This beach resort is very convenient for relaxation. Especially the rooms are very clean and there is a good atmosphere between visitors and staff. The rooms are great and the bathrooms are very clean.

Loved the room and the royal service staff. Lava restaurant has delicious food and options, definitely better than their in-room dining options.
If you have entertainer, you'd be happy that all their restaurants are listed on it but you'd be surprised that none of them accept it. Save yourself the trouble and not take it up with them as it's pointless.
Overall a positive stay, the rooms are super comfortable. Post Covid, they've taken the necessary steps to make you feel comfortable.

We had a nice room, nice fresh scent, spacious with a balcony and bath tub in the toilet. The king bed was very comfortable. The amenities are good: they have two pools, one a part of lava beach club and one more near the Canavas restaurant

From the beginning i liked this place
What made my journey perfect from the beginning is the reception staff, Mr. Basel and Mr. Sayd who did all their best to make my stay smooth, and comfortable. Cleaning, and the pool services are perfect. I really recommend this place and wanna thank these tow gentlemen (Basel & Sayd) for they did.
In the resturant, the staff are very helpful, flexible, smiling and really try their best to make you happy. I thanks Mr. Mostafa, senior server (from moroco) so much for his endless effort to give my family the meaning of food happiness.
I am again strongly advise every one want to spend comfortable happy stay to come to this hotel.

Great place to go for a quick getaway from the city of Dubai. Beautiful hotel in a beautiful place. Note that there is a happy hour for drink until 5pm ( I guess ) . Food seems to be expensive for dinner so went to the restaurants nearby which sold traditional Arabic food

My stay in this hotel was AMAZING! Very friendly staff, a variety of food selections, a prayer room, a gym,swimming pool and activities such as a kids club and jet ski and other sea activities. I really enjoyed our stay with my family and hopefully we will visit next time.

We were stayed in this Hotel already several times and each visit is unforgettable. Service was on the high level. I would like to say thank you for Emad and Nigel they were so friendly and professional. They were preparing amazing smoothies - really must try. Hotel area is big so you can enjoy working around. Room was nice, clean with amazing view.

It was a great experience, the place was nice.
One issue we face during breakfast. It was taking a long time to bring the food. Could be because of the Alakat menu Cruz of Covid 19.
Other than that I do recommend this place for others. Quite area and nice for relaxing.
Amazing decor. Very comfortable rooms. Love the pool and Jacuzzis. Great breakfast. What I didn't like was the beach, small and Rocky. Hard to walk on it but great for collecting shells. Also rooms have very little amount of bath products and coffee/Tea. You have to call for more and room service takes a while. Might be better to bring your own shampoo/soap etc. Staff are great. Drive 30min down to Khorfakkan to have dinner in front of waterfall and Amphitheater.
Indeed great get away for weekend. Artistic design of lobby, beautiful frames and huge painting near the coffee shop. Connecting rooms are very nice, perfect for family to stay in because of its size. Clean rooms. It makes our stay comfortable. Will definitely come back.

Stayed here during last long wekeend. It is a lovely place to stay, the room is nicely designed and spacious, perfect for a family with kids. There are three large swimming pools and a good size private beach.
beach area is relatively small and clean and clear water, a good long section with small pebbles which makes it better to walk on for reflexology treatment, got a room with an excellent view for sunrise, breakfast was very delicious but exact repeats everyday for 3 days we were there, staffers all around were pleasantly polite, access for baby strollers going to the beach and pool and kids club is very inconvinient which was too far away to get to the elevator, check in and check out process was extremely effortless, price was reasonably pricey due to the peak season, in room decor was all around very beautiful and amnities complete, carpark underground access by walking down the car ramp which felt a bit unsafe at nitht due to poor lighting, car park by the external roadside was well lit but have to walk which was ok, buggy is available but not all the time is available.

A lovely place for sea and relaxation activities and a wonderful weekend
Absolutely new, very comfortable hotel with a high level of service and even more valuable with a very high level of service staff of any level. Each request or question instantly finds the response at the right level and does not matter at which level the request was received. It is very important for me.
Not all construction is completed, the construction of a large swimming pool with additional services is being completed near the beach, but work is proceeding neatly and without disturbing guests.
The beach is not big, but quite sufficient. I discovered a wild beach on a rocky shore 7 minutes from the hotel, plus water-motorized types of recreation at prices comparable to this region.
In the evening, live music in a duet with a gentle breeze disposes to complete relaxation.
He advised to visit this hotel again if the rest will be in the UAE.
The hotel facilities are really good in terms of the pool, beach and outlets. The food at Canvas restaurants is really delicious for breakfast and dinner. The service is not up to the fairmont standards starting from the checking, the receptionist wasn t really welcoming neither she tried to engage with us while checking us in. it looked like she doesn t really want to do the job. The elevators for the hotel stopped working for more than 3 hours, consequently, guests on high floor couldn t have access to their rooms. it was my first time to happen for me in. A 5 stars hotel, and it gives an indication about the hotel maintenance. Regardless of the issue, the hotel management team didn t offer any other alternative or complimentary beverages while the guest is waiting for the elevators to be fixed. The team in the hotel has no knowledge about a proper service or customers loyalty. We asked one of the concierge to deliver one of our bags back to the room and we kept looking for the bag as the concierge decided to keep it without giving us any indication. We complained to the manager on the front desk and she tried to defend the situation rather than thinking of how to make the guest happy. My overall experience that I didn t feel as a valued guest, we are not coming back and Fairmont has to clearly look into the style of management for this hotel as its hurting the brand!
