Budget stay. Whenever they cleaned the room it wasn't done very good .Pool and bar are very good . However the free shuttle is always fully booked , managed to get a ride on my last day . Was told they would drop me at my new hotel however the driver only dropped me at the Seminyak square and was very rude! Left me with all my luggage and drove off.

The breakfast is nice, the rooms and the atmosphere in the hotel are very comfortable, there is a swimming pool. Can sunbathing in the pool.

Decent budget hotel to stay with great breakfast spread

Hotel Checkin time (3pm) differs from whats mentioned in MakeMyTrip website (2pm). We reached at 2:15pm and thry dint allow checkin even after showing mmt booking. To add to the trouble, they took 1 hour and 30 minutes to make our room ready and we checked in at 3:40pm after couple of conversation with thr receptionist.

Did not expect that from Ramada group of hotels.

It is a nice hotel with friendly staff. The breakfast for Europeans is limited. There is a free shuttle bus that will take you to Kuta or Seminyak.

Comfortable enough ... but a little far from the highway

A very very beautiful hotel in Bali. It is a little far away from the main areas. A little difficult to get somewhere on your own late night. Rest it is beautiful property.

Cheap hotel with conservative policy. Not allowed taxi online at this DIGITAL ONLINE PERIOD? The hotel not allowed taxi online because they have their own TAXI THAT COST U 3TIMES OR MORE COST. I think u should change to another hotel because the hotel taxi can cost u A BETTER GOOD HOTEL ONE.

Hotel is running a taxi racket on the tourist. Becareful using grab taxi. Their drivers will get violent.

The hotel is beautiful but its location is very bad and it is used as a telescope and does not have to rent it because they are forcing you to take the drivers who stop at them and their prices are very expensive and drivers offer what they can enter the hotel

Stayed at this hotel for 2 nights. Waited for a pretty long time during check in. Located far from main seminyak area and need to wait a pretty long time for taxi. There is hotel taxi but the price is expensive. Anyway the hotel provide a shuttle to seminyak and kuta area 4 times a day. The staffs are very welcome but need to improve the service. The room is very clean too.

Nice Place to spend your money and easily accessible to all places and very good customer care.

The best impression I had from this hotel is the extremely friendly and helpful staffs. It is overall a nice place to stay, clean and filled with facilities. I would recommend this hotel for a family vacation or even couple travellers.

I honestly can t say enough good things about this resort. Had an incredible 6-night stay. Very reasonable cost for a hotel with all the amenities... restaurant, bar, fitness center, pool and spa. Every staff member is extremely pleasant and accommodating. I can say this hotel easily compares with other 5-star hotels I ve stayed at around the world.

Very nice experience. Good location, peaceful and away from the traffic and city noise. Well spread breakfast. Pool is the real love point of the hotel. Staff very helpful and curteous. Only suggestion that Hotel should improve on availability of first hand medical aid. Overall a very nice experience

Good hotel. Highlight is their pool and poolside restaurant and bar. Food is really good. The rooms that we got aren't so great. Could have improved in that aspect.

This is a very comfortable hotel, with large pool, great breakfast that changes from day to day, reasonable price food and drinks compared to the area, and food was nice and generally peaceful to stay in. It s abit far to walk to most of the interesting places in the area, but for between 25000 to 50000 Indonesian by grab you can get around the tourist places and the beaches and nightlife. Customer service is excellent and the staff are very friendly and always smiling.

Nice hotel. Friendly staff, great food, it's peaceful and quiet but it's not close to anything so you need to get transport to go anywhere. There is a shuttle bus that will take you to Kuta and Seminyak, but won't pick you up,I will never stay here again though. The beer isn't cold and I couldn't book anything to my room without having to put down a cash deposit. 3 days later after complaining I was told that I could book food and drinks to my room if I give them my credit card details, that's what I gave them when I checked in.

I stayed at this hotel for 3 days and two nights, and of course I stayed at this hotel during the pandemic period, but from the check-in process to the check-out process, at the hotel there were instructions that a temperature check would be carried out on every visiting guest, but what power, until I checked out, there was no temperature checking at all by the hotel clerk, for hand sanitizers, the location was still quite a bit, not too much, and this hotel only opens rooms on the lower floor, so for the night upstairs very dark. The staff is also very friendly, besides that the wifi in the room is also quite fast. The rooms are quite clean and comfortable, and quite spacious, but unfortunately, there are lots of mosquitoes that enter the room so I have to ask for mosquito repellent from the hotel side. My room happened to be upgraded by the hotel to be a type of pool access, the room is very comfortable and you have private access to the swimming pool. The swimming pool is very big and spacious. but unfortunately, the swimming pool is quite dirty, lots of leaves, mineral water bottles, etc. For pool access, access to the room at night is a bit creepy, because you have to go through a fairly long hallway, and next to the garden, and it's a bit dark at night. The location of the hotel is very strategic and close to everywhere,

My husband and I loved our 8 nights here! Firstly the staff were all incredible just to name a few Mahar, Gede, Tari, Micky were outstanding! Super friendly and service was brilliant.

We got upgraded for free to a deluxe suite when we arrived. beautiful balcony view of the pool. Room was very clean, complimentary bottles of water every day.

We loved the buffet breakfast, it was well worth adding that on. There was an assortment of western foods, as well as Indian and Indonesian. Including fruit, yogurt, salad, noodles, curry, pasta, potatoes, croissants, cereal, assorted cakes. Depending on the day they have a station with pancakes, crepes or waffles.
They also have a station where they will make you eggs and bacon. They have two black espresso machines and a grey one that you can use which is included with the buffet breakfast deal but the coffee tasted terrible. If you were still wanting to go for it use the silver one instead of the black.

The pools were nice, child friendly, not very deep at allband there is a little pool for younger kids. There were many options for seating around the pool. We enjoyed the food selections with the menu, as well as the happy hour cocktail deal from 3-7pm buy one 62k cocktail and get one free. Service was great with the waiters and the bartenders!

The hotel also had shuttles everyday into Kuta Square, Kuta Beach, Seminyak Square and Seminyak beach. We got the shuttle every time we went out and it was convenient that it was free. You just need to book it with the reception the night before. We even asked them morning of to see if it wasn t full. They also had pick up times as well. Overall I would say the shuttle is totally worth it. But my advice for improving this service would be to tell the guests the right pickup time. We heard our driver that was dropping us off telling the wrong pickup time to someone else. The time shouldn t change, it will always be the same time as what the schedule says! The driver that dropped you off is not always the driver who picks you up, from our experience. But we were told one day to be at the pickup location 30 minutes before the schedules pickup time. The hotel van was there, there was no one in the van and the van was left turned on. A group of us were waiting outside the van for a while. That being said, my husband and I were grateful and did have a great experience with the shuttles and especially one particular driver. We loved talking to Mahar. He was very kind, loves interacting with people. Very good at his job!

We would definitely come back, and have recommended our friends and family to come here!
