I have used RECO for business and personal projects for many years . The most recent project was building out our basement for an in-law unit with a kitchen. We have an older home and they were great with all the issues with old electrical equipment. The work easily passed building inspection and we continue to be very happy with the work.
The appraiser who shall remain anonymous complain the whole time he was here to give me an estimate. I waited a week for the estimate and none came. So I called Roberts electronics and the woman who answered said she would get back to the estimator and tell him that I had called for feedback and he would send out the estimate. Another week goes by no estimate . My advice don't waste your time call someone else
No return phone call as promised. Won't use them in the future.
Their workers they having driving their trucks are very dangerous drivers. One if them almost took me out in my small car today not following the rules of the road. Big work trucks are dangerous and deadly. Please boycott this company if you are thinking of using them. They do not employ safe drivers and I can only guess what sort of lack of care that driver puts in their work too.
Wonderful people and a long (over 10 years) working relationship. Their workers are very knowledgeable and will make sure the work gets done. If you want to do it right, hire them.
Expensive but responsive and the work is top notch. They finished the work and the inspectors approved it.
