Clean and spacious rooms. Staff is friendly & helpful quickly. Unfortunately the smell of damp like room dust is not lost except that the air conditioner has been turned on all day. It turns out the curtains look moldy rather blackish.
The hotel got a lovely swimming pool and good breakfast selection. A bit far from any thing, specially that the entrance is a bit tricky to find.

Hotel surrounded by rice fields. 500m from main sunset road. Very cozy place to stay. 5 types of room. Superior, deluxe, deluxe pool view, deluxe pool side and deluxe pool access. Pool view is from 2nd floor up, poolside and pool access on ground floor. The pool is consist of shallow pool and deep pool. The shallow pool has a seat to relax like in the photo. The poolside means there is a path like 6 steps before the pool, but pool access gives you the right access to the private terrace. The pool and terrace have a terrace in front of the room. Breakfast also variative. Good service on front desk. There is a beer bar and restaurant in the side of the pool. If you want a silent environment, choose between room number 8 above
Hotel with a concept surrounded by rice fields. 500 meters from the main big road. A very nice place to stay. There are 5 types of rooms. Superior, deluxe, deluxe pool views, poolside delux and deluxe pool access. Pool views from the 2nd floor upwards while the poolside rooms and pool access rooms are located on the ground floor. There are kinds of pools, short pools and high pools. If the pool side room, you have to walk through a short park and pool side street before entering the short pool but if the pool access room, after exiting the terrace, you can immediately step on the foot in a short pool. The breakfast food is also good and varied. Friendly service. There is a bar for drinking beer and restaurants close to my room so if you don't like crowds, ask for room above number 8

Really liked this place. I asked for a quiet room which I guess was, but there was no hiding from the Thai geckos out in the field next door -they re so loud. The usual hallway noise but bc I was near the door to the balcony, there was contact trolleys and staff passing.
Room air con is excellent. Complimentary two bottles of water daily. Not recommended to drink tap water. Fantastic room service menu which is essentially the same as the restaurant dinner menu but more expensive in room (obviously). Lunch/poolside (same) menu is very limited. Club sandwich is very nice. Cocktails are low alcohol. Ice is made from filtered water.
The Day spa is amazing! Yolanda was incredible! Happy hour 40% off 10-4pm too! (Works out to be about $40 for 2hrs)
My only whinges are prob the limited lunch menu (can only have snacks by the poo. Proper meals have to be at the tables) and some of the staff s English was a little hard to understand. Mostly the women surprisingly. And very hard to find an email address to directly contact the hotel which is silly given so many guests would be international
It s a little isolated. But very easy to get a taxi somewhere and relatively cheap compared to Australia. Would go again. Not sure if corona made it a bit quieter even though Bali has no active cases. It s a real 4-star results. Not wow factor (besides the Day Spa) but better then average.

Currently staying at this hotel and 1st night down 2 to go I am considering leaving and looking elsewhere - to say I have been made feel humiliated is an understatement. Breakfast and the service is a disaster.

I decided this morning I would like breakfast at hotel so went to reception and asked to put my credit card on file so I can order breakfasts etc during stay and not to have to always carry cash- was told I can just go to restaurant and pay with my card there ..ok !
Went in to restaurant and gave room number advised I would be paying - they said ok but I must pay before I eat anything (where am I going to go you have my room number ?? ) I was seated and advised to wait and she would be back with credit card machine- 10 mins wait still no sign so left my stuff at table and went and ordered a coffee and got some breakfast- mid eating breakfast 2 staff members came over with card machine saying I must pay now as I didn't pay for breakfast!!!!!! I was mid eating- all tables next to me had people at them and I was like some criminal eating some eggs at hotel I am staying in !!! - some advice - leave the bill on the table at least and have some respect for your guests - anyway I paid and carried on eating - went to get my fruit - and took 5 more mins to get another fork to eat with (no napkins or cutlery left out for guests- you must reorder them with every different plate - a long drawn out experience )
Anyway shortly through my fruit another waitress came over with a bill - I said I have paid - she advised no- this is a new bill for your Coffee !!! It's not included and it's 25k idr for the coffee - really??? I said I am eating please leave on the table - to say at this point I am fuming is an understatement - no one mentioned the barista coffee was extra )
Finished my meal and left the cash in the leather case with bill and proceed to go to my room - at which I was followed and asked did I pay for my coffee !!!!!!!
Please first check the table before you follow a guest and for a 2nd time make them feel like a criminal . I am a professional woman and spend alot of time travelling and in hotels and I have never in my whole experience been made feel so belittled and mortified.
I have spent 3 weeks travelling Bali and Lombok and also never in one hotel made to feel this way. Presenting a bill at the end of a meal is standard but to stand over someone eating demanding payment and then to follow them for 2nd and payment is completely unprofessional.
I will not grace the restaurant again And I definitely will not come back again
By Western standards this is Not a 4 star hotel - it's a basic 2 - only plus is pool area but rooms are drab, towels are old and discoloiured . Reception/checkin staff were great - that's one thing I won't fault
Starting from check-in to the checkout the staff here made everything super simple for us. The deluxe rooms were clean & cozy. The complimentary breakfast provided was one of the bests i've had. Tasted vegetarian food and it was good. The pool is well maintained. Room service and housekeeping staff are a class apart. Overall I would recommend this hotel to everyone who travels to Bali.

The Service is excellent! The staff is polite and very helpful at Ramada Encore, they are always ready to assist guests with a smile. The hotel could improve on food though. If you are looking to visit the nearby places, they provide free shuttle services in decent intervals to the areas like Semiyak Square and Kuta.
I am disappointed with this hotel I swear heartache ... The security of the guest, my wife has been cut off by security there, even though the guest cook has to pay 100k, not the money but I am hurt, for those who know the phone number the hotel manager sends here I want to report so that you know yourself and the text of the lesson ...
Well this hotel is nice but not very good. It's a budget hotel. Value for money. It is not that lavish. It is an average hotel which can provide you the comfort stay. The one thing I liked was the hospitality of staff. Highly appreciate their service levels.
Alhamdulillah ... I arrived at Sby, I happened to take 3 days to stay with a family with a DELUXE room type including breakfast
in my opinion this hotel is okay with bringing family, as a note for the hotel:
1. the swimming pool (recommend it) the children like it.
2. For staff from the lobby to the rooms are good and friendly, except for the security post in my opinion, they are not friendly to guests
3. Breakfast in my opinion is quite varied (according to my Javanese tongue the menu is still lacking in taste) maybe it matches the foreign tongue of the menu
4. the room in my opinion is pretty good, it's just that if you bring the child in a dry bathroom, it likes to get wet because KM is wet because there is no partition (plastic curtains / glass doors) so that the water stagnates in the KM dry
and some areas of the room if you can give a parakeet / carpet floor so that your feet don't go straight to the floor (really cold)
overall this hotel is good for families if the above notes can be improved.

The rooms and swimming pool facilities are cool, just the access to the impression is rather entered. And online transportation can not be entered for pick up to the hotel.
WOW!!! just fantastic. The staff are amazing. Always there with a smile and greeting. They all look like they want to be there and want to help you and that nothing is too hard. The facilities were beautiful and clean. The pool, Oh My, simply blissful. Sitting on the chairs in the shallows with a drink. Pool temp is kept at a great temp so its never cold. Food and drinks all delicious and served to you by the pool or at the table.
We stayed here for only one night. The lobby, bar, restaurant, and pool areas were in decent conditions, however, the room(s) is not. Our room was on the second floor with a balcony facing the pool. The curtains and tiled shower had black moldy spots. The sink in the bathroom was slow to drain. The floors remained moist at all times. The wall paper had stains and scratches. Its apparent the room needs a lot of maintenance. They need to focus on their house keeping and up keep with its maintenance.

The facilities are good and the hotel is very good for the price. Only one employee is serious. The reception staff are unfriendly and use enough English that they can not communicate. It even makes unnecessary jokes constantly in English, which is never done. Another problem is the taxi. We could not use grab or uber and only hotel taxis were available. I went to the hotel by grabbing and tried to pay for the taxi by changing the money, so I got a bundle of 2000 rupiah. I hope you will train your staff properly.

Dirty rooms. Dead Air Conditioners. Overcharged my credit card. Assaulted local taxi transportation (this is a mafia hotel). Slashed my tires on my motorcycle - even parked next to security booth!!! Hmmm wonder who trashed my motorcycle!!!

If you rent a bike, tham this is one of the best relaxing hotel in seminyak.. Because uber and grab is not allowed in this area.. I hired a bike and stayed for 3 days here.. like this hotel, friendly behavior, excellent breakfast..
I really loved it here.
The location is not appealing as such, as the hotel is situated at a very far end of a discreet street. But I loved it as it far away from the normal hustle bustle of Seminyak centre.
The hotel is Open and windy. The lobby is not air-conditioned as there is ample light and wind coming in from the lovely weather outside.
The rooms are small but comfortable and cosy. But the thing is since the rooms are very closely connected to each other, then is noise from other rooms coming in as well. This is completely unavoidable here and as such, can be less comfortable to the likes of me. I personally didn't like the washroom as well, as the shower area was not fully covered and made the whole bathroom wet after the shower.
The highlight of the stay was the massive swimming pool and magnificent breakfast. The breakfast was humongous. They have such a huge variety of delectable dishes, both for vegetarians and non-vegetarians alike. There is a separate counter altogether for vegetarians, not only complete with breads and jams, but curries, soups etc. I would say at this price, the quantity and quality of breakfast is simply amazing.
If you dont wanna splurge, then this is the best bet because the price is extremely reasonable and every bit worth it.

Don't stay there as that few hotels including Ramada Encore Bali allowed or proxy gangster to block Uber usage. Yesterday I called Uber for cheaper mode of transport was blocked by gangsters outside the hotel. Forced out of car and walked to nearby convenient shop.
Complete services ranging from towels, bellboys, kid's corner, gym, spa, swimming pool, bar, restaurant, laundry. Friendly and detailed service. The rooms are quite comfortable, only the sheets have specks, the thin white fabric of the curtains is clean. Swimming pool is for adults and children. There is a pizza corner, there is a shop selling various wines. Only the location is a bit in so the car and motorbike online can't pick up passengers inside the hotel
