The Fairmont Hotel in Fujairah is sweet and distinctive. The entrance and the lobby are beautiful with distinctive paintings and wonderful sessions. The staff are excellent at dealing with visitors and the main restaurant is lovely. The variety of food is not very good, but the food is very good. The road to the hotel from Dubai and Abu Dhabi is excellent from Emirates Road and Al Shuhada Street until it reached Dibba and Al Aqah. Peace for all

It was wonderful stay and enjoyed a lot, and more over mustafa and Islam are very attentive and helpful during our stay. Most recommended hotel in this part, hope its helpful for others.

Very peaceful place to end your long drive, chill and come home. We went to the rooftop bar, it was great. Best time would be go on a full moon day. The lava dining, lava pool bar is also cool with live drums and hit billboard playlist. Served shisha, micktails, cocktails, finger rolls, salads, main course. Great place for launches, client party, dance and music.

We were, or are currently still, guests in this beautiful hotel. Except for a few small things, it is really recommended for a short vacation. Particularly noteworthy is the kitchen, you guys do a great job, it really tastes fantastic. The service staff is also super friendly and quick.
The pool areas are really great. Only the toilets are unfortunately often misused and cleaning takes a while. The pool bar is ok, but the selection for all inclusive is really small. The bay is unfortunately not like that, few lies on the beach and a lot of dirt in the bay. Weird whitecaps on the water ... didn't invite us to swim.
5 stars are completely ok for this resort, and the spa is a real highlight.
Now to the rooms, we have a one bedroom suite absolutely the Oberhammer :-).
The reception on the day of arrival was also very warm.
Audience at the moment is 3/4 Russian, the rest, German, Arabic, Asian.

Very nice resort, especially food and beverage outlets. We enjoyed the seafood selection at Copper Lobster, Arena Sports Bar was our favorite place , very nice cocktail,good beer and wine selection,

Comfortable rest is provided in this hotel. We had previously visited the OAU. We stayed in Dubai this time, it was just a beach holiday without worries and not a city hotel. Last time we had already seen the local beauties.) And so the first thing we liked was the staff. Professionally and quickly. Service is at a good level and most importantly, many of the personnel from the CIS countries and with the Russian language are no problems. Everyone is smiling very attentive and quickly fulfill any request.

it is my first time in Fairmont Fujairah everything here is nice all the staff friendly special thank to Mr. Islam from reception .Of course we will return again

The hotel is very special as the smile does not leave a pleasant crew especially Professor Islam as well as Professor Mustafa

The cleanliness and pandemic precautions have been maintained and observed. Excellent room service, restaurants and bars.

I would love to come back again and again, it feels like home to me watching beautiful sunrise and sunset. Perfect and peaceful gateway for beach lovers.

We stayed in this hotel few days in January, and we had a very good break from hectic Dubai. Very good hotel, great facility, good beach. all staff are friendly, and since we are foodies, I must say that they have great restaurants, wide selection in breakfast buffet,a lots of options . Good themed dinner buffet , we tried italin night and it was great.
also we tried a sea grill restaurant, great food and service, with excellent seafood dishes, not expensive price for what you received on plate .

A good place to chill and escape the big city. The place and people were excellent.

God is very beautiful and sophisticated and the rooms are a lot big

Pools were cool and the shut pool fantastic.

My only complaint is we were next to a room of very loud children and they did not sleep! In retrospect we should have asked to change rooms or known to change when we saw the door to make it ajoining. We even asked them to turn down the voices to no success in the long run.

This is one of the best resorts which I visited. It is luxury, clean & comfort.
They are focusing on the small details.
They care with their customers from the beginning of booking. hence they authorized the credit card with 1 AED only and refund it immediately without holding any amount.
They calling us before reaching to know the exact arrival time to serve us much better.
They are welcoming us with a cold juice.
Has quick valet service.
In terms of the rooms, the are very clean with good space, and equipped with luxury furniture.
The swimming pools are huge and warm.
The breakfast is delicious.
It has a nice location in front of the Gulf of Oman.

Special location good atmosphere and safety during ( corona ) managers are professional and have very great level of customer service specially ( jerry ) and the manager Hassan was very good and helpful even the staff very friendly . We decide to stay more 2 days because of the weather and good welcoming .its like feel at home ..thank you

I and my family had nice experience, nice friendly staff but we had problem with the rooms because of the humidity in the rooms

It was amazing night i really enjoyed spending my time there, location was gorgeous with the view and beach, We were in Lobster and the food was very tasty, I especially liked the way the girl sings, we enjoyed the music and polite staff all evening

Nice hotel, some great staff. Emad was running around managing all the customers expectations at the pool bar. He will make a great manager. Parviz was great at reception he went above and beyond to ensure the whole family were happy.
The kids enjoyed the floating obstacle course. We had hours of fun there.
Overall we had a great experience and we will return to the Fairmont.

I can say one of my best stays I ever had.
Staff was very friendly, rooms and areas were very clean and spotless,arena was amazing.
I would say it's a perfect bundle of luxury for your vacation .

Extremely unhappy with receptionist! Very very poor communication. Just to get rid of you! Sorry guys, you just opened up one week ago and you can t handle busy hotel??!

I went to ask to extend our check out for an hour but I wasn t even able to ask! I have 2 small kids and all I wanted is to feed the baby around 12-1 in the room. He rejected without even listening to me. With explanation that hotel is full and he has to SANITIZE THE ROOM! Second, our entertainer voucher was not accepted even tho in entertainer app we have main course to use! They said no, we just opened hotels and we don t allow any discounts! Not acceptable! As long is in the app it must be obliged as customers bought the app to use the discounts.

Rooms service was good. Guys good job! Otherwise very very poor service. Even at the pool bar he kept as waiting too long saying he is really tired from fasting! It s like people are really pushed to do the job. I wouldn t expect this from such place like Fairmont with my 7 years of work in hospitality. Very poor!

Amazing rain shower, spacious bathroom. The black and white decor was pretty. The room was fresh and clean

Very good hotel, great escape from hectic city. We stayed here fro three days, end every day was memorable!!! Staff is very friendly ,special thanks to Mastafa, Breakfast selection is good, food taste delicious . It was a bit busy during the weekend , and we had to wait for few minutes before enter the Restaurant but it understandable. They have an amazing kids Club, our kids are enjoyed it. The real Highlight of our stay was Seafood Restaurant. Everything is Superb from the Service to the Food. I did not expect that in Fujairah we could get in to the restaurant caliber of the Best Dubai Restaurants. Try Local oysters and seafood couscous. Top!

Staycation amidst covid-19 was absolutely refreshing and rejuvenating.
The resort adhered to all safety protocols which made my stay more enjoyable and carefree.

Amazing hotel for families. This is the second time we use it and we are really happy with everything.

Great view, quiet place and recommended for family and couples especially those who would like to celebrate special occasion. Guestrooms are clean, room smells fresh, the bed is comfortable. Canvass food are amazing. Definitely will return!

One of my favorite resorts of all time! Beautiful property with a unique black&white design - not what we are used to see in Middle East! Quiet and peaceful atmosphere promotes total relaxation. The beach and the beach club are not yet ready, but the pool is very nice and you can still enjoy water sports from the marina side. Needless to mention the delicious food, amazing spa and very attentive staff - highly recommend this hotel for a little getaway from the city!

One of the best resorts in UAE, great facilities and cleanness, many activities to do, you can spend full day in the resort enjoying many things there, they have many restaurants with different tastes, staff was friendly, very fast check in and check out.

The food was amazing and they have a wonderful menu, the waitress Ms. Thae was very supportive and helpful.

Moustafa, Islam, Christine very lovely team I wish I could have them all home and make me feel so special as they have done in the hotel .. very professional, happy even the situation of COVID they still smiling and showing professionalism to the customers.
