Big thank you for the staff from the entrance to the reception to the room service. Everyone is doing his job perfect & professionally. The facility is 10 of 10 new, well designed with impressive attention to the small details. The only frustration was in the parking! Mesery but I still couldn't resist the 5 stars rating urge.

It was an amazing experienced and stayed in this hotel. Staffs are friendly and accommodating, from the reception until the house keeping staff. Our room was always cleaned and smelled fresh, towels and linens are always new well maintained. Satisfied customer here and I will surely recommend this hotel to my family and friends.

Downers, food selection they need to improve the spread as it is very limited even in the buffet, furniture has started to give signs of wear and tear like scratches etc, upholstery torn of chairs, most restaurant close at 10 pm really I am on vacation I would like to eat a bit late, only one restaurant serves after 10 pm with limited menu.

Well equipped hotel room with attentive staff and wellness area. You do not necessarily have a view of a beach but of a small boat harbor. Currently, occasional construction activities must be expected.

I removed 2 stars because of the employees who didnt respect the timing, we waited for the laundry service 24hrs while they said they will be there in few minutes they came the next day to take the cloths but they did not clean them and gave us a bill to pay...
For the kitchen i did not like the room service, they have nothing special in the menu and the Italian cuisine was very bad please teach them how make pasta because they did not make it well at all, we did not eat it but paid it.
The breakfast was very nice but very noisy with all the kids around, why not having a kids section?
Overall its a nice place i would love to visit again for the Ocean view and the very confortable bed and clean bathroom with all the LE LABO products.
Went there for a week with my girlfriend and had a wonderful time. All personel working at Fairmont was exceptionally nice and service-minded, and we want to give a speciall shout out to the guys working at the shisha lounge "Iammai" who were the best!

I've been a loyal Fairmont customer for quite a few years now. I was an FPC platinum member which then translated into Accor LeClub membership.
I've been to many Fairmonts worldwide and overall, I've rarely had to complain or give a hotel less than a good review, mostly great.
This intro is just to give context to my review of this particular Fairmont property in Fujairah.
This hotel is 2 years old, but to my surprise quite a few things don't look so new...!! The design of the hotel overall is quite weird, but that's not a big deal.
Overall it's a decent hotel, but not the experience I expected from Fairmont
1. Shower knob moves from Extremely hot to Extremely cold with no warning in between... And the bathroom door does not lock.
2. There are only 2 Kids TV channels available!!! Both in Arabic!!! You could at least expect Disney Channel or something
3. Noise isolation in the Suite is terrible.. We could hear all the music from the outdoor restaurants as well as people speaking loudly in the corridor outside the door. Also, any movement in adjacent rooms or upper floor was clearly audible
4. Mini bar gets extremely hot when the wooden cabinet around it is closed.
5. Housekeeping ignored cleaning our room one day until we asked for it, although we were out of the room once for breakfast and once at the pool for extended time. When we called the reception to complain they said we must have left the DND sign on, which we didn't, evidenced by the fruit platter they left inside. The result is 45-60 mins wasted waiting for them to clean up before we could shower and go to dinner
6. There are two pools on premises, the main one and the Lava beach club. When we asked they told us Lava was a kids free environment, so we didn't try to go there. To our surprise, and on the last day, we found a lot of families with kids in the Lava pool...!!! Our kids were disappointed to say the least..
Now to the food...
Overall, the food is terrible. One exception is the Copper Lobster which is excellent but quite expensive. I will post a separate review of the restaurants each on its own.
Of course overall the hotel is still decent and if not for the above, we would have enjoyed ourselves much more. There's a good Kids Club, the bed is quite comfortable, the view from the suite is quite nice, balconies are spacious and private, staff are friendly & helpful but sometimes give misleading information (or just don't know and still give answers when they should ask)...
I'm sorry to say that Fairmont's exceptional hotels are deteriorating under Accor management...
I'm not sure I'll stay loyal much longer.
The scenery was so good and relaxing. The room is nice and spacious. They serve nice food.The staff were nice and very accomodating to all your needs. Though they still have contruction for the beach side but i think it will be much better once its done.

Private beach area is quite small, which is next to the resort. If you re going to have fun on the beach then probably this is not the right resort. It doesn t have private beach of its own.

Amazing hotel, great location by the Indian Ocean. Several water sports activities available on site including diving and scuba diving. Aqua bouncing is really cool for the kids and teens. Food is super yummy. My favorite restaurant is Copper Lobster where you can eat fresh fish and seafood cooked by talented chefs. The interior design of the hotel is stunning and the team very friendly. I highly recommend this beautiful hotel

We went for a weekend stay and stayed in a suite with the family. Hotel is clean and modern. Staff are friendly and courteous. Rooms were clean and spacious and the bed was so comfortable. Bathrooms were big and I loved their toiletries with the rose smell. The sunbed on the balcony was an extra bonus for relaxing except for the cooking smell that kept coming and annoyng me from don't know where. Pool was big and the chalet was splendid with every thing you need for your day stay. Breakfast was ok, not so many varieties and some dishes were not that tasty. Restaurants in the hotel were very good with delicious dishes but the prices was on the high side.

Everything was perfect all over the hotel the rooms are big bathrooms are quite nice with options balcony seating furniture decoration perfect .. I highly recommend it to others specially families it has 2 swimming pools and a beach activities and whatever you desire .. the only thing I didn t like is the beach it s full of shells - we all got injuries coz of that but the hotel management said that they will clear that soon please do something about the big swimming pool DJ she lacks of music taste otherwise all is perfect .. I booked 2 bedrooms with sea view and balcony for 3 night for AED.2800 including tax without breakfast.

The place is very nice and convenient, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the room sizes are very suitable and clean, due to the COVID 19 the food is set menu which is good nad the portions are OK. The only thing that hotel should work on is the smell, they have to add refreshment to make it unique.

amazing hotel, huge bathroom with complete amenities. very clean rooms "design is so unique" great housekeeping staff, I'm surprised that they even arranged our things, clothes folded, they made couple swan which very pretty and left a note wishing our stay to be perfect. We had the best stay ever in my life when I stay here. Staff are well strained and very friendly. I would like to highlight the housekeeping for making the very nice set up in our room upon our arrival. Its such a cute towel art indeed
Shocking how a 5 start hotel gives service and especially one with the Fairmont name. I m pregnant and was tired after breakfast so trying to lay down but there s drilling and hammering happening on the other side of the wall from the bed at 10:30am. We are staying in room 501 which is right next to the elevators and various maintenance shafts. I called to ask them to look into this and received no call back from the front desk manager. When the hammering got worse, I called again and asked to be moved to a room away from elevators. They then show me 2 rooms we can move to as options and one is by the elevator which I specifically asked to be away from...really? Note that it is minor to me but the rooms by the elevator (at least 501) have a sound like running shower water all the time, I suspect it s from the elevators. I am mostly disappointed in how the manager at the front desk is not at all apologetic, we re also being moved to a room exactly like our current room which is also fine but shows they don t seem to care to make up for anything. It s surprising to me that the Fairmont has such poor service if you find yourself in a situation to really need it.
Their hospitality was great, but the water bounce was horrible, I played at first, then I got injured it was bleeding really bad, but apart from that I think it was great.
