We had a great experience today with RCS Garage doors. I called on Saturday and spoke with Tammy. She was very friendly and helpful as she walked me through some basics troubleshooting questions. I then spoke with Donny who confirmed that the issue sounded like a broken spring. We have a Wayne Dalton door so Donny described a spring conversion kit that we could have installed which would make the door easier to troubleshoot and service in the future. Donny provided a very reasonable estimate and handed me back to Tammy to schedule our appointment. On Tuesday I received a text letting me know who our technician was going to be and then I received a call from the technician, Josh Montgomery, to let me know he was on his way. Josh was friendly and very professional. Within a short time he had the conversion kit installed and the door was functioning! The cost was again very reasonable and worth every penny! We will definitely use RCS Garage Doors in the future. Great customer service experience!! Highly recommend!
