A fine dine restaurant with ambience as beautiful as it can be. Sitting space is well furnished and the cutlery is just best thing ever. Peaceful music is in background to soothe your mood and have a relaxed meal. Hospitality at it's best . You are served very properly. Food is really good and fresh.

Thanks for serving us a amazing main cource which was completly fullfil with indian taste. The aroma of every dishes was the plus point and if you want to treat yourself with fine dine. Then don't think twice even to come here.

For me it luks bettr den our own satisfaction in respect to services in dis hotel. V can frame our thoughts heights dat much wht v make out whn v may b in metro city. Single shot I should say overall it's damm gud

Cheap accommodation of Indian people Come to visit the bathroom The bathroom is clean but not flushing.

A five star rating pales in comparison to the quality of service, the amazing food and the overall royalty-like feeling we experienced during our stay. The pool is awesome too. I am a customer for life. A special hug to Nidhi who made a complete to-do list for Varanasi.

Don't know why anyone is writing good reviews for this hotel. The lobby is nice, but rooms are old and unkempt. As soon as I checked into room a musky stale damp smell hit me. The bathroom was old and stinky. Furniture is battered and linen woren. Oli wish I read all the tripadvisor reviews before booking. I checked out at 5am in the morning and whole process took 20 minute, even though I Was The only customer in lobby. When I asked for taxi to airport I was told the can't ring taxi so I had to do a long walk in the dark to the main road. The worst hotel I've stayed in for a long time.

This is a chic place with lovely ambience. Food is good here. Service people are nice and help comes as and when you need. Loved the pool area.

Courteous staff and lots of open spaces .Quite and peacefull property, a sure relief from hustle bustle of Varanasi.

There is a noise from toilet flush from the next rooms.

Some of wooden interiors have become old..bathroom interior too has the same problem...hotel is superb anyways but these small problems should be rectified

Excellent service. Great facilities. Warm and Friendly Atmosphere. I was made to feel like I was Family. The driver I had was very knowledgeable of the history of Varanasi. A wonderful afternoon with him .I learned more from him about the people, culture and traditions than I could have imagined. Great job Prashant

Facilities are good plenty space for Parking, Good Room's for Stay they have party lawn also and Big Conference Hall for Good and comfortable stay choose this Hotel just beside to JHV Mall so best if want Entertainment while your Stay

The palate is one of the most awesome restaurants in varanasi.. Ambience is great.. Foods are delicious.. Service is swift and very cordial staff.. Not very crowded.. Just a type of place you want to spend evening at, with ur family or friends..

The front desk staff are very cheap. My jacket been robbed. I sincerely would suggest all travellers to not to chose this cheating hotel. Taj is all-time best.

Nice pool. But breakfast does not serve brewed coffee.
