The hotel is beautiful. The lava pool is amazing. The room was very clean and spacious. We had a nice balcony view. The bathroom is huge, clean and really modern. However, the beach is disappointing. Dibba is known for the most beautiful beaches in UAE but the Fairmont beach is very tiny and surrounded by rocks. The price of the food is very expensive as expected for the Fairmont, but the quality was not very good. At check in we were not given information about the facilities and services available. We checked in at 4pm even though check in begins at 3, yet our room still wasn't ready and we had to wait. For a five star hotel, we did not receive the service we have experienced at other five star hotels in UAE.

Stayed with family and friends here in Feb this year. Loved the place. Doesn t have much of a beach, but the Lava Pool more than makes up for it. The two kids with us enjoyed themselves no end. Check in was at 2pm and we were given our rooms only around 330pm, but the management was very gracious about this and they offered us all a complimentary dinner which was nice of them. The dinner and breakfast buffets were excellent with lots of choices. The service and staff were warm and courteous as well. But what most caught my eye was the artistic architecture all around. A very aesthetically pleasing interior all over - with art and craft splashed in every corner. Overall a weekend well spent and recommended for a family.

first of all , when we walked in we expected a nice hotel night , but it went worse than we expected. we went in the room and it was nice , we went to swim after a couple minutes and the ONLY nice pool was 18+ which disappointed us because the beach was oily and our slippers were stung because of that . we then wanted to take a shower even though we didn t swim . the shower was cold , we waited a couple minutes and it didn t get hot . they didn t put conditioner , shampoo , hair dryer , and towels . we then went to the reception to tell them about this . we had a lovely dinner which was maybe the best thing considering me and my friend threw up at night . we don t know what caused the throw up but we are sure that we got overwhelmed when we found bed bugs on the beds before sleeping . we then 1 hour later moved to another room but the other room was not clean at all !! but thank god there was no bed bugs . we advise the Fujairah fairmont team to clean better and have better service and rules . we also advice the workers to have experience in these situations because the workers didn t even check on us in the morning and they didn t even know what to do when we had bed bugs on our beds . if they give us an offer or a free night , we wouldn t sleep here ever again ! we went to fairmont Ajman from before and it was WAYYY better . from me to the Fujairah team .
I definitely love this place! The style is awesome, staff is very friendly and helpful, the quality of their rooms on really hight standards, delicious food as well. We had a wonderful weekend in this place and already we are planning to come again. Thank s a lot!
The restaurant Copper Lobster has outstanding food, the burger & lobster dish is to die for & fantastic service from Thae & Sameer must must must try!
I had a dinner at Arena sports bar & kitchen , Menu was perfect , aside from that I would like to add ; we had a delightful waitress Thae and a very recommending with a friendly aura Hind ,she recognized that we wanted time to order and did not rush us at all ,
In the matter of fact , she and other staff member(Taha) made certain that we had everything we needed.
The servers here are wonderful and the food was absolutely wonderful as well from the preparation to the presentation .

My vacation was enjoyable with my family .. I booked online from the hotel s website, and I used to call the hotel before booking and ask a lot, and they were very helpful with me and the arrival time was very helpful and especially Mr. (Islam) all thanks to you and the room is clean with an amazing view The sea (partial view) and you can order breakfast in the room or you can go to the restaurant, but there is no buffet, but there is breakfast on the table immediately for parking (self-service parking for the car to be safe) and there are very cooperative people to transport you from the car garage to the hotel By a small golf car
This is the second time I have been in the hotel and I will definitely re-book with them always when I go to Fujairah
And there is a spa and massage with people who are experts in doing massage
You can order food from outside and you can have lunch or dinner in the hotel's restaurants
I came in the hotel after checking Le Meredian and Rotana ,in front office I met MR Islam he showed us all the rooms and convinced us to take the suite ,our experience was mind blowing and Islam was very sweet and humble ,everything made our trip awesome Thankyou so much

Great value for money. However when you compare to other Fairmonts this one is under par. Though the room is excellent and view of the Marina and sea are great. It's the restaurants, namely the buffets, where the bare minimum is served. Just a few examples: One day fresh orange juice and the next you are unpleasantly surprised by orange juice from packet. Fresh fruit one day was limited to watermelon and normal melon. The waffles are not fresh. At dinner there are no love cooking stations. Also the beach is small and the interior of the lobby and entrance to the Fairmont are distastefully decorated. Just my picky opinion. :)

Place for a family holiday. The food is wonderful. Two swimming pools for adults and one for children. On the shore of the beach of the Gulf of Oman, there is an inflatable attraction with obstacles, I recommend to test yourself for endurance. There are two helipads. Cozy and spacious rooms. The staff is friendly. There is a shop on the territory, I recommend there not to buy souvenirs in Duty Free it is possible to purchase two times cheaper. For example, purchased the perfumes produced by OAE in this store purchased for 125 dirham airport such cost 40 dirham. The hotel can take a taxi, as well as rent a car.

Great experience, wonderful place for relaxation, great and modern rooms, very clean looks sophisticated. Bed is very comfortable, I wish I can have one :)! Great View! quite far from shops. Nothing to say.
