Services were up 2 mark....

Costly hotel ofc coz it's a 5 star with all amenities. Rooms are really great. Enclosing some photos of the room and it's view outside.

Nice spread in the Breakfast,Lunch & Dinner. Comfortable rooms but Air conditioning needs attention.

Lousy hotel. Arrogant staff. Broken equipments at Gym. Entire staff needs an urgent crash course to improve their communication skills & etiquette. Rooms need major upgrade.

Escalators don't work, toilets stinks.. Poor maintenance..

They did not clean the room, food was sub par and staff very rude. Have had positive experiences in other Ramada hotels but this is one to steer clear of.

this is very good hotel. all rooms are clean and good. free wifi and service in this hotel is the best. this is the big hotel. this is also available for booking for large meetings and openings. this is vip hotel in varanasi city.
today i am here to attend a meeting of shine city for official purpose and to learn more about them. this is large meetings and over all 1000 people are there for meeting. this is special and good.

It s too memorable , nice spot and some relaxing place because it s location is far away from pollution and traffic . My both sister s first choice is Ramada . They preferred it s service , it s cleanliness , it s maintenance , and it's luxurious .

Food is good,very luxury but one security supervisor name Pankaj singh is very bad,his behaviour was untorrable,not good for tourist

Attended a wedding ceremony here. Food was delicious. Staff were friendly and professional. I've stayed here a couple of years back and it was an amazing experience. Rooms were cozy. Pool is large and clean. This place is best for anyone who wants to throw a pool party in Varanasi.

Shabby run down hotel. Everything is chipped or frayed except the lobby. Badly in need of an upgrade. The minibar was not working and the sink would back up. The bathrooms are very small and the upstairs flush sounds like a thunderstorm in your bathroom. Worst of all was the service, right upto the duty manager who looks at you stupidly when you try to complain to him. Everyone giving you a big namaste all the time does not make for good service. Not a five star at all.

It is suitable to spend the night, to clean up. The room has a shower, toilet, 2 beds, air conditioning, TV, wardrobe.
When ordering food ooooochen long cook.

4.5 .... one of the best place in varanasi for stay ,awesome service ,friendly staff ,house keeping up to the marks not like pro ,and yes they keep there standards up ,but yes it can be improved .green and oxygen pumped atmosphere.....
