A relatively clean and friendly place. However, it is a short distance from the city, so you can not use it at night.
Breakfast buffet is relatively good too ~
Especially Europe and Australians are very nice to stay at ~

Strategic location if you wanted to stay in the area between seminyak, kerobokan, and kuta. Only 15 to 20 minutes to the airport.

It is a nice hotel but the service is hard to find. we could only check in around 4.30 pm. After that we got a family room with poolview instead of poolaccess that we had booked. They told us that the other rooms were full but we have never seen anyone in the rooms below us. Then they tried to make it up with 2 pizas which they later denied. No compensation from the front office manager while we were staying with a group of 20 people in about 8 rooms. In addition, Garuda delivered a suitcase later but no phone call to the room that the suitcase was delivered. The next day we had to see for ourselves whether the suitcase was in the depot. It turned out that he was already delivered the same day in the evening. Never again !!!

Great room, very clean, comfortable, with direct access to the pool if you are staying on the first floor. In the toilet considerable large shower. When you arrive you get a welcome drink ticket ... you also have a suttle to go to seminyak with certain times.

Very comfortable hotel for a vacation. Clean and away from the crowd. For parking space is also very wide, highly recommended at prices under 400 thousand rupiah!

Amazing hotel to spend time. Swimming pool is great. Rooms are good too. Food is tasty and reasonable also. Drinks( all.kinds) are costly. But otherwise, loved my stay. Must try the Indonesian chicken curry, Nasi Goreng, Mi Goreng too(Indonesian dishes). Polite and cooperative staff. Great place for vacation.

Stayed here for 4 nights ... My stay here was excellent... After reading so many negative reviews I was Sceptical about booking for 4 nights.. But I did book a pull view room.... The room was so nice and exceeded my expectations...I was totally satisfied with the hospitality... The staff was so courteous and resound for every issue (minor) and acted immediately.... The stay here made my holiday even more special.... One negative is the hotel is little bit far from happening are like beaches and shopping ... Never the less there is good cab facility.. And style success provided by the hotel to major shopping areas like Kuta, Seminyak square .. Can easily book cabs through gojek and grab...

Staff behind desk is rude . All other staff are nice . Some rooms are like motel quality , some rooms are decent and some nice . Be careful with the water kettle , inspect fully before use . Desk staff have hoodlums that interfer with gocar/ grab / gogek. Fixtures in rooms need a lot of help . If you are seeking a fancy covered motel , this may be for you . But if you want a nice 3-4 star hotel , this is not it . Staff feels it s okay for local people to cut you off while you wait in line . Dewi sure thought it was okay and recommend I write that in the review as well. There are far better options in rooms and location .

The room is clean, the pool area is really good for traveling, parking is easy and can be helped to park, the breakfast is wow, after all I just wanted to continue to find food elsewhere, even full at the hotel

Breakfast ok many varieties of food..the room is clean and nice..we got upgrade from deluxe to deluxe pool view..yay maybe its because of lowseason period stayed here 3nights..the hotel surrounded by many trees and far from the street make the hotel quiet and peaceful..this point is important because i bring my baby 3 5yo and 1.5yo..so we all got nice sleep until morning..they have cot (you can ask the front desk) for my 1.5yo so we still have space for 3of us at the king size bed..the amazing view of this hotel is the Pool..nice big and clean pool..my children love it..they give you another towel if you need when swimming but must return it back to the pool area..the pool view room got large balcony and you can sit there..they also serve shuttle to go to seminyak or kuta if im not mistaken..but i already rent car so i dont experience their shuttle..but you must book shuttle one day before..definitely i will come back to this comfortable hotel..price is ok i book by agoda..the hotel environtment is very safe..when you back at night there are security guards to check the car..the minus point is just maybe you need rent a car or get taxi to reach beach to go out but its not a big problem..love this hotel so much

Had to go to reception to get a towel token after going to the pool bar to collect towels. Why this was not given to me at check in is a mystery. I noticed this happened to everyone.
Lack of resort type activites/ water polo/ hair braiding/ theme nights etc

- booking of Grab is restricted from the hotel due to local government regulations, however drop offs are fine. Grab can pick up from. The street corner, 7 min walk.

Stayed from 25th 2018 to 31st....very nice hotel nice big clean family rooms facing the good size pool .food very good staff very courtes and always smiling and ready to help you in many ways. Access to the beach is a little distance off other than that I would highly recommend ramada encore.

I checked into the Ramada Encore Seminyak around 8pm on 16 October. The check-in process was normal. However, during dinner the wait staff was extremely slow; I had to leave my table go to the bar to ask for a server several times.
After returning to the hotel room and preparing for bed, I pulled back the covers to find two large yellow stains (each approximately 5 inches in diameter). I called the front desk to have the sheets changed. When housekeeping arrived to change the sheets, I noticed that the mattress protector had two spots that seemed to be blood stains! I told the housekeeper that it would have to changed as well. He responded that it was okay because it was the mattress protector and the sheet would go on top of it and that they did not have additional mattress protectors at the property. After remaining insistent and calling the front desk to further complain, the housekeeper said that he would used two sheets since there was no mattress protector. I obliged, however at this point the housekeeper seemed upset at my request as he completed changing the bed sheets.

As an international traveler it is far below my expectation to sleep in dirty hotel rooms; no one should be subject to such treatment especially when paying hard earned money. My deciding factor upon choosing this hotel was my familiarity with the Ramada brand and Wyndham affiliation. At this junction I am sorely disappointed with the service and accommodation that I have received. I am disappointed at the sluggish service at the hotel restaurant. I am disgusted that both sheets were dirty (obviously with human fluid) and that I was met with even the slightest resistance at the solution of this matter.
I will never stay at this property again and I will be weary of this brand in my future travels.

The Hotel is very nice (especially for the price), beds are comfy, HUGE swimming pool! Would give 5 stars if the service was better and the hotel didn't add a ridiculous 30% service charge and tax on all food and drinks...

First time to stay at Ramada seminyak, came late for check in the room is not ready, told to wait And wait for 35 mnts its almost midnight. Got to the room which is Deluxe, was suffocated straight away with so much dampness in the room, obviously they just turn on the AC. After waiting for 40 minutes no changes and its driving me mad and sick of the bad damp smell and pillow is sunkin wet sort of not something you look forward after a very long flight from USA. I left to find another better hotel. Will Not reccomended to stay here.

Couldn t recommend this hotel highly enough. Very impressive for the price!! Clean and tidy, great restaurant and gorgeous pool facilities. The day spa is fabulous. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Perfect for families or a couples getaway.

Had some event in this place, the staff is friendly and welcomed. Overall the place is good.

Sy stayed a month ago here ... I want to check in for a long time ... wait 1 hour ... the message has been ordered from the morning but not prepared ... the housekeeping is slow ... we were told to wait at the restaurant to drink welcome drink ... it was welcome drink is not made for a long time ... the bartender is just busy serving the Caucasians who order there ... the welcome drink is just just pouring ice and juice ... the receptionist is not friendly ... indicated the hotel booking from the app on the cellphone doesn't respond ... smile just asking for ID.
After a long wait, we were finally able to enter the room ... and ... the room we waited for a long time was still dusty ... the table, the lights ... just as much dust ...
If a meal message with an online motorcycle taxi must come out ... because it may not enter the lobby by security

this is the best hotel in Seminyak the facilities are great and the food is amazingly delicious

We stayed here for 2 weeks. Our room was beautiful right outside was the pool. The room was clean and very comfortable. All staff went out of their way to accommodate our needs, all were extremely friendly. Often having a joke and a good laugh. The food was exceptional, fresh and well presented, affordable prices.
There is only one thing about the stay that was annoying, the same music over and over again.... other than that couldn't fault anything or anyone. Thank you so much for the wonderful and friendly service....Our first time in Bali... see you all next year

4 star hotel with excellent waiters.
The facilities are also quite good and pampering for visitors who stay at this hotel.
The breakfast at this hotel offers an all you can eat menu, many types of food.
There is a westren menu and an eastren menu.
The price offered for the room types is quite diverse and not too expensive.

it a nice hotel to stay based on the location and the price.
The service could be better, my room is not even ready when the time to check in is passed.
and some of the amenities is missing.
but for this price point, it is a good hotel

The pool and its atmosphere is great. The breakfast and food good value for money. The staff are friendly. However the rooms are very basic and very noisy in the hallways and near the elevator

I stayed there with my family for 3 nights.
We are very upset with the hotel services. We have to wait for a long time just for a glass of ice cube, and they charge it.
So many peoples were smoking at the room corridor but hotels management ignore it.
One more... My pillow is a garbage !!!
