Bob, the owner was a true professional. He had excellent communication before our service call, he was on time, and when he arrived he was honest about the condition of our door. We ended up deciding to do a replacement door with carriage style accents that was insulated. They replaced everything. Seriously, the tracks, belt, motor, door, even the rubber lining outside the garage that keeps water and bugs out.

We have new keypad, two new remotes, and new button. We can even open the door from our smart phone.

I was most impressed when I called Bob to tell him my button inside the garage wasn't working. He answered on the first call, was there in less than 24 hours, called me back to apologize that some wiring had come loose and let me know it was all fixed up.

We feel like we got a good deal and dealt with a good man. He is the kind of guy who is out in field with his technicians, but is still able to run the business and communicate with customers well.
