First when I arrived the Gate security was a little bit rude. The second thing I had to park literally outside the hotel and walk all the way to the lobby The same thing happened when I checked out . The third thing there was a stains on the bed sheet. also I ordered things from the room service and they didn t bring anything. But overall the hotel had a nice decoration

Worst experience in Fujairah .. very bad hotel .. so dusty and dirty cockroaches everywhere near swimming pool .. Very rude staff, no parking ..excuse is Corona ...worst thing is rotten fruits in their breakfast .. it s my last visit.
Spent a couple of days in the hotel. Nice location with friendly staff. Not really a five star hotel. The quality of the food in the main restaurant is below average and overpriced. Breakfast buffet is not up to the standards of hotels of such a category. Luckily the pool bar and the Copper Lobster offer much better food. Not a place to go if you are looking to relax. Music everywhere even on the beach.
Lovely hotel, amazing staff and customer service. Whenever we asked something to be delivered to the room it arrived in no time. However, facilities are limited, only two restaurants at the hotel and they're not that good, but again very friendly staff. Only take sea view as the other ones are awful especially on low floors. The only bad thing about it is the beach, it doesn't feel like a beach it's small and rocky. Sea activities are very nice and good prices too. All in all it's worth it given their prices so I recommend it.
Very nice hotel with all the traditional decor . Pools with many jacuzzi's, access to a nice beach, although everything was nice , I still think the food/ buffet/ breakfast could be cheaper, food was way too expensive . Other than that nothing else to say.

I enjoyed my stay at Fairmont Fujaira and special thanks to Islam who was the perfect guide.
One notice I would like to refer to is the variety of the food is not that attracting, we had to go out many times to enjoy other dishes in a different place.
In total, Fairmont gave me a marvelous feeling.
Good food, adult pool and nice staff always available to help.
If you are going there for a beach stay, you will be disappointed as it is not nice at all.

Excellent accommodation, I thank both Wajdi and Islam from the reception department. The family took care and the children enjoyed the swimming pool, but the barking issue has to be resolved.

I had a long weekend there recently and it was everything I needed. Beautiful setting, great views and sweetly attentive staff. The Spa was lovely and the food delicious. The Copper Lobster (all things lobster including some in the tank you can choose) was a high point for our romantic staycation. We live in Dubai and took Sunday off.so we can.enjoy the groovy peaceful ambient music by the pool. Will be back
The hotel is excellent but the reception staff need more art to deal with the public and welcome them and the speed of the delivery as well as the same observation for the unorganized breakfast restaurant and the management you need to develop these things and in general the hotel is very good in terms of rooms,

Rooms are clean, bright and super comfortable.
The shower is amazing but the water temperature keeps going from cold to boiling in all areas of the hotel.

We stayed at the Fairmont Fujairah last week for our anniversary celebrations ..it definitely was one of the best staycations we have had in a while... The highlight of our stay has to be the team at the property to made sure we had a beautifully relaxed and wonderful stay..
Right from the reception staff, to the housekeeping team and the teams at the Immamai poolside lounge everyone was extremely hospitable and courteous.. You could feel the positive vibe from the staff who were friendly and courteous to all guests alike...
We had a terrace room, which was spacious and had lovely views...the breakfast spread at Canvas was amazing. Apart from the regular continental dishes, they had a good indian breakkie spread too which was great...
The highlight of our stay has to be the team of Robert, Mustafa, Jason and others at the Immamai who made our eveings delightful. Kudos !
Will definitely be visiting again and reccomend the property to friends and family !
I m in house guest at this moment. I found used towels in toilet. Towels are used for the last guest. Shame on 5* hotel with this small mistake. I didn t face this mistake in 3* hotels. ADVICE FOR THE NEW GUESTS AFTER CHECK-IN JUST CHECK THE TOWELS CONDITION.

We had a fantastic stay at Fairmont Fujairah Beach Resort, the hotel is very nice, staff is attentive and service is excellent. We were a party of 4 and tried several restaurants - the food was delicious; we also had lovely drinks by the poolside. It was an excellent stay with lovely views of the Arabian Sea!

One word - disaster , poorly organized hotel.
Not adhering to government regulations as for the covid precautions. Crowded to the extreme with minimum staff.
Ordered 2 breakfast in the room , arrived 1 . We were blamed that we filled the form wrong and they got confused. Although the form was filled with the restaurant representative and she checked everything and confirmed order.
The service is extreme slow. Dinner will take roughy 3 hours. Waiting for the bill 30 minutes.

It's a very nice hotel but I think it need some maintenance speacily the bathroom and house keeping need to be careful for small details while cleaning for we found hair at the shower floor and some part of the basin was dirty

Awful hotel! Scam! Booked in advance, on the way from Dubai to Fujairah we received a call from the hotel to confirm the room, which we did. Upon arrival, the reception was told that our booking was not in the system, although when we started to deal with the manager why this happened, they quickly sent an email with the booking number from the booking with the cancellation. We had 20 more such clients with us. Friday 15 May 2020. Wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone. And all due to the fact that all our rooms were given at a higher price to other customers, generated closer to the weekend.

Very expensive restaurants inside with no other decent options outside the hotel.. Showers don't work properly.. Its really frustrating to take a shower.. Problem exists in the suite and the spa.. no place to have a decent shower in here.. Otherwise the hotel is clean and the reception guy is very nice and helpful

Stayed for 3 nights,enjoyed very much.They had exceptional food ,nice selections in the buffet with fair price.Lava restaurant with tasty food and presentation.Good place for families,at night enjoyed exceptional and fresh food from copper ,crispy shrimps was my favourite dish.

For this price, I don't think it's worth it. Breakfast is okay but not as other hotels. Room lighting is not okay. Very difficult to adjust. Lighting switches are yellowish. Shower cold/hot is not good. You'll need to wait 10min for hot water. Pictures on website are somewhat fake. Don't fall to them. The bed really breaks your back. The hotel has a very nice location and can be one of the best. I think management should do a better job to be honest. All staff are great.if only they had the support from top management.

Extremely warm welcome from the reception team, and from the moment we stepped in hotel, everyone loved engaging with our kids which is always a huge relief.
The team in every restaurant couldn t do enough to look after us, and even at the buffet, the staff would get the kids their favourite without us having to move! Food is super tasty, especially in Copper Lobster, dinner buffet is nice .Overall Amazing!
What topped it all off though was the kids club! The ladies in charge were truly incredible and we can t wait to go back only to see them. Thank you for a lovely time!

The resort has tantalizing view of the ocean. Very relaxing, the staff was very nice.
Sick lovely place with great food and very good service. Unfortunately, the hotel did not reach anything other than the hotel but for us it was not a danger. We just wanted to enjoy swimming and sunbathing and relaxing. A little expensive for lunches if you didn't have it included. A smoothie costs about 100 SEK in the pool bar.

Terrible terrible customer service and VERY RUDE and ARROGANT reservations staff... They managed to ruin the entire booking I made for my family for my husbands birthday thats in a coupe of days! Have spoken to them at least 4 times the last two weeks and not once I got the same information from either of the staff I spoke to!
