Taste of the food is good but not too good.
The atmosphere is very food and the classical live music is very good.

The hotel is okay. Nothing great. the rooms are very old and need renovation badly. Food quality can be improved upon.

A good place to stay. Good rooms, clean, excellent experience. Enjoyed the breakfast which has a good mix of local , indian and international dishes . The hotel is a bit far from Varanasi shopping areas and ghats but plenty of transport available.

Buffet spread is nice. Staff is good. Place is good.

Stayed there for 5 days. Every amenities are there. Cordial staff and hospitality. Poolside is relaxing.

The response is too bad.
I called up Mr. Kunal pankaj 5 to 6 times he did neither responded nor called back.
Next day when I called reception they said " I can't do anything".
And transfered the call to revenue manager.
When I complained he said he only looks into you can mail then we will respond.
It was a corporate bulk booking.
This is the response.
Shame on this kind of bad service .
Taj Ganges is class apart.

One of the best hotels in varanasi. The interior is so awesome plus the it's location in the cantonment area makes it super easy to reach.

Just one star for this hotel .. worst experience ever . Worst food qualify. Pasta was soo bad instead give the child he will cook for u very good pasta . Also chicken chowmin was just the name only pieces of omlette was seen than Chicken pieces. Even chilly baby corn was soo pooorly cooked no sauces jyst a dry servings . No seasoning was kept on the table even tissue paper . This was about food .
Now the staff member they too were sooo rude . One of the lady she completely refused us to use the washroom. I totally disliked her rude behaviour. Now the waiter he too was soo proudy I don't know why he was .. he counted the money infront of us on the same table of us when received payment. I have never seen waiters counting payment infront of you . .. over all my birthday was soo worst .. just the name is RAMADA but it didn't maintained it standards. They should learn some etuqetique from hotels of big city like Delhi , lucknow, mumbai .

Absolutely awesome. I loved the food and the ambiance. We went for a buffet and per plate cost was approximately INR 1300. Well, it's a great place for a grand treat. The service was a bit slow on deserts. But overall, appreciable.

A good hotel with a pool and carpeted floors in the room. With many other amenities like salons (Javed Habib) with a mall nearby and their own playground

Great staff and location. Rooms are now getting a little older so need a decent renovation. The food at their restaurant was excellent

This is an excellent place for a comfort stay . However the location is far apart from all the key tourist points and temples. One way trip to the prime location costs about 200 RS and atleast 45 mins of travel. This is the main drawback. So we either compromise on the comfort of stay or compromise on places to visit. The hotel was great hospitality wise and very good staff..food in the restaurants is five star..even though a bomb on the pocket. So please take a call accordingly

Great place to stay, with awesome options (food / shopping etc) available in the JHV mall in front of the hotel.

I had a bad experience with staff ,,, rude behaviour

Same old shops like any other mall. Clothes and shoes. It's okay. Lifts are extremely slow. Not that maintained.

This is good hotel to stay at.. slightly expensive.. but worth a stay..mall and railway station nearby.

Staff not very competent. Room a bit worn. Loud. Renovation works are also carried out at night. Suitcase service good. Eat good.

Stay was good in here.We had a room with double occupancy so we were provided with a large room with separate beds along.Buffet was fine.
Fitness centre needs an upliftment.Very Limited equipments are available so you may have to take a break for about a day from your workout.

Tadka Restaurant - Pathetic service. Horrible food. Unconcerned workforce. The waitors were not even ready to take our order. We waited for at least 15 minutes after requesting them twice to take our order. Then, the food was delivered after 1.5 hours, again, after reminding them thrice in between to bring our food. The food was horrible. The management is very very poor. NEVER EVER EVER EVER GO THERE.

A very nice hotel with excellent hospitality and customer service. The rooms are decent and great facilities. The gym pool and spa are in a very good shape and well maintained

Nice hotel... As per Ramada standards... Gets quite pricey although during weekends... The room price in which I stayed shot upto 20000 from 5500 on goibibo... Unbelievable... Not worth 22k, but still a good place

Drinking water not available in hotel they forced to purchase with very high price, no provision of RO water, very rude behaviour of frontline staff.

It's a very good place and their service is very good

Hotel and rooms were good but cost was really high considering location /city.
Also if we go for dinner plan we have to eat dinner in restaurant only and will not get food in ROOM- really not expecting from 5 star
