This hotel is pretty decent. The breakfast is your usual fare and is pretty predictable, we had a 3 bedroom suit and it had plenty of space for all guests. No issues with cleanliness and room service was prompt. The staff overall are nice,friendly and approachable.

Nice, but interior of the main road..Bath room very small. Swimming pool excellent!!

Well what can I say, everything from the start to the end was just perfect. I stayed at one of the apartments and it was just amazing. Big and comfortable room, very well maintained, super friendly staffs, the ambiance was great. I wish I stayed longer than just 1 night.

After an extremely long wait at reception to check we were taken to a very dirty room , phoned reception four times to request new room in the end had to go back to reception to complain & request new room this took over an hour for new room to be allocated, the alcohol is approx 3 times the price of the nearest shop , we stayed there in September 17 , pool area is ok but not enough seats/loungers very hard to get a taxi as the hotel is located in a cul de sac , definitely not up to the standard of other Ramada group hotels

Clean and comfortable hotel. And with a beautiful swimming pool. There is a pool bar and restaurant with a pool.

The place is great, the employees are very friendly, and their breakfast also great with many various food and drink.

I stay for 4 days in here, its a good hotel, nice pool, friendly staffs, don't like the breakfast.

The toilet is clean ... the staff is friendly and lastly I was able to checkin.yg awla cjeckin sbnernya at 15.00 but I can already come in at 13.00 but when it was disappointed because of gadapet balcony. <br/> The food here is varied, but what is lacking right now? Even though I saw him getting the best food awards that made me choose this hotel. But overall can still be tolerated. <br/> Swimming pool is broad and clean, not much chlorine. My child is happy <br/> For the little one cm 1 SECURITY POST PARKING yes the security even though there have been many reviews about this security why the hotel doesn't evaluate the performance and security atitude ??

But there is some disturbance at night because the hotel is not surrounded by walls

I want to complain to the security guard at the lobby giving unpleasant treatment, my chronology takes my boss to the lobby just to check in. And I was silent for a while before moving my car
How come the members have to know what's good, but how come my car at that time can be talked to the security who is on duty this morning in front of the lobby

Nice reception by the staff at all times. Very comfortable beds and rooms in general. The only thing that pulls down my grade is breakfast, could need a bit more supply. I lacked such a simple detail as cheese

Great lagoon pool, security was tight which was good but not to the extent that one felt uncomfortable. The rooms were clean and large. The customer service was exceptional.

The room is comfortable and quite spacious..but the bathroom camera is rather small..the swimming pool is also spacious..the hotel is a bit far from the crowd..so it is suitable for relaxing..more foreign tourists staying here..friendly service

My favorite hotel in seminyak area, they have a huge pool, nice room, well maintened, and full of smiles. their breakfast is one of the best on 4 star hotel, however we must order bacon and only get 2 each order, but dont worry you can ask for more :)
Location is near the main road but not too close to beach, best way to get to beach is using motorcycle/scooter as the road to beach always have some traffic jam.

Great resort, good customer service and value for money. Although a bit of walk into Seminyak, but cabs are cheap.

Decent rooms , lovely pool, most of the staff is very friendly (ofcourse there are those who just don't want to be helpful by choice). Only thing I didn't like was the curtains very filthy.

We had a fantastic time here the place was clean and friendly and the food was brilliant. We would gladly stay here again the staff is very kind and most helpful.The rooms clean tv had up to date films bathroom shower large and powerful.like I said gladly stay again.

The hotel is sweet and the only drawback is that you cannot ask Uber or the proximity to walk a long distance and then ask

Myself and my boyfriend had the best time in Seminyak back in June. The hotel and the staff were lovely and so helpful, especially Tita! The room was cleaned spotlessly every day and the bed was sooooo comfy.

This hotel is a amazing. Ramada Encore Seminyak is one group with Wyndham Hotel. I arrived at the hotel at 10.30 straight from Ngurah Rai Airport, at first I thought they won t allow me to do early check-in because it still 3 hours behind from the check in time at 14.00, but the receptionist kindly looking for a room for me. They allowed me to do early check in 3 hours behind from their check-in time. Then, she asked the bellboy to accompany me to my room and help me bring my luggage. The Superior room that I stayed was cool and well maintain. It s all good, the only cons that I felt was the shower didn t have big force, even it s a rain shower. Hot water is good. All the staffs are kind and always smile. The breakfast also delicious and have many varieties.

Like the atmosphere, the service is satisfying ... only if you don't bring your own car to the road

This is the first time I've come to this hotel, it's amazing, it's far more comfortable than hotels around Kuta, because the area here is quiet, the service is land, the quality of a 4-star hotel is international standard, from the food, the interior, size room, facilities here complete available. Surely you have to try to come to this hotel ... Prices are affordable and comparable to the facilities provided. Happy holiday.

The price is excellent, we can say, it's quite cheap comparing to what we get.. For people who wants to enjoy the pool this hotel is amazing, they have big pool. All the spacious rooms are facing to the pool which makes us feel relax and peace. The variety of breakfast is satisfying, complete, but they don't display bacon, you can ask for it to the waiter.

To access this place, you need to use a vehicle from the bigger road. The staff was friendly and you can get around the building easily.

Nice hotel, but hard to find public transportation. You should maintain your own transportation there. On line transportation is prohibited into the area

This is a decent hotel and good value for the price paid. The pool is large and nice, and definitely the pool and sun deck is the highlight with a nice bar and lots of chairs and pool space.

The rooms are acceptable. They are a good size and have everything we needed. However, they are getting a bit tired with small chips in tiles, paint peeling, and other minor imperfections. The air conditioner was working, but very weak and our room was too hot as a result.

The breakfast is good selection for the price but poor quality.

The rooms pool and staff are all wonderful. There is a great selection of food on offer and it's all fairly reasonable. The only downside to this lovely hotel is that Grab (equivalent of Uber) has been banned from a 1km radius surrounding the hotel. We didn't realise this, ordered one, it arrived we got in, only to be surrounded by a group of local men taxi drivers a little down the road who made us get out of the taxi, hurled abuse at our Uber driver and made us walk down the road following us the entire way. It was quite intimidating. After going back to the hotel later and speaking to staff they explained it was banned and told us they can order us taxis in future. The hotel taxi service is 3 times the price of Grab unfortunately, which explains why the locals running the taxi service got so angry!
