We had a very very pleasant and memorable time during our stay cation. The rooms were very clean and the decor was refreshingly different. The food during breakfast and dinner tasted really good. We must mention all the lovely staff at Canvas, who were so quick and responsive and courteous. The chef , sous chef everyone did their best to accommodate our dietary requirements, with good options. The property has a very calming , peaceful, relaxed environment

We decided to visit Fujairah for a relaxing holiday, and chose Fairmont hotel. The staff was very nice from the very beginning, when we were arranging our visit (Thanks to Mr. Arun) till the very end. The food, swimming pools, spacious and elegant rooms, and overall atmosphere made our holiday a blast. During our stay we also took part in activities offered by the hotel - water aerobics and swimming classes were just amazing thanks to the professional trainer Mr. Mina.
I highly recommend.

The hotel is very good. The only thing that spoils it, the view around, but this is certainly not the fault of the hotel. Hotel in the suburbs, near construction. If you like to sit in the room and not go outside the hotel, you are here

After unwinding.. went to the reception and apologize to Patrick coz basically it is not his fault what happened earlier when we check in. He is amazing and very polite. You guys should be glad to have this amazing person. Great customer service and very understanding and patient with us. He sure does exceed my expectation in customer service. This review is for Patrick. We check in October 12, 2020. I would recommend this place because of him. Kudos to you Patrick.

Excellent hotel The road was long and because its location is beautiful My children enjoyed the logic of the siren and the area is beautiful I love to thank Mustafa, Faisal and Islam from the reception for a good treatment and a permanent smile

We had such a good time. Friendly staff, good food and nice location with a beautiful views.

The hotel has a beautiful view to the sea from the most rooms. There is a possibility to enjoy a stay with a children in a shared suits of a Family Room. The hotel offer a good breakfast with choice of salads, cheeses, breads and hot meals for every taste. On a small territory they managed to located two swimming pools ( for experienced adults) and for beginners and children, beautifully decorated in attractive colors and illuminated at the night time.
The access to the sea is narrow and protected lagoon that is good for the safety reasons.
I chosen this place to rest and enjoy facilities like spa/ sauna/ fitness/ biliard.

Nice pool and enjoyed the mocktail with passion fruit.Food in Lava restaurant is must try , food comes with value for money .Very good facilities my favorite was the aqua bounce . Well spread breakfast and engough variety for adults and kids.Copper lobster is the limelight must try the paella .Overall great experiance with nice menu selections in outlets .

Had a night's stay with my wife at this property and words cannot describe how much a great time we had. from the friendliness of staff in front office to a mouth watering buffet at the canvas for iftar, Paulette was very helpful and walked us through the buffet to enable us have an easy and memorable iftar. Feisal, Robert, Arun, Mattar and Ali ensured we had an effortless check out to a smooth transport recommending easier ways of travel. If you are looking for a perfect getaway with a view to die for and very hospitable staff. This is the heart of it all.

Am writing from my room at the hotel at present , overall experience is good the reception , the check in all are good , my comments are Mainly limited to the restaurant Sevice which is unusual

But the food quality and taste both are below acceptable level for some dishes like sea grils or mixed girls they needs a lot of work

I noticed that the restaurant staff are new and Juniors but I noticed English language is poor for some of them though they are kind and respectable

I noticed that they are not aware of the menu contents and kitchen services so you can t Ask them and question and wait for immediate reply

Other than above I plan my coming back again .

Spent 1 night with my husband. The might give you the impression that it is old but inside it s completely neat, clean and organised. The staff were so kind and responsive. The food is also tasty you can enjoy eating next to the pool. Highly recommended

Checking hotels around Dibba and I'm impressed in Fairmont! cool restaurant,pool seems small though but still modern. Lobby design is beautiful plus the fresh welcoming scent., such a clean place. Great view for social media post.

Guestroom is spacious, balcony view is breathtaking, the room is very fresh. The black and white concept is luxury. Definitely will be back and will recommend.

Good place to stay new building great views and pool

The new Gem of Fujairah, it's a very chic place. Love the way the whole hotel is done up. Believe it still have more things to open as construction on the side is still going on. The service and the staff is excellent. Our first Fairmount stay, surely this stay will make us visit the other Fairmount hotels in world.

The hotel is one of the finest and most luxurious hotels and the staff is wonderful in the reception and fast response to the delicious breakfast and beautiful view of the ocean or mountain decorations in the hotel and upscale comfort in the self recommend his experience thank you Fairmont Hotel Aljjjerh used to the high level of you in the chain of hotels Fairmont.

It was a good experience, there is alot to offer..

You can enjoy in small pool or in lava pool.. In lava pool they have jacuzzi.. Which doubles up the experience..

Canvas is there buffet restaurant, breakfast was good and had many healthy options...

Cooper lobster is sea food restaurant.. It will be a treat for your taste bad if you like sea food...

Had a staycation at Fairmont Fujeirah for my birthday. Wonderful, clean room with an excellent view. They even sent us a complimentary yummy chocolate cake for the birthday celebration. All precautionary measures were taken by the staff to ensure guests had a safe stay.

Unforgettable experience
Dup-per at Lava was good, ambiance was very relaxing and helpful staffs. We spent most of our time in Arena Bar the sports bar in the resort. Mayis was very accommodating, a very good coach and a cheerer. He made us feel professional players even though we're not.

Nice room, very good adult pool, also they got family pool. They beach wasnt good. Restaurants were fine, friendly staff. Breakfast buffet was very nice. very good experience.

The perfect getaway for the weekend. The lobby was so fresh with an amazing flower arrangement as soon as you walk in. The room had an amazing view. Housekeeping made cute animals from towels for when we checked in. Our bathroom was so clean and fantastic. The tub is amazing! Must try the Copper Lobster, the mac and cheese is the best!

Beautiful hotel, but the service is really bad..we came 15 minutes early before check in time which is 3 pm, and weren't given the room until 4 pm without apology only excuse that they are sanitizing the room. I wasn't the only one, lots of families were having the same case. At least they should have made our wait easier buy providing water and refreshments for the guests especially most of us came from other emirates. I talked to different staff, all kept saying "you just have to wait"..I wouldn't have mind the waiting if they were nicer and more patient.

- i love this hotel so much.. public areas are clean. Room cleanliness is great as provided towel art for free..great staffs. And i love the breathtaking view.. planning to get back within this year...can t wait for it..

Wow .. currently staying here with my bf and will stay for 2 nights.. I can say it s amazing from the lobby, hallway up to the room it s fantastic .. I can t wait for the next days to take pictures of the sceneries from our balcony..

So guys over all it was nice to stay here and I will recommend it although it was windy most of the day and night, we still enjoyed it. What I don t like was the 500ml of water expensive 20aed.. There was 7eleven at the area if you want to buy something not pricey stuff/food..

Had a fantastic stay at this heavenly place, I have been to other resorts in Fujairah but never found anything like this
Staff are so friendly, beach and pool are so nice, there is also a 50 cm pool for kids and the adult one is 1.50 with a bar, the room was so clean with a free wifi, an espresso machine, all usual amenities available too.
Baby crib was provided too
The only thing i expected to be better is the gym other than that It is a perfect resort.

I was there this weekend with my friends for the first time. We had a very nice time there, beautiful room, very well designed and a stunning sea view. Friendly staff everywhere in the hotel. Special thanks to Mohamed Taha at Canvas restaurant, who was very helpful, attentive to ours needs and offering us the best moroccan tea. We missed him the last day when he was not on duty. Also thanks to Meena for the fun we had in the pool....I loved his aquagym sessions....and thank you to Arun at the concierge who insisted on offering us the refreshing mint and lemon drink to keep for our way back to Dubai. A very special team that makes sure you are well taken care of and always think of the little details that make a difference. Definitely will go back for another relaxing weekend.
