Staying in a resort is our first-time experience and we are glad to share that we have choose the right destination to feel it. We got some beautiful time and cherishing memories, enjoyed a lot. Rooms, bathrooms set up were fantastic, staffs are really nice and supportive. Also we enjoyed their world class food, wow no words to express that experience. Overall it was my wife's birthday and they have surprised us with some special moments.
We are really thankful to all staffs who were supported us to make our stay most memorable.

I have been in this hotel and the service is just great,I highly recommend people to try it, the location and the staff are making this place so special, and I would like to mention the boy Taha in the Arena sport bar, he is very polite and sweet, he made my staying there perfect. thanks allot

This is a new hotel which is tastefully decorated with amazing rooms. There is a newly opened pool which has 6 jacuzzis and was great fun. Sadly the beach is disappointing and not really one you could swim in. The Canvas restaurant has an excellent buffet selection. The Willow spa was fantastic, we had a facial and really enjoyed the experience. The staff are really friendly and helpful here.

This hotel is perfect place to spend your holidays.From outside building looks a bit simple but interiors is very modern, great design everywhere.Rooms are big, we had an ocean view room,but I assume all of the rooms have ocean view.Very good breakfast, great variety of choices, specially loved little kitchen pastry pass around. Beach is a bit small but private, could be cleaned a bit better.We visit seafood restaurant, amazing food,great presentation,reasonable prices. I would suggest this hotel to everyone who wants to spend holidays from hectic Dubai

Beautiful hotel but unfortunately the beach is dirty with rubble

My friend and I had an amazing post-lockdown stay here (the team was very conscious of all COVID 19 safety standards and we felt very safe). Don t be fooled by the exterior of the building which isn t much; totally made up for by the nice interiors of the hotel. Food was delicious especially in Copper Lobster! Room was nice as well with beautiful views overlooking the sea. Great to have an adults only pool which was monitored and guests who brought kids there were politely asked to move to the kids pool. Beverages and snacks by the pool were also good. Recommend to rent snorkels and kayaks and go paddling out Northwards; there are plenty of corals and fish to see! My only comment would be exactly on that point - was a bit annoyed that the rental place didn t tell us this in advance, as we would have rented 2 snorkels (1 for each of us) instead of only 1; meaning we had to swap constantly. I can imagine that the snorkelling is better out in the open water, but there still is plenty to see along the coast. Shout out to the bartender at the pool (Jason I think) who was always keeping our glasses full! We will be back again!

Very large hotel complex with little charm. Very noisy

Every thig is good , but some problem with wifi sometimes

there is a big tv in the room, a bath tub next to a peeking window, a shower, and a balcony.

Fantastic hotel we loved our room and its view. Breakfast was increadible with lot of selection on it specialy the omlette guy (can'tremember his name) was doing super tasty omlette. Hotel is a bit far from main city but that's made our weekend even better as we are from Dubai and it's best place to relax from busy city life.dinner was good as well with a huge assortment of seafood and everithing is very fresh must try the local oysters. Will be back soon!

Hotel is well decorated. The suite are nice, elegant and big. The view is good. The food is delicious. A bit pricey tough in general. Good place to stay if you are going to dibba. 30min from khorfakkan.

Our first time and absolutely exceeded expectations. We had rooms on the 8th floor overlooking the sea so glorious vantage point. Highlights are the facilities and Copper Lobster restaurant and we were treated like royalty by the staff. The family pool has a lovely swim area and direct access to beach where the water is teeming with fish and wildlife so really a very special place.

My first time in the hotel and from the outside says the hotel is old but inside is very nice We met Islam at the reception and it was helpful and helped us get the wing Kids were attached to the player in Cadz God willing, come back and come back and I would like to thank all the people in the hotel and Islam

It was an unbelievable experience. I'm extremely pleased from the staff services. Everything was clean and organized. Everyone was very nice and helpful. I would definitely go back again when I get the chance and I highly recommend this great hotel. I'm massively and truly thankful to all the staff for their services. they worked so hard to please us and tried their best to put a smile on our faces. I very much thank all the staff for everything they had done and a special thanks to Taha who was always there for us whenever we needed help. He is an ambitious, talented, and a hard working guy. I wish him as well as the other staff the best of luck.

We just came back from our short holidays in this amazing place.Super relaxing hotel,spacious design everywhere:room ,lobby restaurant. Due to the Ramadan most of the restaurants where closed, but we had an amazing iftar buffet, very good selection of meat and seafood items .Staff is very attentive.Breakfast buffet is also very good, wide choices. My wife used there spa, and she loved it.

We had wonderful days here. The hotel is highly recommended. Everything is very clean, the service was excellent and the food was varied. The hotel complex is very harmonious and the rooms tastefully decorated.

Staffs are friendly. Well oriented. Clean rooms, big bathroom with complete amenities when we checked in for 3 person. huge pool which we love! adult pool separated from kids area. It all went well

Our experience was a wonderful experience thanks to Shakhriyor who was always prompt to assist us, provided guidance when needed and took good care of us! Thaank you Shakhriyor for making our stay memorable!

The place was amazing! The rooms and the view, pools and gym are good enough to enjoy your short holiday. The only critic I have is about the food. Stayed there for 4 days and 3 nights and I could say that the buffet tables always have the same set of foods. You'll get bored of the options in which 80% are mid eastern. You don't even have to think what they serving the next day or what's inside the serving dishes because even the arrangements are exactly the same. It was okay, but not good enough for a 5 star resort. On the other hand, I would like to give credit to the pastry chef. All the cakes were amazing! It was holiday and very busy so I would like to thank all the Filipino staff, you did an amazing job!

The lobby is so clean. I love my room and the view is so nice. Room smells so fresh. Housekeeping did a really nice job in cleaning my room. Lava is the newest attraction in the hotel.

Truly amazing experience, food,beach, lovely decorations , clean room and bed is great.

Very noble hotel, however, the air conditioning in our room cooled the whole time down to 12 degrees which was however repaired. In addition, the dining room was subtly crowded.

Good location by the oceanfront of Dibba, Fujairah, with friendly, accommodating and welcoming staff.

Rooms are great and spacious with ocean views.

The resort boasts of two good swimming pools, one for adults and another which doubles for both adults and children.

The hotel is also serviced by a small but lovely private beach. Unfortunately, occasionally it gets contaminated by fuel leaks, from oil tankers, which then collects on the ocean floor in the form of sticky tar. The lifeguards are so helpful and effective in washing it off the feet of the few affected swimmers.

The resort is serviced by about 4 restaurants, I most enjoyed the food at Copper Lobster, an a la carte restaurant. The buffet restaurant, Canvas, could use some more variety of food on its menu.

All in all, a nice resort with room for improvement, I would not mind a second visit.

We love our room facing the beach. Bathroom is huge,it has a separate water closet and shower area. Modern and clean rooms!

Went there on a slow weekday for 2 nights. Nicely refurbished Hotel. The view from the room was nice and calming from the balcony. Loved the Adult pool area, with swim up bar (closed for COVID but serving drinks to your chair) and chill music. For kids there is a massive pool and play area downstairs. Personal highlight was when we saw a few sea turtles swimming up to us at the beach . Food options in the 2 options were not bad, staff excellent all throughout the stay. Thanks !!

One of the most amazing hotels I have visited..a very beautiful place, the services are classy to the highest level.

Everything is taken care of, from rooms it's cleanliness, lobby decor and the view is breathtaking.

amazing hotel ever. I stayed one night and I though it was enough. I was totally wrong. I extended 3 days. because of the hotel and helpful staff. I really enjoyed with pools and aqua bounce. I can not explain my feelings I just can say it is GREAT. room was amazing. big terrace and good sunbeds. u can relax whole day. corridor has nice smell u feel like your in own home. staffs are helpful and nice. they are always smiling :) I just want to stay again. thank you FAIRMONT.

it was an amazing vacay for me in fairmont fujeirah coz its a nice place to relax...especially the ambiance are really peaceful and quiet place...much more relaxing coz the hotel rooms are very neat and clean...the smells of the room are good...their bathrooms and room are big..very accomodating....most especially the good service of all staff especially in the housekeeping department their very hospitable, polite and friendly....

thank god my check out is today , a very bad experience... the room wasn t cleaned well it was dirty... and this is my first time i go to a hotel and find small cockroach in the toilet !! I give it 1 star not 5 stars it s not worth it.. i payed 1500 for two nights.. waste of money

Amazing experience and super service. From start Islam and Wajidi on reception were amazing and they give us superb room with best view. Front desk staff were extremely helpful and polite. Cleanliness and hygiene was taken good care with comfortable rooms, specially kids club were superb and staff were very cooperative. Will highly recommend everyone to visit and will visit again sooner.

Fantastic location. Friendly and accommodating staff. Food are freaking delicious good size portions, they have the best chefs here! Definitely recommend the full board rooms. They have water sports! So many other activities as well. They have the bmw biking, spinning class, yoga, aqua bounce, and the spa y all have to try the massages. Will bring our parents here next time they visit. Highly recommend this.

The hotel has the infrastructure but the staff is not up to the level. They are nice but the quality standards are far from a 5 star hotel.
We got extra charges on the final bill from consumption from the bar at the pool. Towels were not changed and we had to call every evening to get them changed. The suite didn't match the description from our reservation.

Giving two stars because the staff was friendly in general and willing to help despite lacking training.

Beach is very small and there's a lot of oil and Jellyfish. Good place if you have many kids to place on the pool.

I went there for the beach club , they have 2 pools, the one beside the beach is nice and heated in winter with many jacuzzis , the one in upper floor was closed or may be still not open ( I saw labors fixing it) . beach area is surrounded with rocks ( check my photos) so view not open ended and there were many jellyfish s when I was there, could not swim in the beach . Hotels interiors are very nice and trendy

By far, the best resort I have been to in that part of the UAE, maybe in all UAE I don't know! it was that good.

The place is beautiful and comfortable and the treatment is good for everyone, including Islam.

Exceeding the expectations, hotel is super luxurious, staff are very friendly and helpful.

Could be excellent, but still has a long way to go. Building the hotel still, so although the main part is open, and one pool, there's building work going on all the time. When finished it will be very good, but a rush to open has let the brand down. Listen, the rooms are good, the next door building work is 250-yards away and the place decent enough, but Fujeirah has wonderful beaches and better hotels at present. Staff, well they're the usual UAE imported staff who are all pleasant and it's hard to criticize without seeming picky, but I'd say this is a typical management problem here. Just bringing people and putting them in uniforms does not make them great staff (oh, and having them say 'have a great day'). Training is what makes a good company culture great....none obviously completed here.
