Contacted AmeriServ on a Sunday to see if anyone was available to fix our broken garage door. Within 2 hours, Joe arrived, got the garage door back on track so that it would open, and assured us that a technician would come on Monday to replace the spring. We appreciated Joe coming so quickly on a Sunday to help us get it working again. His friendliness and expertise should also be noted. On Monday, we also had a great experience with Josh & Sam, AmeriServ technicians. They called 30 minutes prior to arrival, showed up on time, and replaced the needed elements while taking the time to explain everything thoroughly. Highly recommend this company when you run into garage door troubles.
