Totally unforgettable experience with warm hospitality

The Biggest Hotel in Cantonment with the biggest shopping mall in Varanasi.
Good Shopping stop as it comes with Multi-Brand Stores. It has The Homemakers also in its 2nd Floor.

Dnt knw.. but hotch potch.. mY be food nice.. i hv nt tried... Too costly as a star hotel... In a city which is starless

An excellent first rate hotel with superb resturants

i would like to inform you that i m called up in your hotel last 5 days back regarding the wedding function but no body revert back regarding the same yet now my friend staying in your hotel and he give the reference your hotel .

Hotel Ambience, Service and Rooms are very nice . Food is also very good .

Overall experience is good but food n ac in the hall was no up to mark electricity fluctuations were there

Good and Spacious Property. The Hotel has lot of open space for hosting evemt outside. It has conference halls for medium as well as large gathering. Food is decent as also rooms. However there is ocassional disturbance from the shaft attached with each room so perferably take a room where adjoining rooms are unoccupied. The hotel is in backside of plaza so one has Shopping option next door.

Hotel is very good . Food is fabulous but hotel has one very big problem for Indian guest that none of rooms toilet have jet. No hand jet nothing. Use tissue paper only like you are in flight. Very disappointed from this.

Stayed in gateway by taj in initial days an dthen shifted to Ramada

Rooms looks better than taj as welll as property being newly built. However following are cons:

1. Service is not up to 5 star level, when we reached hotel no one was there to take our luggage in.

2. Toileteries are of highly inferior quality and local.

3. There is no jet in toilet (even taj had the same) and no hand shower on bath tub as well. Saw first bath tub without hand shower ever. Quite illogical.

Good modern hotel which sometimes in India you need.

The rooms are very spacious and nice. Almost all the facilities have been provided in the room including iron, iron table, hair dryer, mini fridge. The only thing I didn't like was the services. The staff was too lazy n they took a lot of time for providing services.

Nice Spacious Rooms, Decent Breakfast Spread, A Friendly Bartender, What Else One Wants, A Complete Value For Money... :-)

It's just an okay place, u can go here, but if u want a 5 star experience then you must opt for any other good hotel

A cosy, safe stay in Varanasi but low grade food. Service level and warmth of employees is impressive. However, what you get on breakfast to dinner table is pathetic.
Returning to the hotel now in 2019 and found everything the same. What I like the most about this hotel is its not in your face type amenities. Nothing overwhelms, including the lobby and reception space.
My favourite moment is check in time when the staff welcomes you with tilak and a Rudraksh mala.
Service is slow, so is the city, laid back and never in a hurry to reach anywhere.

Cool hotel for staying. The hotel has a big garden accompanied by a big swimming pool. Backside of jhv mall and close railway station.

Ordered veg biryani got chicken in it... they call themselfs 5 star... haha wat a joke...

One of the best hotels in the temple town. Located a bit far off from the ghats and temples, and the commute eats up into your time. Pricey, but that's expected in Tier 2 Indian cities. Huge built up area, and there is the namesake (JHV) mall next to it. The mall has McDonald's, Pizza Hut, CCD, etc so you have many options of eating apart from what's there at the hotel. Ample parking. The Varuna river can be viewed from rooms. Sounds from next door rooms, particularly that of toilets flushing, leak into your room and that's annoying. Nice restaurants, nice breakfast spread, courteous staff.

Its ok, a big and spacious place with big parking lot, but it lacks POIs, except shopping this place has nothing, though there is a gaming parlour but its outdated.

Excellent hotel, but their services are pathetic. Food quality specially in their indian cuisine restaurant is very variable. Staff training & motivation is absolutely low. It's total chaos. Been there 3 times but came disappointed every time, some time it's food, most of the time it's delays, chaos..

Ramada's tadka is one of the finest restaurant to dine in. I can vouch this place to be my favourite. I was elevated with the courteous staff and the dishes they serve. Decorated with beautiful interiors and they also have live music. Now coming to food they got some amazing chef special dishes named murga matka and jungali bamboo biryani. I got to eat many things and all are worth a try. I strongly recommend this beautiful restaurant for fine dining experience.

Note that it has a few years and needs some updating, but it is warm and friendly, the restaurant staff is very nice. Overall it is a good hotel.
