If you're craving for a lavish feel and amazing meal , Tadka by Ramada plaza is the right place......You will realise why it has got a "5 star badge" right from the moment you will step in there...Right from being greeted at the main door to that cute welcome in the restaurant section by that "arti k thali" and "applying tilak " you will love their hospitality...

The dine-in area is divided into different sections as restaurant , coffee area and Bar and each setting is vibrant, appealing and different from each other.....I went to their restaurant section "Tadka" and talking about food:

1. I loved their "Chowk ki thandai" , the flavour of saffron and almond was complementing each other ...

2. Their Shorbas carry an Indian touch and authentic Indian flavours {can be made better by modifying few ingredients}

3. Their Murgh kali mirch malai tikka and Veg shami kebabs were extremely flavourful and so aptly prepared representing a perfect blend of spices and ingredients..They were delectable...

4. Chapli kebabs can be made better and Paneer-atishi-e-Noor would have been amazing if the marination was allowed to infuse inside it by leaving it marinated overnight or for few hours..

5.In main course I loved their "Signature Murgh Matka" ...The chicken pieces were perfectly cooked , tender and juicy and every condiment was complimenting each other...Paneer Taka Tin's gravy was mild and creamy but overall I felt that it can be improved ..Being a veggie lover , I loved their Diwani handi..

6. Their Signature Bamboo Biryani was presented beautifully and tasted amazing as well ...Full of rich flavours..

7. In deserts , Chandrakala was nice and Malpua roll with rabri was just perfect ...The amount of sugar used in malpua was apt and the rabri topping made it even better..

Their pool side area is so beautiful ...Service is top-notch and chefs are so interactive and knowledgeable...Had a great brunch and would recommend everbody to visit the place once...

Very pleasant atmosphere with lovely interiors and very tasty and delicious food.

1) There were few mosquitoes in room on both the nights I stayed which is unacceptable.
2) Internet was not working at all, couldn t even play a normal YouTube video after using some data.
3) Many of the TV channels were not subscribed.

Infrastructure and ambience were good. But because of above reasons I have to compare it with staying in some Oyo Hotel.

Really good hotel but can be a bit expensive during peak tourist season. Room are very well made, clean and comfortable. Staff is really sweet and helpful. Their food quality good but again on a bit expensive side.

Decent property in varansi. Services may be improved little

We stayed at Ramada as part of an event that we were attending. The hotel is clean and the staff is friendly.

Rooms are basic and comfortable. Wifi is chronically down. Service is inept and more interested in being agreeable "yes-ing" you than solving problems.

After two years of bad experience at this property, an emergency revisit recently was again sad.

(Apologies to humanity but even female staff is idiot towards women safety, as their staff is habitual of those idiotic disrespectful moves)

Very expansive hotel in Cantonment area Varanasi UP India.

Rooms are good. Food is good. Guards are rude and nonsense speakers... can easily indulge in arguments... staff is ok.

I had a breakfast buffet at the Tadka restaurant. Mr. Basant helped me explored the buffet. He also suggested some of there house specials in buffet which were really good. It was a really good mix of both India and continental breakfast. I could find everything that I could think of, including FRESHLY SQUEEZED orange, watermelon and few other juices.

Five star hotel where you get all the stuff you need. Workout area and swimming pool is awesome. They give complementary breakfast and trust me buddy you will love the things of breakfast.

Good famous reputed hotel chain. This at Varanasi, is quite close to the City Railway Station. Malls, market and ATM in the vicinity. The building entry is after a 200 meter walk from campus gate. Guest parking is also available. Hotel is spacious. Though, their back space is slightly small for crowded (more than 300-500people) functions. Rooms are clean, spacious and comfortable. Hotel staff are good, helpful and well-behaved, follow your instructions quite well. Room service and housekeeping is good. Food is delicious. It is known for it's breakfast spread. Though, they are not at all liberal with their dining hall timings (unlike a few other hotels with similar standards). I find it a bit uneasy to not find remote controls for room ACs, to adjust the ac one needs to go to the wall fixture switches to adjust temperature every time. Over all the good for an enjoyable and comfortable stay in Varanasi.

Not a five star for sure , power break downs, acs don't work . Big name in bad shape ..

Awesome service that's true to Indian hospitality traditions. Has an awesome restaurant with a buffet spread that will put a lot of Wyndham properties in international properties to shame.
