This hotel quite far from fujairah city. But when we reach there its really amazing place and with fantastic landscape. All staffs were good from the beginning untill check out. Inside hotel were very clean and peace. Our room was very big, clean and light , with balcony and you can enjoy with amazing view especiall sunrise... room set up also was nice. Thanks for the good services from in room dining Ulug'bek and from iammai Muhammad . We liked kids area and playground , my kids really enjoyed. The hotel has many intertainmants. One of them is aqua bounce we liked more very interesting and adventurous and beach also quite fantastic in the water you can see a lot of fish we really enjoyed with it... we will come again. Thanks for all fairmont team

Worst hotel with so many wrong infos given by employees over the phone.
We got the all inclusive package at reservation and after the booking we knew that there are only limited choices for breakfast lunch and dinner and the worst choices or the cheapest types of alcohol for the all inclusive, knowing that we paid around 4000 aed for the 2 nights. The choices of food are cheap compared to the amount of money paid.
There wasnt any tooth brush and tooth paste nor any body bath fiber in the room.
The place is totally different from the photos on the internet. Too small pool and beach area. Pictures are photoshoped.

Great property away from the city and very relaxing. Rooms are so clean and housekeeping did a great job in giving attention to detail. Smell in lobby feels welcoming. restaurants have good choices of food. Will be back with my family.

It was great experience for relaxation. We liked the resort decorations, our room with nice view outdoor play area was wow and the kids club was great, we spent great time at the beach...

Elegant hotel with lots of well-thought facilities. Spotless rooms, delicious fresh breakfast. The only disappointment is the beach: somehow the water is muddy, the seabed is full of rocks and shells, it is a bit of a walk from the main building. The pool is excellent though, specifically the Lava one: no chloride smell afterwards, its colorful design is attractive and has got a few jacuzzies as well. Great holiday property if the beach isn't your priority.

The kufi is not suited to the standard of the hotel

Nice resort with comfortable rooms and relaxing sea views. The pools are good, with a dedicated adult pool and a large family pool. Restaurants are limited but food is good.

Fantastic resort , I love the sunrise view from this resort. Very helpful staff.

This hotel deserve 5 stars for the following reasons:
Reception: so friendly, they explain everything in details so you won't have to ask anything.
Room: spacious with balcony and so clean, beds are comfortable, bathroom has showers and tubs...
Breakfast: many options and delicious.
Dinner: many options available, I didn't like the taste of main dishes, but I can tell they are experts in appetizers, it costs around 149 AED per person ( no drinks served even water).
Swimming pool: so spacious and open to the sea, there is a space for kids, beside children area where you can leave your kids ( for free ) and enjoy your time.
Parking: free and available in site.
Location: breath taking, between the mountains and the sea.

The hotel is very clean and family friendly, there is no night club here and that makes it more calm and relaxing, it worth every penny you pay for.

We stayed at Fairmont For 2 nights and everything was amazing. Beautiful Clean rooms, Amazing Friendly Staff including their Shisha Supervisor who was very nice, Great Restaurants and food. We would recommend it to everyone and suggest to keep Fairmont as your first choice when thinking about a short vacation.

Staffs are great! lovely hotel with an amazing view of the ocean. Amazing and clean rooms, view form the balcony is beautiful. Had a very good room. Pool is great as well..One word to describe this Hotel "AMAZING".

The best part around the hotel is the beach area. You can have a dip and rest in the rocky and sandy beach

Enjoyed my weekend in this marvelous property, very spacious bathroom and comfortable bed, the welcoming nice scent in the lobby just made me feel am in the right place.

The hotel, in general, is very comfortable and upscale and caters to all groups, especially children, as there are many entertainment facilities for children and adults.
And do not forget the distinguished service at the reception, especially the distinguished brothers, Mr. Islam and Mr. Syed, who were mainly and distinguished in our service

The location, location and accomodation are very nice and the staff are smiling and the place is very suitable for families

Extremely great service, professional staff and very helpful! I informed them I have celiac and they ensured that cross-contamination of gluten is avoided to provide me with safety during dinning. Definitely a pleasant experience!

Unique style of luxury,proffesional staff who made our whole stay memorable with diff kinda towel animals.rooms were always clean and spotless.

Very amazing hotel and beach resort! There are several amenities which swimming pools and equipped beach that you enjoy your time with everything! The housekeeping staff was very friendly and polite that you feel free everytime! Very beautiful lobby, bright and comfortable rooms! Especially romantic set up and towel art were very amazing that I was surprised and enjoyed! Everyday they give room make up service so, the hotel is absolutely clean! It was brilliant!!! I hope that next time also we will visit there and enjoy our time!!!

Had a wonderful experience at fairmont hotel, Lava pool was unique, huge and colorful great place to take pictures, however they should fix the blow dryer barely works. And housekeeping was a slight issue when I asked the hotel to bring complimentary water I got a simple reply saying house keeping is sleeping though in the end they sent me water. This hotel was much better than Rotana hotel but the breakfast in Rotana had more variety of breakfast. Also they didn t allow any cover ups in the pool. No Toothpaste and toothbrush kit!

Bad experience old furniture dirty room people in reception not helpful

Very dirty hotel inside out especially amid Corona! 103 minutes for check in from unprofessional staff! Found some very weird additions to my bill! So Beware / attentive big time! Food so so! 2 hours to get a burger!Manager was without a mask even in the Middle of Corona! Packed hotel as facilities are very narrow unlike other hotels nearby!Very expensive hotel! Definitely not a 5 star not even 4! Spacious rooms though! Small parking so you end up parking outside!

Amazing! Except a few things.. everything else was amazing.. didnt like the pillows, you have to request room service and the food everywhere was cold..

- Nothing to do after 7pm
- No sanitizer or n the room

We had a truly wonderful weekend in Fairmont Fujairah. the breakfast in Canvas was a real feast with a wild range of food selection.
The poolside "lava restaurant" offers a satisfactory selection of dishes. we tried the Nasi goreng and lava burger was super delicious. we thoroughly recommend this hotel as a top choice in Fujairah.

Thank you for the lovely Welcome set up in the room, such a lovely place and very nice balcony. My friends and I enjoyed our stay. Clean rooms, nice comfortable huge bed, we were in Radisson and other hotels near by Dibba but Beds here are Amazing. I wish I had one at home. Bathroom is big compared to Le Meridien. Will come back this December I hope we can have free upgrade :)

The LAVA Beach is very clean. My room is very clean and the view is so nice. The hotel over all is amazing. Staffs were great specially the housekeeping which did a very nice set up on my bed before my arrival

Great Hotel, friendly and welcoming staff, tasty food and a fantastic place to relax.

Its a beautiful hotel, however no proper beach access (only a small part which is mostly surrounded by wave breakers) so there are no waves in its corresponding beach.
Other than that the hotel is very clean, beautiful and has a wonderful view on both the sea and mountains.
Toilet is also gorgeous as you have access to both a shower and a bath tub (which has a window that will give you sea view while sitting in it)
The hotel has two swimming pools, but no extra activities for entertainment .. only watersports, beach and pool...

Poor and slow service in every facility of the hotel . They can t manage to provide a good service as we wanted to ask the receptionists a question and had to wait for more than 20 minutes and we left without being approached by anyone. They were serving others without paying attention to who s was waiting before. Never coming back!! They need to improve their service quality.

Arena sports bar is a nice place.they have nice bar bite food ,very amazing belly dancer,nice in-house music,great pool table and baby foot ball table as well.If you come with your friends you can get great time.All staff are friendly and patient.Especially Thae,.Thank you so much.

hotel is fabulous with a very artistic design, beautiful concept of black and white decorations in lobby. Beautiful and clean rooms. Complete set of amenities, clean bathroom with bathtub and there are two separate cubicles for shower and water closet area. Its a quiet place and perfect for couple. We will come back for sure

I cannot give this hotel more than 2 stars, we were kept waiting more than one hour to check in despite emailing the hotel and confirming our check in time at 3pm however we finally checked in at 4:15pm however they offered us a free drink, room was big with nice bathroom, terrace was extremely dirty and full of cigarette buds and dust and clearly wasn't cleaned before we check in, room was missing water cups, room service didn't clean the room the following day until we called, all food items are over priced (spaghetti bolognese is 90 dhs before tax!!!), mini bar in the room was empty, breakfast is very ordinary and nothing special, they kept us in a queue for 15 min just to be seated for breakfast!!!! beach is far and extremely small, no sign of any activity or even music on both pools, all you hear is kids crying!!!! overall bad experience and would not recommend to a friend or think of coming back here.... One positive point I forgot my camera by the pool and was about to check out but the Egyptian supervisor came to me and asked me if it was mine, I would have definelty left without it except for him so well done!

The bed is clean and fresh. The bathroom design is luxurious. You wouldn't want to leave your room during your stay.
