Big hotel with very slowly personnel. Only Reception work hard and quick. The best wishes for them! SPA is good. Swimming pool is big and pergect for relax and swimming. During weekend ti many people. The best deal in working days. Rooms us differenr like lottery may be new may be old and terrible. Advice - before accept and checkin ask ti show you your room first. Must be better for 4 star hotel.

Ramada Sofia
A good hotel, comfortable, good transport links, just outside the town centre.
The best hotel ever. The poll is perfect. The food excellent and the rooms are very clean and have beautiful view
This is the old Princess hotel, now Ramada. Very central, good service
Hotel security runs buses with provincial numbers from the entrance of the hotel and does not allow the tourists to get them on the boulevard
There are plenty of places to stroll around the malls and casino malls within a great hotel and a place worth getting to
Obsolete. It would need to be renovated. Decent breakfast and dinner.
The brightness of the former novel is slightly darkened. It is mainly attracted by the casino games and the large SPA complex. Poor rooms without anything special. An unpleasant impression made me coffee in the lobby, where I ordered a sandwich club, brought me the cash receipt for it, and after twenty minutes of waiting and a remind, I was served with cold potatoes and sizzling bread. If you want to keep a restaurant or call a car, you can refer to the bellhop from the reception, which is doing pretty well. The hotel is next to Central Station and Bus Station, a 5-minute walk from Lion Bridge and Tube Station.
Without new investments, this hotel will fall. The common areas show a decent luxury, but the rooms need a change!
The hotel is old but not a bad place to stay, the staff concerned (career waiting for this add interest, such as in Turkey), spa water always at the center of the casino and very close to the hotel, breakfast you will not go hungry but not in Turkey Ramada.
In general, everything is good. All equipment in the room is in good working order. There is a wide choice at breakfast. The beds are comfortable and the linens are clean. It would be possible to cling to little things: the smell of smoke in the corridors, the soundproofing in the rooms is not so hot ... but this is a lot where it is.
Very good hotel ... Good morning ... Food in many flavors .. Near the center for a stroll in Agia Kyriaki ...
Excellent hotel and excellent cuisine you will also find the possibility to exchange money at the casino
The hotel we stay in every time we go to Sofia. We stay as close, clean and satisfied as you can walk to the center.
Super hotel, but the city was dirty air in the rooms were not breathing. The rooms were not very comfortable. Outside the pool, hamami, sauna was nice.
The hotel does not deserve the 4 stars, the hard bed, the mattresses with the damaged springs, the food of poor quality and variety
Nice hotel, but receptionists are not well trained, and waiting at the reception for a long time because there are always groups.
Nice room, great breakfast, but too noisy even after 23.00
Good place, good breakfast - rich and delicious, but can be emphasized hygiene, with the entrance is felt a slight odor of moisture from the pool, which speaks of Old or inadequate ventilation. In the rooms the internet is hard to catch, and in some of the rooms it is very nocturnal by the air conditioning turbines, there is constant irritating quiet noise.
It will become available by renovating all the rooms.
From Central Station, you can walk to the city with a little effort. It was a satisfactory hotel. In the city, it will be treated as a luxury hotel.
This hotel is especially suitable for people who do not want to stay in the hotel too much, suitable for shower and bed and breakfast
A unique water aerobics coach. There is no better in Bulgaria
Nice and comfortable hotel; perfect facilities, including pool and spa; with therapeutic massage
Hotel not near the center. With good casino and spa and rich breakfast. Rooms should be chosen. The first category is shabby good business. The air conditioning does not work well. Good prices compared to Italy at least 30-40 percent less. 4-star category.
Shabby and ugly room. Decoration absent. No bedside tables or night lamps (or pincers attached to the headboard in the absence of tables). Old and outdated furniture (with breaks and patches) Looks little clean. Bath with sobada curtain. Window without blind or blind or anything more than a curtain that let all the light pass. Prehistoric television, control without batteries (we had to ask) and channels available scarce and with bad signal. No channel in Spanish. Hallways dingy and with a menchajosa carpet and without subjection, so that it rises and you stumble). There are no stairs. Normal food (buffet), a little lacking in variety (especially fruit, cooked vegetables and fish) Attentive and friendly staff but very limited in languages (including English). To change money you have to register at the casino (passport or ID is required, they will hold you at reception for 2 hours when you arrive). There is a casino and spa, but ... if you do not use them, the rest of the hotel is very weak.
Immaculate hotel. The staff were wonderful. Check in smoothly. E is more nonelsun.
Sudi Ozkan's hotel, the lobby is beautiful, gambling enthusiast, staff is good and polite, rooms are neglected, the place is central
Beautifully cool, everything went well, very well pleased.
The breakfast is super and the rooms are clean and warm and pleasant For those who want Victoria spa there is in the hotel
I often use this place for both meeting and conference rooms of the hotel. Here, in a refined setting, they offer great coffee, privacy in service and lots of smiles!
Clean and comfortable, great service, courteous staff.
Excellent hotel just a step away from the center and all the restaurants
Hotel convenient for the location but only suitable for groups.
Unlike other Ramada hotels, I was disappointed. I do not recommend.
Turkish owned very old hotel. Noise from next room is annoying, especially voice from hallway. Personally I will not recommend this hotel, except you are addicted to Gambling...
+= clean; -= Empty fridge; no curtains; very old tv (no lcd), the tv programs are not the same with the list; the mirror from the bathroom is damaged. Maximum 2-3 stars, no way for 4 stars!!! Maybe the rooms are different but I've paid for 4 stars. The price is similar with Ramada from my country but the conditiins are completly different.
I was here 20 years ago. It appears the hotel has been remodeled. The ballroom looked awesome. Service needs improvement. The espresso I had, probably came from those cheap nesscafe machines. I understand that handling several benquet events at the same time could be a challenge; however, benquet staff needs some additional training. They could use tray jacks for example.
I did not like it. Not renovated in the 30-year-old room, old and unpleasant.
The facilities are old and unsupported, and the pool stairs have been broken. But the people who work there are very friendly and the atmosphere is pleasant.
No organization! We ask at reception if all our refrigerator rooms are yes we are asking why our own SU has been answered "does not have"! No disposition to help in the theft that they made by considering their employees above their suspicion of terror! and some more detailed about the theft! We are minors and we chose this one day before we leave so that we do not pretend to react The report said that there was a dash do not disturb that of course there was whenever the cleaner had permission in the day when the theft was discovered! No disposition to help the staff and the superiors! THE HOTEL DOES NOT OFFER NO SAFETY AND I AM NOT PROVIDE FOR YOUR SAFETY!
When you enter the hotel it seems another thing, but when you get to your room, you realize that you are not in a four star hotel even remotely. Rooms neglected, old and very left. The old toilet, as in the whole bathroom, the old TV, of which you can not see almost anywhere. That is a hotel penalty, I'm sure that for the same price there are better places in Sofia
What can I say about a hotel where a deceiver who has dragged a lot of people with money, says Galya Tsvetanova before she took her apartment lived in "Orlandovtsi" Blvd.v1A app1.There is a son Tetsi and daughter Anna-Maria! 2000 dollars She worked as a cleaner in 59 yards from where they expelled her for imams and thefts! In one place the owners have stripped her naked because she and Pesho have stolen their phone. What image can a hotel with such an employee now live in Chepintsi! What I write is not anonymous my name comes out!
Rooms are not realy for 4 stars hotel but service is very nice, food is very good and there is lot of choices for every meal. Recomend it.
Location close to everything, peace, comfort and very clean! Breakfast Over Expectations!
