Everything topped our expectations: the staff, the space... everything is just absolutely perfect.
The room is clean and well-prepared with all the amenities you need. Mr. Fany & Mr. Haeruin surprised us with so many cute towel animals, and we always came back to our room with a ready bath filled with frangipani flowers.
The staff is so kind, and friendly and professional. They set up our candlelit dinner by the beach perfectly. So beautiful! And the food was amazing. Thanks Gede Agus, and other staffs that helped us ( Sorry I forgot to write your names down but if you're reading this and remember Andrew & Pepper, thank you all very much!)
We signed up for several activities the hotel offered & we were in good hands cause everything was so well-taken care of to ensure we had the best time! The managers (Aga, Faiso, Sigit....) were so helpful and so kind.
The snorkling trip was so much fun and the guide showed us to all of the good spots! We had so much fun!
We had the best time in Lombok. Amazing teamwork and service at Hotel Tugu Lombok. We got to experience a few secret retreats before but Hotel Tugu Lombok topped everything.

A comfortable place ,, and away from the noise ,, suitable for honeymoon, the beauty of the extraordinary architecture of the building, with typical Thai buildings.

THIS IS THE BEST PLACE I HAVE EVER STAYED. I came here with a friend after a huge work trip and needed a place to relax.

The beaches here are so white, and the water is so blue. It's a complete contrast to Bali which has pretty disgusting water. There's no surf here, as an FYI.

Plus, Tugu Lombok is really close to Gili so we were able to charter the boat and go snorkeling for a few hours which was super nice.

The hotel itself is so amazing. It's less a hotel and more of a villa. Each 'room' is a villa with a small front yard, and some even have small swimming pools in the back. We were lucky and got upgraded and we had a room that faced the ocean and had a small swimming pool so it made for excellent sunsets!

The beach and the sand and the lawn landscaping is superb. The beach and the sand might be the best there is. But the food and drink is pretty awful. The public dining area near the pool is not well kept.

The only edible food is the ice cream and sorbet. The service was pretty excellent.

The most unique resort experience we had in Indonesia. Very superior resort, extraordinary service, beautiful beachfront with tropical surroundings, outstanding facilities, and the food served was heaven! Highly recommended!

Resort very nice, in the most isolated part of the island. Very large and spotless rooms, with a super bathroom not completely covered by the roof, so you can wash in the large tub listening to the sounds of the forest. Very unique restaurant, completely open, overlooking one of the resort's pools; excellent cuisine with both western and oriental dishes, the only discordant note is that they are a bit slow in preparation. 2 beautiful pools with greenish tiles so that it looks like swimming in a warm lake, given the water temperature XD. Fantastic beach, white, very quiet, with clear and clean sea; at 4pm they offer tea or coffee with sweets to eat there on the beach! Also included in the price is a one-hour massage, or two half-hour massages. Resort recommended for a period of relaxation !! Top!

Very good hotel for families in Lombok. Spectacular pool, very good beach, attentive service and above all privacy. If you can choose I recommend the Bhagavat Gita 105, with private pool and direct access to the beach. I can provide more photos if necessary. Quality very interesting price. That's right, far from the airport, but not far from a trip to Gili Island if you do not want to stay there.

Here for my honeymoon and what an incredible place it is. Amazing location, breathtaking decor (the owner is the largest art collection in Indonesia and the entire resort is like a huge art gallery) and incredible staff.

Won't forget this place for a long, long time.

Tugu hotel has a very romantic little beach with white sand, very good for snorkeling or just relaxing. No beach hawkers in this vicinity. Delicious food, drinks and cocktails to be had here in quiet, almost mystical serene surroundings. Wish I discovered this little gem sooner. I prefer it over Senggigi beach hotels.

I stopped by just to see because I'm a huge fan of the brand. Great looking and would be super fun to come back for a couples trip.

Beautiful beach, idillic ambience, kind caring staff that new all of our names. Lavish rooms full of interesting artwork. Great private pool and 30m public pool. The breakfast ( my go to choice of smoked salmon eggs Benedict) was to die for! However the dinner menu was a bit hit and miss perhaps due to too many options?

One of the most amazing luxury hotels definitely! The decor stunning, amazing private beach, spacious rooms and great service from the team throughout the stay! The food was delicious and perfectly presented everytime. The stay was incredible and amazing, a must do on the bucket list for all the luxury hotel lovers out there!

If you want to find a unique, ethnic and traditional atmosphere, this place is a champion and also far from the crowd. Private beach and file services are reasonable above-average rates.

Love this place with my full heart. Got proposed here, and had my wedding here too! People are so friendly and nice. Food is just perfect. I really love the decoration everywhere in the resort compound. Our presidential suite is more than what we can ask for. Everything is beyond perfect. Can't wait for the next time to be there again!

Hidden paradise. Nice and alluring. Maybe there is a change from the previous concept but lastly to this place the concept is better and more enjoyable. Calm, cool and peaceful. Good drink food, standard prices, not too exp. You can also swim in the existing pool for an entrance fee.

Amazing. Spent the day here for spa and beach time. Wonderful place with a Hindu rather than Muslim tendencies. Highly stylised and arty. Very beautiful place indeed. Would definitely seek to stay here if returning to Lombok.

My first experience with Tugu was almost a decade ago, I have travelled extensively but the Indonesian hospitality I received always stayed with me. Sire beach in North Lombok is the perfect location. The beach is calm and once can easily access the Gili Islands. The Tugu staff are like family and they treat their guests in such a way. Nothing is too much effort and the ease with which they deliver their impeccable service cannot be faulted one bit. A special mention must be made to Mahmudin, what an assets to Tugu, who shone above everyone else. We will surely be back, time and time again. There is no place like Indonesia, there is no hotel like Tugu.

A very good resort to really relax
was. The staff at the pick-up and drop-off are also helpful and can stop in various places, and Gili Island and Snorkel charter boats.
I enjoyed it without any stress.

Beach front hotel, with blue waters really good for snorkeling and nice walks at sunrise and sunset!
We stayed on the Aloon Aloon villas that are amazing!! The room is huge and also the bathroom!! You can be at shower seing the moon!
Breakfast menu is amazing and all food is very tasty and portions very big!!! You can even eat from breakfast menu at lunch time if you want! Fresh juices and smoothies are amazing!!
Everyday it is offer afternoon tea with coffee, tea and savoury and sweet snacks very tasty! We were there 6 days and I can tell you that snacks were different every day! So good!!!
Seafood BBQ experience menu was amazing with fresh fish, squid and shrimps, enjoyed at the beach!
Hotel was 30% full when we were there last week, and we could enjoy a very relaxing and quiet time there, even if is a public beach!
You don't have too much to do there (what not a problem for us!) but the hotel offer several activities for all tastes. We travel for 2 weeks in Java and Bali, so Tugu was the perfect place to recover and for energy loading before return to our busy lifes!

No matter where you have been before or which hotel you have stayed in, once you will have visited the Tugu Hotel this will be your reference. This hotel contains everything you might have dreamed of: an amazingly friendly, proactive and efficient staff, villas decorated with amazing furnitures and decorated with taste to make you feel confortable, an impressive and pristine beach, and of course tasteful food. You also have to know that the owner is strongly attached to helping others and that there is for example a teacher in the hotel giving English courses to the kids in the nearby village. Also the hotel helped all the people in the village after the earthquake by providing them with small houses.

I have stayed in several five stars hotel around the world but this is the only hotel where I came back twice and where I will, for sure, come back again.
I recommend recommend especially the following activities :the moonlight massage to enjoy a wonderful massage and a romantic dinner on the beach with your beloved one, and the snorkelling trip as the corals are by far the nicest and the richest I have seen in Asia and also in the world (I have seen the red sea and the Maldives to let you know my experience).

If you stay there, don't forget to visit Ali's shop on the beach (left corner of the hotel), he sells very nice pearl jewelleries made from local pearls and will be glad to discuss with you.

this hotel is very nice and suitable for honeymooners with natural beauty and always provides comfort for guests.

Great place to chill out and unwind for a few days or longer. The villas here are amazing and make you feel like royalty. Enormous over sized four poster beds with amazingly comfortable matresses, cool bed linens and super soft pillows. Perfect for quiet getaway or romantic escape. Close to the Gili Islands of you need to sample Island life.

My stay at Tugu was out-of-this-world magical and probably the most memorable of my life; and I'm an avid world traveler, having stayed at the finest resorts around the world.

A perfect luxury private get away for couples or solos. I had originally planned to go to Bali but I chose Lombok for its proximity to Gili. I'm so glad I did! The hotel boat ride was just 15 min to Gili (vs 2+ hours from Bali) and I spent the day snorkeling around the bluest waters seeing the most colorful fish, followed by a bike ride around the island (where they sell mushroom shakes, just saying!).

The hotel also offers at no cost to guests snorkeling gear and kayaks for you to paddle out ~500m to a buoy where you can swim all around and see the most spectacular coral & fish whenever you want! It was less than 30 steps from my bed to the kayak! The area around the hotel isn't commercial so while you are swimming you really get the sense that it's just you and the sea and the critters below!

I booked the Bhagavadgita Suite - the pictures on the website don't do it justice. The ceilings were 20+ft high, the gorgeously carved four poster bed was gigantic, so comfy, and overlooked the sea. I had my own koi pond and the outdoor rock bath tub really provided some great energy under the starry sky. A small private pool overlooked the sea was perfect for dipping after swimming in the sea. The room had all the comforts - I never wanted to leave! The decor is jaw dropping in its intricate beauty. The entire resort is a feast for the eyes and soul.

The service is impecable by any standard, truly friendly & helpful staff. It is a green resort, so they provide water in glass bottles - no plastic in sight! And the food was so divinely delicious, they catered to my vegan diet perfectly! The smoothie bowls were a great way to start the day, and the vegetable green curry was the best I've ever had, and I've lived in Asia for 8 years and frequent Bangkok often! The vegan cake they made for my bday was also the most delicious I've ever had! Pure magic!

My only complaint is that I'm now completely spoiled for any other trip I will go on!

Fabulous Hotel! Unique in style and buildings with lovely staff

The owner of the hotel is an antique collector. For that reason, the interior design of the hotel is made with mysterious figurines, which cannot be tasted at other hotels. It's like being in a scene from Indiana Jones.
The cocktail bar was also authentic and delicious, the hotel design was interesting and the stay experience was personal.
However, since it is not a diving resort, I personally thought it would be a bit sticky to have to use PADI for 15 minutes on foot or use the diving center on Gili Island.
If you want to enjoy a lot of diving, the Oberoi Hotel may be recommended.

They have nice Cocktails!

This hotel is extraordinary. We stayed for three nights (and wish it could have been a week at least!). We loved our bungalow, complete with a super comfy king-sized bed, soaking tub and rain shower. Wander through the property, and around every corner, you will find new surprises in architecture and antiques, and even pools! I also cannot stress how much we loved the food. Never have I stayed at a hotel where I actually wanted to eat all my meals there. Honestly, everything we ate was delicious and so fresh. Oh, and the coffee!! Lombok coffee is amazing. We bought several bags from the village near the hotel and from the hotel. Lastly, but most importantly, the staff were so friendly and attentive, going above and beyond in every way. I will be dreaming of the next time we can find a away to come back! we

The rooms great, pools fantastic, beach excellent, and the service second to none - rooms made ready for the night, not to mention the park was superb. Afternoon tea on the beach and the breakfast, what a feast. Thinking back everything was fantastic and amazing.

We've seen quite a few big and luxurious resorts, but we are sure that our stay at Tugu Lombok will remain in our minds like one of the most amazing. We stayed 2 nights in this slice of heaven and everything was absolutely perfect!
The private beach is one of the most beautiful white sand beaches we ve ever seen. The hotel not only offers kayaks and a Stand Up board free of charge but also all the Snorkel equipment providing us an absolutely mesmerizing experience exploring the sea.
Our Villa, 106, was the second closest Villa to the main swimming pool. Only a green lawn separates the beach from the back garden where we had our own private swimming pool. The room was so big it feels like staying in a castle and had one of the biggest beds we have ever slept, where we were woken up every morning with a perfect sunrise. The bathroom is integrated in the garden where there was a big fishpond with Shower and bathtub outside surrounded by nature.
The staff could not have been more helpful and welcoming serving us with a real smile and warmth. The food was exceptionally good. The breakfast and afternoon tea were delicious and best of all, we got to enjoy it anywhere we wanted.
The hotel complex is huge and it is lovely to wander around. Everywhere we found pieces of Indonesian culture and art. Every time we went around we discovered a new lovely spot.
We fell in love by this hotel! Absolutely everything was stunning. We will definitely recommend it to friends and family.

This hotel is a contemporary hotel. Its serves is so special can't get from other hotel.

The atmosphere is comfortable. The character of the building is traditional and antique. Where is all wood. And the hotel is very spacious. Somewhat far from entering the lobby and then going to the room / villa. Delicious food. And the service is good. Friendly hotel staff. There is direct access if you want to go to the beach. Very good

Gorgeous place with amazing over-the-top service from the management to the waiters, and cleaning crew. Everyone was so friendly with impeccable service. They go out of their way to make sure that your experience at Tugu Limbok is special! The food was fresh, tasty and beautifully decorated. Every day we had fresh flowers in our rooms. The last night of our 4-nights there, we found beautifully made towel-animals in our rooms. What a special treat!

I visited this hotel during the earthquake, but no one took care of this hotel. On the beach the scenery is really good. You can see the sunrise while sitting in a seat or a gazebo.

This is the kind of hotel which you can either really love it or hate it, but i personally love is just like their other chains around Indonesia.

Location first of all, are far from city (1h30m)/airport(2h30m). We need extra effort to get there, but personally it is all worth it. Their location is by Sire beach, is maybe the most untouched filled with most luxurious hotels in West Lombok. Beach is excellent and waves are almost non-existant. Sand is great too, and tou wont find random locals playing there.

2nd facilities, they have everything that a 5star by the beach hotel should have.

Service was great, all so helpfull. Food was okay..

They also offer a lot of activities for lone, couple, or family travelers.

But the highlight is their design. Just like any other tugu hotels/restaurants, they stick with their extravagant of traditional Indonesia culture with so many old relics displayed. This can be scary or overwhelming for some people. The lightning is always dim in every parts.

If you want a quite place in Lombok with some budget, go here! Best for couples and family with young children.

Finished our Honeymoon here in 2010 - it was simply fantastic. 2 kids later it seems like a dream! Would love to go back one day for some serene bliss...

This is my first time in Lombok... taking flight from Bali, only 30 minutes and 2 hours road trip and choose to stay at the North Lombok.

Hotel Tugu is always stunning, the classic, art, ancient and culture as their trademark is one unique and incredibly remarkable.

Located at sire beach at Tanjung area, the location is quite private although still locals come to the beach during sunset. But overall the stay was amazing.

If you have already stayed at Tugu Bali, you will love the vibes here more
