Tasty and comfortable for its rooms and strategic locations everywhere

The position of the hotel is at the end of the road, especially on the road there is a local vehicle post, so that the grab can not be entered
and cause booking of vehicles is very difficult here
A little trouble for this problem

The place is nice, clean, friendly service, the breakfast menu is varied. Next if we are going to Bali, come here

We stayed two nights here and was lucky to get our room upgraded to a deluxe.
They have a beautiful and a quite big pool. The breakfast buffet has a variety of choices of food from authentic Indonesian, to western to Indian. However we thought that the food wasn't jaw dropping good. And the washroom could be kept a little cleaner.
But the service here is excellent. My husband accidentally left his wedding ring in the room while we were our the entire time and when we returned the ring was still there!

Cons- If you want to either get a Grab or uber taxi you have to walk 5-8 mins to the main road as the area the hotel is located doesn't allow those cabs in.

Good base, far enough away from hustle and bustle, but within easy reach too, 15 minute walk.

A cozy and comfortable resort hotel. The swimming pool is quite large. The room is spacious and clean. Only the road access is quite difficult for those who don't rent vehicles. But overall 4 stars

Loved oue stay here. People are nice and accomodating. You can relax all day by just staying at the hotel. They have lots of choices for the food. Morning buffet is nice too.

I ordered 2 pieces of toast from the restaurant one morning and it took minimum 20 minutes for it to come out !!! Very dissatisfied with the service, who knew the simplest option would take the greatest amount of time.

It was the best memorable moment to stay in Ramada Encore Kuta in Nyepi period.

The pool is amazing, rooms were clean and well maintained house keeping did their job however, there is no window just incase u need fresh air and no vanity kit was provided.
The Cafe has a good location by the pool with a variety of options. Bikes can be rented on site as the property is not close to the center or shopping areas.
The staff do their job but aren't as warm and welcoming.

Ramada is one of the good place in Seminyak. This is my first visit to Bali. And they make this the best one. Ambience and staff are good.and in breakfast they have the buffet and it's delicious. Will not recommend Indian veg food here otherwise rest of the cuisines are yum.

The rooms are quite spacious, but soap, shampoo are not given every day, we were there 4 days only the first day ... the breakfast was quite a lot of choices, the pool was very spacious, the staff was friendly

The hotel is luxurious but it's a pity we can't order transportation based online, because in the monopoly transport there ... please repair the transport, it's too arrogant to transport

Yesterday my helmet was stolen on parking area..and today someone do bad thing on my motor bike wheels with knife..dont know who do this to me..n why they do this to me..just want to say..please make more secure on the guest park area.

Will never back to this hotel, quite far far away from main street, many bad review about gojek fmgrab or online taxi that they will ditch you.

I like the Pool area very much! Its a huge warm pool and the pool bar is also nice. I dont like the rooms - small and a little bit dirty - the staff is friendly ! But it is really a joke to say there is a fitness room - yes there is one but it has some weights + 1 tower its for Children not for fitness Training! Sorry!

Started of as an ok experience until we ordered room service and became very ill from eating there food. Front desk is very unhelpful. Only good points were the pool and the helpful concierge out the front of hotel. Would not recommend this hotel and definitely wouldn t stay here again.

Simply a beautiful place with good food and a super pool..

Food wasn t the best. We have breakfast included, which every morning was an Asian style breakfast.
When we asked for bacon it come cooked but stone cold.
Rooms were ok,
When an earthquake happened at 2:44am
No staff where helpful, we asked were to go if there was any other warnings issued but they were unable to help?

We had our honeymoon at Ramada Encore, thank you to all the staff for looking after us so well, the romantic dinner was amazing and a special thank you to Linda who waited for us, she was amazing. We will certainly be back, loved the seclusion, the food was amazing.

I had recently booked my stay at this hotel. The sofa inside the rooms of the hotel are torn and very untidy. The TV set placed inside rooms have colouration issue. Barring all this, the walls of the room are damp. Not at all well maintained.

Staff were exceptionally friendly, even gave my friend a cake on his birthday! Breakfast was fantastic, great variety and tastes. Also the room was great, very clean and had a fantastic view onto the pool. Would recommend to anyone, can t fault the hotel one bit.

Recommed guys don't like you here, the hotel feels it's own because it's too comfortable saya My experience during the night here, I book a hotel 15: 40 but unfortunately I arrived at 22: 35 - + that she, got out of our car the smile from the employee there, just as I checked the reception, instead I gave me a bigger room than the one I was booking, the reception said I gave the room a bit bigger than the one I ordered but the price is still the same, bro. the big news was because it came late or indeed the service from the hotel, and the reception was really noisy like in other hotels, explained 1 room key card, 1 pool towel, welcom drink for 2 people, hours & t4 Breakfast was explained too, I had finished checking. I asked if I wanted it, if my friend came here, please tell me to continue swimming. Will I get the additional fees and towels? with a smile, he said, he didn't get the additional cost of the towel, he could use the card before, 1 card can get 3 towels, please wait for your friends to swim, you order, eat & drink too yes, yes, then I'll be in the queue room sm employee another one my small bag was brought by the employee even though it was not their suitcase they were happy to bring my stuff, and I arrived in the room instead I was asked, if I could explain this room or the MBA didn't need to be explained, I chose to explain, small things were told like the bathroom lights, Chancel TV, AC room, etc. The people were comfortable when they arrived, they always smiled at the guests, they never found local guests and Caucasians, usually the hotel employees were new guests the local has not been served, even if it's just pouting, here it isn't even like that, everything is treated the same, breakfast met the morning the restaurant staff, asked what room did you come from? 4 days 3 nights stay here Breakfast ... own home feeling, staff are friendly, furniture is clean, rooms are clean, the menu is good ... it feels right in the background ... it will be comfortable and will come back if staying overnight

the room is comfortable, but the wifi is slow.location far from anywhere. online taxi is strictly banned so you either use hotel taxi which is very expensive or call blue bird.

Was a good fit for a pre-airport night's stay. We literally never left - pool, massages, food, was on-site so I cannot speak to the town, although it does feel tucked back and less walkable than other hotels in the area -- meant to be like that though, a resort-type at an accessible price.

Dirty and gross, amenities are lacking, location is far from anywhere and you cannot get a grab ride unless if its a drop off. For a 3star, its good, but i wouldn't rate it higher.

Room was not ready when we were assigned ours, toilet was really filthy, almost motel quality. Normally hotels would at least exchange you with at least the same type of room or even upgrade you as a sign of their apology, but not this one. Our first assigned room had a pool view with broken remote tv, filthy floors and super disgusting toilet; we were given a replacement room with a "wilderness view" of the concrete and some trees.

No encore for me.

Unfortunately I found it a little too far out of Seminyak. Require a taxi if you leave the area, as there is nothing aound this hotel.

The hotel is clean, not too far from the crowds of the air kuta around the wide fresh parking area

Good pool for small children with very low to low depths. The ambience is good and staff are friendly. I enjoyed the body and foot massage a great deal. Glad this place had the option. Room's are relatively small. Make sure to get a room with view/direct-access to pool to make you stay more enjoyable.

Away from the crowd, the place is quiet, perfect for those who want to rest
