I came with my family on weekend and this was my another superb exp with fairmont,i truly recommend this new resort.
Nice and big pool ,decorative lobby which has best scents.
rooms were with one of the best interiors-clean,tidy and fresh.

Stayed at fairmont fujairah beach resort this weekend. The long drive from dubai to the hotel was exhausting but upon arrival we are welcome with accommodating staff, a drink that soothes your thirst and most of all the ambiance that lures us to start our relaxing weekend.
Our room was clean and with a very comfortable bed that we all slept like my three year old son.
Food was great and delicious.
will definitely come back for another fairmont experience and memories!!!

A great place for a relaxing, family holiday. I advise you to take the "all inclusive". All rooms overlook the sea, which is 50 meters away.
I love the lobby scent and cleanliness of the place. Guestroom is spacious, balcony view is breathtaking, the room is very clean, and the black and white concept is very pretty. Definitely will be back and will recommend to our friends.
The service was very bad , not the level of 5 star hotel , too much delay on responding to calls , you have to park your car yourself without having help to return to the hotel , staff were careless to attend my complaint.

Great place for both couples and families with kids. Very clean, good restaurants...we tried Lava for the lunch and Lobster for the dinner. Also, we were greatly helped, informed and guided by Venera as we decided to come back for a full week with the kids.

We had a wonderful weekend for my hubby's birthday. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The hotel surprised him on the afternoon of his birthday with a decadent chocolate dessert/cake with happy birthday in chocolate. Couldn't have been happier, we'll definately go back.

What i can say! This hotel design is so amazing and beautiful it mixes the modern styles with arabic culture, the beach is clean, the stuff is nice and helpful, the food is delicious . . . I have no comment over this hotel, i super recommend to go with the suite as it is bid and has a beautiful view to the indian ocean.

Very bad management. Very meager breakfasts, a la carte, omelet had to wait at least 25 minutes.
The pool closes at 19.00 - no hotel in the UAE has this, at least until 20.00. And in the adult pool there is an age limit of 18+ !!!! It does not fit in my head, we came on vacation as a family with adult children who have not yet reached the age of 18, we were not allowed to swim together, and in the paddling pool to swim, where constant children's screams are heard during the day, there is no pleasure.
The staff is unprofessional, unhurried.
The hotel does not correspond to the declared level.
Management does not want to hear complaints from guests and fix anything. What requests from guests are not accepted!
I also want to note that the hotel does not have a concierge service, we ourselves had to drag our suitcases to the room !!!!

the hotel is very good but the stuff is not professional at all. a lot of mistakes happened during my holiday also very slow response for my refund for the my money and miss leading information from reservation and accounts department

Absolutely stunning property in Fujairah by the bay, with beautiful views. The outside decor is minimalistic, but when you enter you are surrounded by amazing art of all kinds, a theme which runs through the entire hotel, including the rooms. The amenities are great and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The have a few fantastic restaurants and a very relaxing spa as well. Highly recommend staying at this property, well worth the trip!

I booked king room marine view for 2 nights to spend a relaxing weekend with my wife. the price is not cheap as the others mentioned before it's more higher than the other hotels near to it.
First of all just the check in was perfect
But the marine view was horrible and there is no place to have a good breakfast in their restaurant. It was like people fighting each other for food. And you can't move freely between tables and I took my wife to have a breakfast outside of the hotel. So I just made a check out on the next day. They just made my weekend horrible so far.
I've just wasted my time and money for nothing.
And I will show you the marine view by pic I take it. Just to make this review

The resort was beautiful.
The only problem was the street lights were not in operation.
The lights were a bit dim at the reception according to me as I was there for a wedding
Rest of the things were in point.

The beach was very bad full of rocks we could not swim
The rooms are new and clean
But the noise of the air condtion was very loud even i was in six floor but i could not sit in the balcony at night
The breakfast was set menu not buffet
And it was very poor a very small meal
i asked for dessert and they said their is no dessert in breakfast and they gave me one small pancake
A true 5 star hotel. The rooms are excellent. Swimming pool is great, nice gym with many devices. The view is good but a lot needs to be done outside in the coming months. Staff is friendly and helpful. Hope to see you next time with RSD!
I was unpleasantly surprised by the lack of helpfulness. I am a platinum member of the Accor group and have had no privileges announced. The rooms smelled of cigarettes and the adult swimming pool was not clean: a toilet paper touched my foot in the swimming pool ...

Had Wonderful experience in Lava club..had beach and swimming pool experience..lifeguards Wasantha and Muthu were amazing and helpful..Club manager was so customer friendly...had dinner and the food verity was good...hope to visit again soon to experience the lovely place...thanks alot...
