The hotel room that I stayed in was clean. The staff especiallly, Linda and Jay from the restaurant were really kind, engaging, respectful, and extremely helpful.

Fantastic place to stay though sadly was there before the lava pool was installed, had an amazing time enjoying just relaxing by the pool and the luxury room.

Recommend for families. Nice see view. Friendly and welcoming staff.

Luxurious rooms with great sea view. Housekeeping service was really five star. There is a pool for families closer to the hotel and an adult only pool with a DJ (on select days) which leads to the beach - great lounging options and in-pool bar. All day dining venue rotates dishes so even though we were there for five days, it didn t get too repetitive. Prices for food is high as expected from a five star hotel - not many options around the resort. Recommended for relaxation and unwinding.

It was beautiful but not like I had expected ..
The relaxing buffet or breakfast was a definite variety
The beach has unclean stones and pebbles
But the first time I swim with the float, some kind of small fish.
I liked the colorful tub with 5 jacuzzis
And in two swimming pools

Overall was nice but not as I was eccsepted from Fairmont.
The rooms was big and nice and big bath.

This place is stunning. Staff are the most helpful and friendly people you will ever meet. Facilities are top notch as are the rooms, restaurants and food. Definitely coming back here.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. We really love the food from iammai and lava beach club and kopper. also the break fast was amazing in canvas . We really can't wait to come bake again.

Thanks for making our visit to Florence that much better.

Exceptionally amazing destination. Excellent customer service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The resort offers breath taking views and an all in place for your vacay needs.

A very nice hotel. Staff are lovely and helpful and the pools are nice and the rooms are a great size and a very modern. The only issue was that the Wi-fi was not working really well and that it was very slow. But apart from that it was a lovely stay.

The Formation Resort in the Dibba area of the Emirate of Fujairah is very impressive and suitable for families and young people

Very calm and nice, so clean and great service, food is amazing and satisfy all tastes, rooms comes with Terrace. It is recommended to go for shopping not in the nearby small markets because they double the price for the people who stay in the hotel. Go to Debba or Alfeqeet only 7 minutes far. Also book through the Hotel, much cheaper than other websites.

The swimming pool was very small I was very disappointed

Since the time we stepped into the hotel lobby, it was amazing and so beautiful. Check in was done very smoothly. We got a room with a beautiful pool and beach view and special thanks to Tushar who was so welcoming and helpful upon our check in as it was done in very few minutes and same upon check out. But also can t forget guys from IRD, HK and Pool who were always there to help and assist.

We thank the hotel management and all the staff for their integrated services. We thank the employee (Mustafa). Special thanks and heartfelt thanks to the employee, Eza Lim, for absorbing my anger at some point and spreading your positive energy.

One of the best hotels , amazing services, delight stay

Beautiful hotel with such an amazing view. Great view from the balcony, A feeling of complete relaxation, great pool and amazing & clean rooms. Staff are courteous, very polite and sensitive for the needs of their guests, overall Memorable stay! My sister and I enjoyed the Dupper in Lava.

Service to be improved , especially room cleaning.

- 1st day the room was not cleaned/prepared for our arrival

- No Coffee Cups, no care kits...no toothbrush after we asked they brought only one

- 2nd day the room was not cleaned, after asking they came but we had to wait in the balcony for them to finish cleaning.... with lamps broken no light in balcony.



This was a premium room, i can't imagine what standard room is, maybe in the parking

Everything is beautiful and the reception was wonderful. Thank you to Mr. Mustafa from the reception, but the food prices are a little expensive if you drop them.

Practical location, nice rooms and wine in the minibar. Food is tasty and cared for. Recommended for rest, located by the sea.

it was a memorable stay at Fairmont Fujairah beach and resort, All staff are just friendly to welcoming you. The Lobby was beautiful with Morocco architecture style and have a very good smell when you enter the Lobby, the suite room was large and have huge terrace. Bed was so comfortable and soft. As well as pillows were very clean and comfortable. There are no stain on linen and towels, Bathroom were clean and have complete amenities. Corridor rooms are clean and have a very good smell. Food are delicious. Special thanks to Housekeeping Team to make our stay memorable. Will definitely comeback to this hotel. thank you fairmont fujairah beach and resort.

It was a amazing experienc for in this nic resort i wish to go back there again but the speciel was the arena sport bar cuz of the football matches becaus im fan of it and servic was making me so happy the drinks and baverag was so testing and the food was so speciel . and dnt forget the other restanrant as well thank you fairmont fujairah

Very nice place, only thing I hate is that the adults pool is in the shade while the families pool is in the scorching sun.

Horrible!! I just checked in for 3 nights and I already want to check out!

We had a horrible booking experience the night before, after a 2 hr drive and super excited for our very expensive room we found that our room is incomplete.

We had no towels, no tea s and coffee s, no glasses. Very bleek bedroom. I m so disappointed and will never come here again.

The hotel is amazing, the rooms are very big and comfortable, the service is amazing. Tusher and islam from reception helped us alot.

This property doesn t qualify to be called Fairmont as its highly deceptive.
1. We left the room at 9 am to spend the day at the pool. Came back at 4 pm to find the room just as it was. Nobody cares to make up the room. When asked, they said their housekeeping can make up the room anytime, even in the evening. I have stayed in over 80 hotels and this is the first time I have heard to this! The Housekeeping person was extremely rude and blunt, not admitting to any fault of theirs.
2. The kids club displays a list of activities for the day but nothing is followed. The staff there hardly initiates any activities to engage them. The kids were bored and not looked after at all.
3. The pool side staff seems to be non-existent and extremely unhelpful. They don t bother cleaning the place, tidying up, picking up towels etc.
4. The hotel is very old and the walk from the rooms to the pool, kids club and beach are long and inconvenient with smaller kids.

This was our first time at Fairmont. We have stayed in other hotels in Al Aqah and were expecting high standards which the hotel obviously failed at.
Never coming back again!

The design of the hotel is very nice but the service is kind of bad because we were out from until 9pm and no body cleaned our room when we requested some to clean our room it of forever and we decided we're not staying in this room.

We had an amazing lunch at Lava Restaurant in the Fairmont hotel and recommend it 100%.

Best hotel in Fujaira

The hotel is amazing, the location is perfect I loved it so much.. one word will pop up in your head once you are here serenity .. loved the copper lobster resturant was sooo good, the waitress Thae was great .. thank you

Clean rooms, friendly staff, fresh lobby, great decor

Super nice and friendly staff, 10/10 cleanliness. I want to thank our room attendant Antony for taking care us and for his excellent cleaning.

Firstly we were NOT welcome at our arrival. Despite COVID many 5 stars hotel got secure valet services. WE did not get anything. We had to park our car ourselves without having anyone helping us nor speeding up the walk from the parking to the hotel which forced us to use the car ramp which was very unsecure. During check-in (we arrived early) we were told to wait 15mn fro the room to get ready which is fine. However after 20 minutes we were told to wait again 15mn. Not even a Glass of water was offered! We went at the beach and were told people will assist us to prepare our sunbeds. No one was there. After 1h and 20 minutes I had to talk to the Safe Guard on the beach to ask where is the staff and finally he called someone form a walkie talkie! Someone came after another 10 minutes. Totally unacceptable! For a 5 star hotel to not EVEN HAVE 1 staff on the beach is totally unacceptable. The food at the restaurant by the pool (cannot recall the name) was overprice and not edible. It was so salted that we could not finish. It was more fat than meat for the skewers. Impossible to finish . I tried to go the the gym around 6.45 and was told it was closing at 7pm! No one informed me from this! Even so i had to battle to get in for 15mn! The staff was refusing to let me in despite being 6.45! Last but not least, THE SHOWER, what kind of a JOKE THIS IS?! It was constantly going from Burning hot to freezing cold in a cycle! I litterally had to dance to get in get out in order to shower. How can you even get the shower so WRONG! Considering the fact that you are one of the most expensive hotel in Fujairah i have to stay that the experience is the WORST I ever had. It was so bad that i am really struggling to find anything positive to say. Will never set a foot there ever again!

It is considered a safe place that occupies the search of many visitors from different Emirates to obtain their special services, which the reception place provides to visitors to them by visiting customers to their work site and listening to everything new and happy, and I have searched for this place many of the benefits provided by the institution in The field of scientific development related to the interest of the consumer coming to them to obtain their services available in this seriously required work, and I also intend to go to this place to obtain services.

Its a good resort but not that gr8 as expected. Something's missing.....

Was not a bad experience overall, place is cool. However wouldn't do their all inclusive package anymore. You dont get service around the pool its self service for the all inclusive. The current situation with the pandemic is not helping and this is understandable, but a chain with a big name like this cannot go that cheap, by limiting the same package's menus that much for lunch and dinner. The royal service (is what they call the reception) on the other hand are impossible to get a hold of on the phone and the hotel was not even busy!! I guess I won't be revisiting this specific Fairmont any time soon.

A nice weekend destination. 2 hrs drive away from city. Surrounded by great view of mountains and beach. great lawns. good place for families as well as couples.

Very nice hotel and resort plus excellent restaurant and food.

We visited the hotel on Thursday and till Saturday for a short staycation. It's my first time in fijairah.
The hotel is a little old but you don't feel it. The rooms are clean and spacious, the bathrooms are clean looks very new.
There are 2 areas, the adult pool area near the bar and a seperate and far kids pool which was perfect. There isn't really a beach other than a small sandy area which we didn't bother to go to since the pool was so peaceful and clean.
We had breakfast included with the room. It's a set menu due to covid. It's not the best food and it seems prepacked but it's not bad. The portions are big and they were nice to refill coffee or juice if needed.
The SPA was great.i got facial and they use very clean produ ts. I usually get very red skin after facials but this time I had nothing.
The massage was great too.
We used entertainer at the SPA as well as the lobster copper restaurant.
The restaurants I think are the only thing that can be improved but again this can be due to the covid restrictions and limited capacity

Stayed there early September. Weather was a bit hot, but manageable in the shade or in the water.
The building is a bit unassuming, but the quality of the interior is very good. We had a nice room, quite spacious with a balcony and bath tub in the toilet. The king bed was very comfortable. There was no turn down service provided and we quickly ran out of the complimentary water.
The amenities are good: they have two pools, one a part of lava beach club and one more low key. There is Sheesha at the low-key one, but restricted to only part of the seating. That was a bit annoying. The gym is small but decently equipped. There is also a steam room, sauna and experiential shower (which was the highlight) for spa or gym users. Verena at the desk was really nice and helpful.
The food options are limited. We visited lava for lunch and had 2 burgers which were absolutely fantastic. We got drinks during happy hour (staggered hours between the 2 pools) but the bill was not representing this.. I had to get it corrected. Dinner and breakfast were buffet at canvas. Average in both cases. Dinner buffet was 155AED.
Coming lastly to the service, which was lacking in most cases. Only the dinner waiter was prompt and helpful. Other times we were not even approached and had to go up to the counter to order (at both pools).
The beach is small but accommodating. The water is really salty and you can float with no effort. They have a water inflatable course, but it costs additional.
Restos and hotel are on the entertainer for better value for money.
We got a good rate and enjoyed our time but I would not visit again.

One of the best hotels in Dibba, one of a kind view, by the time I saw the ocean from the ground level of the hotel, I'm amazed. its all about beauty, cleanliness of the place, black and white concept is truly elegant. Two pools and with bars are great too!

It is a great hotel, well worth the stay and it has all the services and requirements and I would recommend families to the hotel

Are really happy with our days at the hotel. Several construction projects are ongoing, and the beach is not yet completed, but this is really high class.
