It was ok, but not the cleanest. Housekeeping could do much better job.

Nice hotel, close to central bus and train station.

Very nice up market hotel. Fabulous breakfast. Handy for station.Excellent swimming pool. Helpful staff.

Nice hotel in the center of Sofia with swimming pool

The hotel is ok but does not deserve 4 stars. Rooms are outdated and need urgent renovation. Irritating noise from ventilation. Still, there are some positives. Coffee and tea provided in the room, heating is perfect, clean rooms and pleasant lobby bar. Staff is very helpful.
