Old. Obsolete. It's very dirty. Food is not so bad. Maybe the best. The service is minus infinite. Parking is desperate. Never over there.

Once, long ago, the building was one of the three best hotels in Sofia and the top 10 hotels in Bulgaria. There were so many guests staying here that it was difficult in the morning to find a place for breakfast. Today is something completely different.

The heat system was awful amd I do not like the hygene of the room.

Perfect place to relax
both for hotel guests and for the citizens of Sofia.
There is a casino for gambling lovers.

A very cozy and comfortable hotel and casino. For gambling lovers there is a great slot for playing slot machines and the most popular table games.

Clean, nice bedding, enough bath supplies, plenty of food for breakfast. I am giving 3 stars because it looks a little dated.

Hotel needs renovation. There are old rooms (I got at first) it is impossible to live in such a room, disgusting. I asked to exchange and it took them 24 hours to find a new room.

the hotel is well located, room facilities fine, maybe as usual in Sofia lacks a maintenance check. Breakfasts and dinners very well. Professional service, perhaps the difficulty of the language separates us. Spanish at the hotel nothing!

We were five days in Ramadas and last night I "got" four boots, two trousers and two sweatshirts of great value, the officers claimed that the cleaner had cleaned the room that day, while we could not talk to him since he was totally randomly next day the next day !! The managers were totally cold and indifferent, and they tried to get us crazy too !! Eventually we did not do anything! In the midst of cleansing a tragic one they duplicated us until the clothes were not changed or paper, and the hotel is in no case for 4 stars, NO CASE !! Better not to choose this hotel because stolen is probably in its service and it is systematically done by seeing in the reviews !!!!!!!!!! Real criticism

Location near the city center. The room had been renovated, the beds were a bit uncomfortable. Breakfast was successful. Downstairs is the hotel's casino. The staff is relevant. The price is a bit higher than it should be. It is still recommended.

I waited for 30 minutes until the waiter finally noticed me .... bad. the rooms did not deserve so high prices - the TV in my room was old and it was not working. I expected more ... maximum 2 stars.

Luxury and well maintained. A little friendly service at the restaurant would not hurt.

Room 308 is a bit disgusting, the bathtub is full of holes, I do not have a cap, the room is old style, wicker / bamboo furniture, I found trash on the floor of the previous guest, the lamp's molten bulb, and a television of the last century, I put 2 stars because the bed seems very comfortable. I expected much more from a Ramada hotel, it went down to a star, because we came back and the air conditioning did not work, and there was a wedding on the floor below (1) and I was on the 4th floor I was listening

Good staff was asking for a wedding, a great presentation of the site by the girl we talked about but did not meet our personal requirements.

I saw only the entrance, the restaurant and one of the conference rooms and was quite impressed. I would love it if it was in a better aerea.

Bulgaria is the only place you can wash. There is a toilet suitable for Turkish customs. There is also a good casino for gambling enthusiasts

We did not like the attention. The rooms are very normal ... if you do not speak English. You have it wrong. Because they do not make or interest to understand us ... I do not recommend it

I go there for swimming and using the very enjoyable Spa area. The pool area is just a bit cool in the winter.

Near the Sofia Bus Station an older Hotel with a gambling Casino, nice Spa.

Ok so i rated it 3 star. Here is why.

The staff is good and cooperative.
I booked deluxe suite. It was nice and open. Having two baths. Complimentty fruits, drinks and dry fruits were amazing.
The only problem which i faced is the hotel transfer. While arriving at sofia, the driver told me you have to wait for 20-30 minutes because i have to pick passengers from other flight too.
During check out, the transfer to airport was more horrible and worrisome as the hotel booked for me green taxi with number CA 7047 CC, the driver was either drunk or having fight with someone. He was driving recklessly and with more speed. He was abusing the other people while on the way to airport. He was using bad words and language. I thought maube this is my last ride. Even at one point, he was commuting through the Train tracks in city.
Even i paid 15 for airport transfer, why they book for me Green Taxi, i don t know this.

Except this all good

I prefer it because it is very close to the city center and public transportation. staff speaks good and turkish rooms clean good services.I can recommend.breakfast is good and rich.

Old furniture and the rooms smelled like there was no one there in years, extremely expensive for what it has to offer. It has stuck in time... and not in the good way.

Standard Room isn't luckury rooms . I'd prefer to book business room next time

I didn't stay at the the Hotel but used the spa. 22 for one visit and what a waste of money. I went to use the jacuzzi to find it was part of the pool and it wasn't working plus it was cold.

Breakfast medium. Rooms 10/7. Staff 10/7 central location. There are casinos in the casino. The casino is nice and the guven transmitter. Is Kalinabilin.

I'll say sorry, but there is a forgiving part of this, a infamous room And the hotel, who wants to stay, let him stay ...! Don't be fooled by the name.

Best place to hangout specially vitosha Blvd. Most of the clubs and eatouts are in close vicinity.

You get 5 star hotel services for a fraction of the cost.
This is my next hotel in Sofia.

Sofia 3 stars, hotel 4 stars, casino 4 stars for me

I just get a one hour message and it was really incredible and great. I got an upgrade to the Top VIP message room.

The setting is sizzling. Clean and warm. The food is disgusting. There is no coziness. I do not recommend.

The hotel rooms were bright and airy. Service was great and breakfast was lovely.
