment, and took care of the problem. He advised me of improvements I could make in the future, but didn t push to sell them today. I ll use them again.

Contacted AmeriServ on a Sunday to see if anyone was available to fix our broken garage door. Within 2 hours, Joe arrived, got the garage door back on track so that it would open, and assured us that a technician would come on Monday to replace the spring. On Monday, we also had a great experience with Josh & Sam, AmeriServ technicians. Our Garage door came off it's track when we returned home on Christmas Night. I started called garage repair places on Saturday morning as my car was in the garage. RCS was the only company that answered their phone. Matt the technician made an appointment for 11 am and showed up on time. Really appreciated quick response and prompt notifications. They even send you a picture of the Tech who is coming to your house. You can get anyone to fix a garage door, but our tech (Ryan) was super nice and friendly. Had it fixed in about 30 mins.

I needed a new garage door opener after mine had fried. The staff was very friendly and made it quick and easy to set up an appointment to have somebody come out. Matt arrived and explained everything about the new garage door opener and installed it in about 45 minutes. I was very happy with the service and would highly recommend RCS to anybody.

I was very impressed with the quality of the garage door. I have owned 4 homes and each home had issues with the doors that needed to be addressed on many occassions. Some of the issues were jumping the track, very loud when opening and closing, broken wheels, not seating tightly against the floor (allowing rodents to enter), rattling noise in heavy winds. My current door is quiet, insulated, and installed professionally.

Bob came out on short notice to see what was wrong with my garage door. The problem I was having was actually caused by cobwebs hanging off the door and touching the safety sensor. He cleaned off the door and checked the sensor, and now the door works perfectly!
