Today we leave after a fun and enjoyable week with lots of experiences in and out of a hotel.
The reception on the first day was pleasant and the service very courteous. Room cleanliness and service at an excellent level.
The advantage of not having a restaurant in a hotel is how you discover the authentic restaurants near the place and also in the surrounding city.
Around the hotel there is a point for renting a car and also proximity to public transport stations of all kinds that even during this period despite the restrictions worked regularly and keeps in addition there is a super close full of all good.
Recommended for couples with a medium budget and above.

This place is not a hotel, but a casino with rooms to sleep, filled with Turkish, Arabian gamblers.

Stayed here overnight as part of the tour package. We were suppose to have a buffet dinner but ended up with a set menu instead - very disappointing (when asked why we couldn't have the buffet, we were told that we were a smaller group so they gave us set menus). Went to the spa - staff were unhelpful and rude. Went to use the pool - we were told we had to wear shower caps - which weren't provided (the reason even seemed unreasonable and unrealistic). The bed was as hard as a rock and the AC wasn't working well either. Staff had also come into some guest rooms without knocking or even without our knowledge - it was a coincidence that one of the other guests were in the room when this happened. Very unprofessional behaviour noted.
Very disappointed and would not recommend this place to anyone.

4-star hotel slightly below standard but still pleasant. Free underground parking is available. From the main lobby you can directly access the casino. Good position with respect to the center. The metro station is a 5-minute walk from the hotel.

Excellent place with excellent staff but it just was not my cup of tea.

It sucks to correct the entire map of Sofia that many lie and they send you to another place. If you make us correct it, be fine.

Not even allowed to go to the toilet. Three giant men forbidden and entry, even though we were there the day before. No behavior impossible.

Great gym, pool and food. Rooms are a bit old-fashioned and the tvs are from the last century. Water pressure is awful.

I waited 3 hours for check-in. But don't wait to pay the money. Everything is so old now. It needs to be renewed. The muffins for breakfast are like stone. Halva is like a stone. The rooms didn't even have a comfortable seating place other than chairs.

The rooms have been updated and the staff is sufficiently friendly. The pool is long enough for the swim true.

In this hotel, the air conditioning system is subject to reconstruction. It is impossible to reduce the heating of the room through the control panel in the room. The curtains in the room are not blackout, which usually happens in similar hotels. It was impossible to sleep because of the high temperature of the air, and we stopped to sleep.

No coffee making facilities in the room but otherwise a great stay.

Not a bad place for business events and seminars but I didn't like the communistic feel inside the halls - everything is too big and too "heavy". Also the arrangement of the chairs and the presenting screen was absurd last time...

Let's be fair

That Hotel is newly renovated. The service is OK, the breakfast recently did apporve a lot with international and what Iike allways with national dishes.

The position is good for any visit around the city or even if you want see something outside the city.

Is here anything special? Yes here is a casino which I will never see and use, but it is not bothering at all.

Here is a small but usefull shop, where you get what you might need.

So it is OK but nothing more and nothing less. Good for my business travel

If you're here to gamble, there's no problem, don't read the post and stay here. But our goal is to stay in the hotel only if the cleanliness of the room is considered good, but I shared the picture as seen in the old tube television in the room and this type of television has not seen the hotel for years and the hotel room is extremely cheap furnished entrance to the wheelchair did not see the entrance.

Location is great, close to any monument or museum and to shopping and also the place is quiet. The food is delicious and fresh with a large variety being part of the all inclusive pack which also includes an amazing pool though you must prepare yourself as sometimes the water is a bit cold but you can always do a nice shower as in the room there is always heat and hot water. There is also place for an improvement to the Wi-Fi but anyway the rooms are nice and beautiful with good TV and a variety of international channels.
I strongly recommend the hotel not only for all of the features but also for it's cleanliness, which is a very nice touch.

Poor quality food, but good breakfast. A renovation of the rooms is missing.

The room is absolutely clean and well equipped. Wi-Fi is free, the staff friendly. So far so good. There are deductions for breakfast and the spa. Here is still some air up.

Poor service .. Case that happened to me today while cleaning the room took the cleaning 200 lava !! The team's response was shocking and claimed that I had lost it and had nothing to do. Did not try to help were not attentive to such a hotel I do not come back

Great location of the hotel, very near to metro. Also a walkable distance to the city center (2-3kms). Rooms are spacious. The hotel has a casino and restaurant. Everything was neat and clean, only thing is that room design was a bit old fashioned.

The rooms are very clean and warm. Personally infinitely responsive.

After inadvertently cancelling my booking whilst trying to alter the date, Reservations refused point blankly to reschedule this booking. As a Gold Expedia member and regular patron of this hotel, the response was utterly unhelpful and left me with a tainted view of this hotel. I was shocked and perplexed at the dismissive response. In future I will limit or stop my stay now! I am angry about the inflexibility of Ramada reservations Sofia!

Ma'ale Hotel with a growing pool and good quality Kenizo holidays and really good spice services

A bit worn out, but still functioning relatively well. Built in a 5 minute distance from the Central railway station, nowadays it is just opposite the new Central bus station and on a walking distance or one underground stop from all the important monuments in the downtown of Sofia. Inside there is a big casino as well as big SPA center. The staff on the reception has to be a bit mote polite as well as the staff in the cafe just opposite the reception.

The hotel looks good, but the service is very low-late

Hotel features a restaurant and a big SPA area. Directly connected to the lobby is an entrance to the adjacent Casino. Rooms are clean, beds are comfortable. Air conditioning in the rooms made it enjoyable warm in the winter. Bath rooms are not very modern, but there's nothing that you can really miss.

Beautiful hotel, a staff always kind and ready to solve any doubt or problem. The cleanliness has always been impeccable. Super abundant breakfast with a wide selection of products from savory to sweet. We will certainly come back again.
The only note of demerit point out that it is the lack of courtesy and arrogance of some girls SpA within the hotel.
