The staff are very friendly and willing. The facilities are very complete and there are recreational activities and shows for everyone. Ideal for families.

Clean, spacious rooms and very good food. What we were looking for

Very responsive administration and staff. Clean, tidy, everything worked to thread. Hotel for any age, as there are swimming pools and playgrounds for children and concerts in the evenings. The sea is near. And the streets with shops and the shopping center itself is not far away! We liked :)

Good rooms (recently remodeled), regular cleaning, close to the beach and regular Buffet

Good hotel. There are several swimming pools on the territory. Accommodation includes breakfasts and dinners. At dinners, drinks are paid. I was surprised that you can get in line for dinner (see the photo) at a free table. All dinners are themed and forgive all the shortcomings of this hotel.

Pros:
- a restaurant
- beautiful view if you took a room with a sea view
- two swimming pools plus a pool for little ones
- cozy beach nearby
Minuses:
- poor sound insulation
- queue to the restaurant (see photo)
- broken playground (see photo)
- a room with access to the backyard. It's better not to take this one (we had one). You will listen to the animation from the hotel opposite and take out the garbage for half the night
- distance to the sea about 10 min. The hotel is located on a hill, if it's easy to go to the sea, then back ...

The 4R Playa Park has surpassed all my expectations. The hotel is lively with attentive staff and the entertainment for children and adults is second to none. Staying for 2 weeks and already thinking about booking again next year.

All liked it. Lucky that the room overlooks the balcony of the sea and removed from the animation site. If I got a room overlooking the bus stop, the rest would be spoiled. Room change costs 20 euros, by the way.

Very well located, in front of the sea. Normal free buffet, nothing to write home about. Clean rooms, which is the important thing.

Great wee spot - close to beaches/shops/bus & tram services

All very correct; the staff the best.
To put one downside, I would say the queue that forms for dinner at the buffet.

I give everything a 10 from the waitresses, to the hotel manager.

The closest and most picturesque beach to the hotel

In general we liked it a lot.
Very organized dining room, very polite waiters and very good food.
At reception we were treated very well.
The bathrooms renovated and very clean.
I would give it 4 *

A very good place for a good maltitem.lot a great place for a hotel .becoming from a hotel. And a bus stop .and enjoy a 2.5-hour bus ride. You can look at Barcelona .lena stroll can reach 10 min to the beach. employees for a nice payback!

Very nice hotel, the location is a bit out of the way, yet very central so are in the immediate vicinity supermarkets, night market, 3 beaches, bus stop. The beaches are really great and attract with attractions. Hotel guests were mostly Russians or English, which reflects the chaos at breakfast. The animation is only in spanish, russian, english (if at all). The room was very nice and spacious. Conditioning is very well maintained, the beds are super comfortable. Unfortunately the fridge has to be booked for 5 / day.

Wonderful hotel in Salou!
Since we arrived and checked into the hotel late, dinner was waiting for us in the room. What pleasantly surprised us. The room is spacious. With a fresh repair. Plumbing is not old. They were cleaned well, towels were changed every day. A fridge and kettle are also available for a fee. In the evenings, the hotel has an entertainment program. The food in the restaurant is varied and delicious. On the tables are tablecloths. The staff is top notch. The hotel draws on 4 stars. All in all, I recommend this hotel for a vacation. We really liked it here.

Have only attempted to eat 2 evening meals and 1 breakfast. Food cold and soggy. Costing us a fortune to eat out elsewhere. Not impressed. Paid extra for a sea view and got conned on that as well. Would put zero stars but one is the least you can do

The hotel is great. The truth is that it does not lack anything to be a 3 star.
It has animation every night and during the day.
The food was very tasty. But I have noticed that it is more oriented for tourists in several aspects. The first are the schedules, but that depends on each one, I usually eat soon and it has not been any inconvenience. But dinner is given more importance than food as far as the menu is concerned.
The beaches are very close, 2 minutes walk. But yes, you have to go down slopes or many steps depends on the cove. In long beach there are 150 steps. In the llenguadets there are 80 steps and in chaplains there is a hellish slope to climb later. But it's worth it because they are very quiet coves with water that looks like glass. Also highly recommended for snorkeling

Very good as far as price/quality. 5 min walk to the beach. Great for families. Somehow, mostly inhabited by Russians and Brits, plus maybe be a few Germans.

It's unusual for me that there are no drinks on the buffet!

Food was very, very good, staff very friendly, have been here for 23 years and have always been very satisfied. Were in Salou, once in a different hotel and regretted it.

Awesome hotel. Nice location, close to the beach and lots of restaurants etc. Rooms are a bit basic but clean, and the TV has loads of channels. Service is good; staff are friendly. Buffet food: there's loads of choice, something new every day with lots of meat on the menu (some good things but some really bad food too). WiFi is free and really good for anything but video streaming. Salou is an amazing town and would overall highly recommend the location and the hotel.

Stayed for a sports tour. Not too far from the centre of Salou but not too central. Nice rooms with good beds.

Excellent hotel. Recently renovated (rooms look nice). The rooms have free Wi-Fi (though the speed is low, especially in the evening).
Large territory. There are 3 swimming pools, mini golf, a separate house for a mini-club and many areas for different pastimes.
Kitchen. Perhaps the best restaurant in Salou with t. food. Despite the small variety, no one will go hungry. For lunch and dinner there is always soup (1-2 times a week even Borch), meat, chicken, fish. I was very pleased with the presence of various cheeses (including with mold), all kinds of meat snacks (jamon, boiled pork, sausages), the opportunity to make a salad on your own (there are pre-cut vegetables, sausages, smoked chicken, nuts, crackers, spices, herbs and oils ), the presence of not only fried potatoes, but also baked and mashed potatoes. The staff of the restaurant timely updates and reports dishes for distribution: no matter how many guests and how late you came, there were always shrimp, mussels, watermelons and melons available.
Nearby there are 3 beaches, a bus stop, BusPlana office and a sufficient number of parking spaces (both paid and free).
All staff speak Russian.
Credit cards are accepted.

MINUSES:
- Despite the new renovation in the hotel, old plumbing
- Safe for extra fee
- Refrigerator for add. fee
- Luggage scales for extra fee
- There are no ice machines on the floors
- The hotel is located on a mountain, i.e. after the beach you need to go uphill
- There is no chef who prepares food live
- Churus and Spanish omelet do not happen every day.

It was a great vacation! A wonderful hotel!
We booked a double room for two (as a couple).

Hotel first impression:
The whole hotel is very clean and chic. We were greeted very nicely at the reception when we checked in.
Important: German is not spoken here! Knowledge of English is not bad for communication.

Room:
The room wasn't particularly big, but nice and, above all, clean!
Furnishing:
Wardrobe, chair, TV, bedside table, safe and minibar for an extra charge.
Especially the balcony appealed to us. On this there were two chairs, a table and a device as a clothes horse where you can dry towels and bathing suits.
The bathroom was also very clean and had a nice shower.

Outside area of the hotel:
The outdoor area is cleaned every morning.
We loved to hang out by the pool. The pool is also small but nice.

Eat:
We booked a full board. There was a buffet in the morning, at noon and in the evening.
The buffet was varied and delicious. There should be something for every taste. We especially enjoyed the breakfast.

Location of the hotel to other occupations:
A small beach is a 2-minute walk from the hotel. The next larger beach is about 5 minutes in the direction of the center. The main beach and the promenade of Salou are around 10-15 minutes along the coast.
A bus stop for the "Salou-Train", a tourist sightseeing bus, is in front of the hotel.
The next street, bristling with cocktail bars and souvenir shops, is about a 5-minute walk away.

Conclusion:
I am very stunned. Salou is a beautiful area and you really can't go wrong with this hotel! Absolute recommendation!

My recommendation:
Book half board or just breakfast. This means that you A are more independent in terms of time and can simply stay on the beach for lunch (especially since you can also get a snack on the beach or in the city for little money). If necessary, you can book lunch or dinner as well.

Hotel lousy ... Poor food .... Poocoo comfortable installation ... Nose as you can do to do it so bad the double pension a scam ... I will not return more here than little attention

I did not even expect it to be so great !!! We are here now 08/20/2015 with my husband. It s a pity that we didn t take children with us (((everything has a comfortable family rest, although the two of us are also not bad))) is actually an excellent menu, white sheets and towels, close to the three beaches, responsive staff, including among others there is a Russian-speaking one. Good morning everyone. Now we rest in this hotel. I'll start from the beginning. Arrived early in the morning, settled only at 12:00. The room was given with windows on the main street which turned out to be very good, quiet, and the sun does not shine through the windows Everything is super. The food is very good. Very, everything is there. Every day a different menu. But you need to walk 10-15 minutes from the mountain to the sea and climb the mountain or the stairs. Make a conclusion. To the center 15 minutes on foot along the promenade. I would return to this hotel again. I put 4 ****

A night at 100 for a room that requires renovation, impossible to sleep very loud music pool side and ridiculous animation, to make the breakfast not the same choice for one night and do not talk about the quality of breakfast.

Very clean, friendly staff, good selection of food on offer. Only downfall is no drinks included in half board. You pay for tea coffee coke seperate before you leave dining area and no kettle provided in rooms.

Great hotel. Clean, comfortable enough rooms with air conditioning. The restaurant has a buffet system. The menu is extensive and all dishes are delicious. Every day there are different entertainment programs. Nearest beach 5 minutes walk. The beach is sandy, the bottom is very flat and flat, the water is clean. The beach, like others, is free. Almost opposite the hotel, across the road there is a Russian-language travel agency where you can choose a tour. We already went on a two-day excursion to Zaragoza-Madrid-Toledo - the "homeland" of Don Quixote.

It is true that the food is great but frankly I think the staff is very cold, the two pools too small and shallow and the hotel has parking but be careful that it is 12th the day and the refrigerator 2nd the day. In any case I'm the last time at home
