Overall a nice property with a very good family pool. Quite a few venues are for adults only, which is a bit annoying for families, but caters for other target groups I guess. Food feels a little pricey but it's good. I'd have preferred if the restaurants would spread out guests more during this pandemic time, rather than clustering the occupied tables into one area. Cleanliness in the rooms could be improved.

Excellent ! Excellent ! Excellent !. Our stay was above and beyond our expectation and the room was to die for - "WOW", and that view, it was breath taking and so serene. The service was professional, Personalized, tailor made all at the same time. 1 thing we noticed that was uniform through out the hotel, was the ever smiling and courteous staff (Mr. Brian your leadership skills truly reflect in the behavior and attitude of all the staff) a big big big thank you to all your team - Nicole, Natalia, Arun and nagar something ( i am sorry you had a very complicated name but you were really excellent upon check in with our luggage assistance). The room was so beautiful, nice and fragrant (rose), The HK team really did a wonderful job with the cleaning, right amenities and the towel art was very unique. You made us feel so special with the birthday cake and the personalized welcome note from the general manager.

Wonderful place for family, group outings and couple. The design of the hotel is unique, big terrace and what an amazing view from the room. Great cleanliness, we used to have extra coffees and water. Great room size, the bed is amazing!!! it has bed topper which makes my sleep so comfortable. I'm in love in this hotel, long drive but worth it.

The service staff were superb and friendly, which really excelled our experience. The english breakfast at Canvas was lovely was cooked well. The copper lobster restaurant a lovely choice of restaurant and I marked it solely a 5 on 5. The adult pool hit the right sweet spot with the aclectic build of black and blue tiles, the jazz band playing right at the pool edge, and the good choice of music. I would mark it a 5 out of 5 if the beach was inviting - it's not. It was empty and very small. The 2 nights we stayed we left the resort to go a clearer and more wide beach close by. The spa also was not the best experience, and this wasnt a outlier experience but both me and my friends didn't get the message we paid for. It was meant to be deep tissue and "muscle melt", with a facial. But I had to repeat to my masseuse the message as she was soft handed. Thereafter, both me and my friend got back aches wit twangs of pain here and there which signaled that the massage wasn't done right. I give the spa experience 2/5.
Amazing property, the view was beautiful from the room we stayed. The have nice and huge spread of breakfast buffet. Staff was absolutely cooperative and friendly.

Negative points: the receptionist (bad dealings and tried to convince us to a room on the 3rd floor, and we told all the rooms the same thing, but after our insistence we see the upper floors, we noticed the vast difference in the two rooms) !!
2- Hotel cleaning services are bad, just basic staff, but cleaning, wiping and disinfection is very bad
3- The bed is not comfortable at all, and the pillows are old and worn out and never comfortable
4- The beach is very small
5- Getting to the family swimming pools is a very long way compared to the adult swimming pool
6- Swimming pool employees are not cheerful
7- The poolside restaurant juices are unnatural (normal Lancor juice, and we think it is natural) !!
8- The lobby is very small
9- The distance from the supermarket is at least 10 km

We had a fantastic one night stay at the t Fairmont Fujairah .
The pool and beach were great, food was good (if not brilliant) , Breakfast variety is great, dinner in the main restaurant is very tasty with wide selection of dishes, it was an Italian night out there, so me an my husband had very tasty pasta , and some other Italian dishes. Food Price in a main restaurant is worth to what they serving .
Rooms were fabulous - we were in - central rooms with amazing views.
I would thoroughly recommend this hotel. We've stayed in a few hotels outside of Dubai for a weekend (the usual RAK, UAQ and Ajman stays) and this was by far the best weekend we've had. I'm going to book again to return as soon as we can.

Decent place !! Service at the height !!! The price is not small! Getting there is also not easy, you can take a car or a taxi from Dubaev, or using a tour program, multilingual staff, including Russian, Ukrainian English and many other languages. And of course the magnificent view of the Indian Ocean !!!

Great view! Quiet place, would recommended for family and couples especially those who would like to celebrate special occasion. As soon as you enter the lobby you feel welcomed, it was so fresh with a nice flower display in the middle. Guestrooms are lovely, room is fresh, the bed is amazing. Definitely will return!

Without doubt one of the favorite resort hotel I stayed during my time in hotel ! Upon arrival we were warmly welcomed by the staff . The staff was extremely friendly, the restaurant very flexible (appreciate this!) and the lava pool bar waiters Bijay deserves a special thanks. We had two great evenings here, which obviously also added up to the experience.location was very good,big swimming pool we like the Jacuzzi,kids enjoyed the play ground the stuff in the play ground was so friendly
There are very few Russian-speaking staff, the only girl at the reception who speaks good Russian is constantly standing with a sour face. I didn't want to ask for help once again. They never met us at any of our requests, although the hotel could have met us and left a positive impression of itself. We went on an excursion and no one warned us that if we come back later than dinner, we will not be able to reschedule it the next day. But the attitude towards the locals, who stay at their hotel for the weekend, is strikingly different, they are greeted with a tray of tea, they smile in all 32 teeth and tell everything in detail. Hotel administration, do you think it is nice to see such a division for guests from other countries?
The territory of the hotel is unkempt, there is nowhere to walk, everything is unfinished, there are very few beautiful places. There is a very weak water pressure in the shower, the water heats up for a long time, as well as a weak wi-fi. The spa has very nice staff, but also a minus with water in the shower, the taps are unregulated and it is very difficult to adjust the normal temperature, either boiling water is poured or cold water is immediately flowing.

I visited fairmont fujairah beach resort. And oh my God it was a place I have never been before .the food, the cocktails by the bartenders from Cameroon was very amazing. The waiters were very polite and welcoming. The pool big anough with Jacuzzis to relax .it's a happening place.
Its a nice getaway place .. great welcoming , very friendly helpful staff , loved the fancy rooms , great view , didn t like the swimming pool bit small , and water was warm annoying warm as the weather is hot , kids are all over bar area pool bar yes jumping over the bar ! Pool bar area should be well managed and monitored. They do have sea sports we played was so much fun .. the beach area is bit small as well as not well cleaned and equipped if u love beach and u are only going to swim in the beach don't go there .. good feedback on the shisha .. AMAZING breakfast ! Staff took a good care of us even though was bit busy , food was yummmi fresh , tasty , lots of variety , good service , the place is very clean and organized, staff are very polite, they work well under pressure and busy days . If it was public holiday make sure to go to the restaurant early before 7:30 if u don't like it crowded .
