I've been a customer of (D&G) Rona for years now. Sometimes a little pricey inside the store. As for construction materials, a great place to shop.

I just needed electrical nfo, which they promptly supplied

I really like the service and they always have everything I need!

Some floor employees and cashier are very friendly and helpful, some few including some shift managers are downright rude and unfriendly.

Rona DG is my favorite,always happy too see me and service is always spot on,highly recommend

Excellent service. Small selection on some items. (Drywall compound, for example.) Can usually find everything I need.

I would say the only negative is that it's a small location.

Small store with confusing organization and lackluster service. I asked the attendant at the contractor service counter to check if a specific type of outside drywall corner bead was in stock. The attendant refused to help and just told me to go look "in the corner". I looked up the stock on the Rona website on my phone and the site did show stock. Upon arriving at "the corner", I found a mess of mismatched corner beads making it impossible to find what I was looking for. The only reason I gave 2 stars rather than 1 is because a clerk was helpful in quickly getting me something off a top shelf.

Love the guys in the back! They know so much, willing to impart their experience and I never wait long for help. For professionals and amateurs.

Their hrs of opening is anything one feels like being in the countryside ser the farmer their price is too expensive and this good jeck of the Philippines or china speaks French not spoken loudly in another language and looks at you with big eyes if you claim a den associate service .... well home depot will have my clientele 11 minutes on St Antoine .et plus it's cheaper. I asked to speak to the manager and waited 10 minutes to see him. Now able to read it.

It's areal hardware store with knowledgeable staff that really know what they're talking about

Bad service, stock is inacurate, can't find anything better choose a bigger Rona.

I understand that your average Joe is not their target market, but still a certain level of professionalism would be appreciated. I went in to buy some bags of rocks and was ignored by 2 staff members.

I am a former employee of d &g.. 20 years....my former co workers do their best to fullfill their requierments..we were taught service..all did..I miss them and hope they continue..to be the way we know

Poor customer service Had my money for 3 months, send me an email telling me my order is ready for pickup. I drive there and they tell me it is not there because they cancelled my order because I only ordered two.. and you need to order four. They never called me once or bothered to tell me after three months of holding my money. Lazy and badly run

Very complete hardware. They have everything but really all the tools you could need and the lumber yard is very large. The delivery is great too. Very courteous in service.

Ordered some material, when asked to put cie name on invoice the man told me sorry the bill is already printed !?!..., and 3 items where not on the Bill so I left ,not going back verry, bad service.

Good. Rona carries a large amount of bathroom accessories.
