So many issues....

So many issues....

Had so many issues at the end of lease. Initially we dropped the car off and signed over the registration. Two weeks later, I received a call from the Finance Company saying I did not return the leased vehicle on time was being charged penalties and fees. I explained I had returned it to the dealer more than 2 weeks earlier. They said they spoke with dealer and I did not return the car. So I called the Rallye. The person I spoke to assured me they would investigate and get back to me. (This was around 9:30am). By 4:30pm, I had no response so I drove over. My returned car was still in the same spot I left it - Spare Key and Driver Manual still on the seat where I left them. Although I was in a panic that the car was missing and I was told I was accountable for it, no one bothered to check for the car or get back to me.

After another full week of dealing with various issues that we could not resolve with Rallye we decided to buy it out. The finance company agreed to it over the phone but I noted that the buy out I was being quoted on the phone by the finance company differed from my copy of the lease. So we drove over to Rallye to ask about it. They had the finance company fax over the copy of the lease. It was a completely different contract (Different Date, Different Contract Number, Same VIN # but the net difference was their price was $ 1300 higher than my price and the buy out was higher). We asked how that was possible if I had my copy of the lease. So they looked up my Lease right there at Rallye and it was exactly the same as my version. We asked how it was possible that my signature showed up on the last page of a completely different lease that neither Rallye nor I had a copy of. They had no explanation but yet did not honor the only Contract that Both Rallye and I had. They charged us the higher buy out price After over 3.5 weeks of many calls and visits to try to straighten this out, we just caved and paid - - and after all that they still charged the $299 fees for the paper work. I like Hyndai but would not purchase from Rallye.... The drive to Amherst was well worth the trip for 100% better service.

Darin in the service department went above and beyond to have our car repaired quickly and for a very reasonable price. We were stranded in a blizzard out of town and within a very short amount of time we were on our way. Very impressed!

Excellent customer service. Very helpful and friendly staff especially the beyond courteous sales specialist Paolo Pollio and the knowledgeable manager Alex Worden. Everyone we met were friendly. Let me share the story. My wife went to her car dealer to get an inspection, her car was rejected. Her dealer wanted her to purchase another car with them. I suggested that she look around. Which brought us to Rallye. We went into look and speak with a sales rep Paolo, who greeted us and made us feel welcome. We received a very pleasant surprise. Rallye was able to put her in a 2016 Jeep Compass with less money per month with a 18% less interest rate than her dealer offered her. Warrantied till 2021. She was beyond happy and excited. I would highly recommend this dealership. They work together as a great team. Thank you again Rallye for making sure she had a safe and reliable vehicle.

My husband and I had SUCH a great experience with the people at Rallye. We bought a trade in before it even hit the lot and Levi spent his day off making sure that it was in great shape before we left with it and called after to see how we were doing with our vehicle. We really enjoyed the friendly staff, salesmen, and finance manager. We have nothing but positive to say about our experience with this dealership! After dealing with some pushy salesmen at other dealerships, this was a breath of fresh air for us! We definitely look forward to going back!

I really wish that you could review separately in the star section. Nobert is the best of the best, his sales advice is spot on, and he knows his stuff. This is the 3rd new car I have purchased from him in 3 years. The only blemish on this dealership is the after service. I have had so many run ins with 1 service adviser in particular. If Rallye sees this, please ask Nobert my issue. This person tends to talk to me like I am a beginner, and when called out, he changes to another reason (honestly he makes a fool of himself).

I will absolutely keep buying from Nobert, no matter where he is. These 5 STARS are for him, and NOT service. With that being said, their Nissan team has AMAZING service.

Justin Leach sold me a vehicle today at Rallye Hyundai. The process from finding the vehicle, to financing, to leaving the lot with it was seamless. I could not be happier with the service I received! Would reccomend dealing with Justin and Alex Worden to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!

Update:
Had a few minor issues with my vehicle regarding software. Rallye motors took my vehicle in immediately and the service I received was fantastic. Purchasing used vehicles can often be daunting, but having Rallye there to rectify these issues has been great!

Just purchased my second car from Ralley Motors. Upgraded from the Accent to the SantaFe and am really enjoying. The service and price was excellent. They made the process to upgrade realy easy and stress free. I would recommend purchasing a car from Eugene to anyone!! Thank you for your help and service!!

This place is terrible, they are just looking how to ripp you off and than they want you to call client care center...:))) in a mid time they email (he admitted over the phone, body of mine heard everything) all my personal info, DOB, address, Sin, etc to wring email address. Guy misspell my name. But they have BBB+ rating. Unheard! WORSE DEALERSHIP I HAVE EVER DEALT WITH. I'm surprised that they are still in business.
P.S. if you are interested to talk to me you call me or you have so many cases like mine that you can't figure out who you need to call. I'm not surprised.

Booked an appointment to look at a 2020 hyundai elantra that was listed for 12,999, drove from sussex to look at it. When I got there they informed me the car was sold instead of calling me to tell me it was sold they told me they could get me another 2020 elantra for around the same price so I stayed and waited and the price they came back with was 20,000$ and tried to tell me that the ad never existed and kept making up excuses as to why it was so low. I had the screenshot on my phone of the ad, while I was there they changed the price of the ad telling me that wasn't there ad. Would never recommend this place to anyone. Already wasted enough time at this place not calling your service team.

Alex C was very helpful and driven to getting things done with the sale and sales manager Alex W was very involved and patient explaining the details and break down of the purchase numbers. I had a car accident,I had two days to find a car. (my car was a total loss ) The rental car had to be returned, I called rallyemotors in moncton, I spoke to Pierre, who gave me incredible offers. I did not have an appointment, but given the condition we did not hesitate to meet me the next day. I received a very friendly welcome. I then met Cole, who took the time to discuss with me the options to choose on my car. He was extremely professional and understanding. Then I met for finance Alexandria. Alexandria found me funding beyond my expectations. Very professional and attentive to my needs. This team was amazing. Sorry for the gentleman at the reception, I don't have his name, he was really welcoming. I recommend this company without hesitation.

I purchased a 2013 Elantra from Rallye Motors Hyundai and I have to say that the experience was awesome. Pat helped chose the rightcar for us she paid attention to our needs and wants. since then I have been there a couple times for my oil changes and everybody is helpfull and very nice. I will recomend Rally motors to all my friends and will continue to purchase cars from pat in the futur.

Nothing but great things to say about these guys. Alex, Alex, and Antoine have gone above and beyond and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. Very fast service and all three worked very well to make sure I was being taken care of. They got a driver to drive the car to my house 2h30 mins away for free and have been keeping in contact with me. Props to Alex cobb also for working even when the place is closed and keeping in contact with me. Litterally working day and night I really appreciate it! You guys all rock thanks so much you don't know how happy you've made this human!

My Hyundai has been the most reliable car I ve ever had. I highly recommend them if you are looking for a dependable vehicle. We re looking for a larger vehicle-can t wait to see the Palisade.

There was a recall on my car for several parts due to rusting issues. I went in to the dealer with the documents the Hyundai webpage told me I would need in order to receive the maintenance necessary. The person I spoke with at the counter flat out refused to even look at what I had. I then asked for someone else, at which point he decided he would take a look. He walked away with the papers for a few minutes, then came back and proceeded to tell me there was nothing they were going to do. He said to me "Cars don't rust. The only reason a car has rust is because of its bad owner." It was at this point I realized I was dealing with an degenerate incompetent. I've heard many horror stories regarding the horrid service Rallye Motors provides, but experiencing it for myself was what really made it sink in.
I proceeded to take my car to the SJ Hyundai dealer, where they immediately accepted my vehicle for the recalls. When I told them about my experience at Rallye Motors, they felt so bad and embarrassed that after the work was done to my car, they undercoated the entire thing for free. If you want a Hyundai, I can't suggest Rallye Motors, but Saint John Hyundai were great to me and I would buy a car from them in a heartbeat.

I have nothing but great things to say about Rallye Hyundai!! They make me feel like family whenever I am there and sales person, Eugene White is incredible!! He really makes you feel at home, and relaxed and happy to be there. People like Eugene make you comfortable when you are in the midst of such a huge purchase, and he cares about your lifestyle and situation, not just the getting of a sale, which is nerve wrecking at best!! I would definitely, without a doubt recommend Rallye Hyundai to anyone I know, and Eugene and his patient and kind nature will help you and listen.Definitely the best dealership I have ever dealt with, and will continue to be loyal to:)

This is our 5th Hyundai car purchased from Rallye Motors. We loved the service received and how helpful everybody was. Because we wanted a Santa Fe 2017 of a specific colour and with specific features, Levi took the time to look for the exact vehicule for us. We would recommend him to everybody. He was very professional in explaining everything from this car features to finance options. We already own a Santa Fe 2013 limited and we were looking into buying a second SUV. Santa Fe 2017 Ultimate was the perfect car for us and Jose was very efficient in assisting us with this new car. We also want to recommend Marco from the service department. He is very knowledgeable and helpful every time we go for the regular check on our cars. That is why we keep coming back to Rally Motors.

We went there to price a vehicle. They would not give us a price. All they were interested in was getting personal info so they could start the purchasing process when we told the salesman from the beginning that we just wanted the total biweekly amount. The salesman then told us that banks are charging between 15-20% interest. Really?
Between the salesman and the sales manager, both were a couple of pieces of work. We were so turned off by the non-professionalism sales tactics they used in order to pressure us to purchase a vehicle before leaving, that we decided to definitely look at other dealerships

We will never recommend this Hyundia dealer or the particular staff we dealt with to anyone. If fact, through social media we will be telling everyone about our experience there.

Two star because everyone has still been helpful with fixing the problems Ive had but still had the most frustrating experience with a certain Finance manager.

First off the Financial Manager that assisted me during the sale told me that he wont get extra pay because I didnt purchase any additional warranties from him considering he was working extra hours that day.

Secondly, If I hadnt followed up after a month I wouldn't have found out that nobody ordered my Winter tires.

Additionally, i just found out TODAY two months after my purchase that he also didn't process my car registration considering I got the car at October 1st.

Thank you so much J.K. for the expererience, your initial stands for being a Jerk and a Joke at the same time.

This place ripped off my grandmother not once but twice. She came in to pick up the car that she had just bought and they told her she could not afford it and gave her another car that was even more expensive. Which doesn't make any sense at all but anyway, Why she didn't walk out right there and then I don't know but she's a lovely lady. So she came in with the car that they gave her that she didn't want months later to get her tires fixed and they ended up giving her the car that she originally wanted that day. So she walked in to get her tires fixed and walked out with the car that she originally wanted and was also cheaper. But come to find out she is now paying for two cars!.
This place is nothing but a scam especially on the elderly. This place should be ashamed of itself that I have to write a review from Toronto Ontario To let people know how disgusting this place really is towards their customers. She had no choice to file for bankruptcy and now she is left with no car. Absolutely disgusting!.. (Response to: Rallye motors Hyundai customer care manager's response..) Well you must be new to the job to not have heard of this before. I've done my research about this place and every other car dealer has heard nothing but complaints about this place when it comes to buying a vehicle.. You better check your records and do your research. It's not the customer care that's the problem it's after we buy the vehicle and find out we've been screwed over is the problem.. Don't even bother responding you're wasting your time. We will never be back here and we strongly suggest NOT to go to this place for ANY kind of vehicle..

I went in just to get a quote, left purchasing 2 vehicles thanks to Alexander Daillant! Can t give this guy enough praises, highly recommend him when you go in, ask for him. He was extremely knowledgeable on the products and took the time to get to know me and what I d like. At no point did I feel he was pushing a car on me, he was genuinely interested in my experience and what I would want. Very personable, warm spirited, and all-round star quality. It was my first ever vehicle purchase, so it was such a relief to feel at ease that he had my best interest at heart when it came to negotiating incentives. Someone you can trust. I have had good luck with Hyundai, as with every dealership I've had my run ins. Love the line of products they offer, you just have to be really careful service is doing the work requested. Have had to return twice but work was always completed 100% upon return. They try, just need to slow it down in the shop and make sure work is complete.

Thank you Alex, Blake and Rabab for taking me from an angry customer to giving me the best experience I've ever had buying a new car! I am now the proud owner of a 2019 Hyundai Kona Ultimate :-)

Even though our first deal took a sour turn after meeting with the finance department resulting me in tearing out the paperwork and walking away with my old car...you took the time to listen to my concerns and not only listen but understand why I was so angry. After our first deal, I was so excited to get my guilty pleasure car a Nissan Kicks, my face lit up when I drove the car it was an incredible day...until I met with the finance guys who not only reneged on the deal we had but were condescending, asked me if I would have preferred they lied to me and what got me really mad was the fact that they were throwing their colleagues under the bus. I was expecting better than that, if their were discrepancies or things to clarify, I would think the thing to do would have been to tell me they needed to check on a few things and get back to me...instead no one took ownership of the situation and I felt that I was in the middle of dealing with dirty laundry that should have been dealt with internally instead of saying deal with the sales manager we had nothing to do with...so they preferred watching me walk away instead of trying to clear things up with their colleagues.

Despite all that, the next day I went to get my spare key then Alex and Blake took the time to listen, honored our first deal and got me into the epitome of luxury that I could only dream of but thought I could never afford. Thank you again to all of you for this incredible deal and wonderful experience in the end.

The service I received these past couples days hav...

The service I received these past couples days have been like non other. I bought myself a new truck today, and couldn't be happier with the outcome.
Alex Worden sales manager at Hyundai did an incredible job, he got me the best deal possible. I'm saving money on my payments and to top it all off I'm driving a top of the line truck (BIG UPGRADE). Salesman Justin Killen went the extra mile to even come in on his day off today and test drive vehicles and he even stayed until I had the keys to drive away in my new truck. Big thanks to Jared Smith at Dodge/ Chrysler for making sure I was treated as if I was one of there own and to finish up with the final touch ups.

Over the years, I have had horrible service at Hundai, but my husband and I kept returning because of our love for the product. 2 days ago, we went to purchase our 4th Hundai and for a change, we received AMAZING service by Paolo Pollio. He was extremely attentive to our needs. He did not try and force a sale, but rather work with us to find the perfect vehicule. He was friendly, funny and had great communication skills. In my opinion, Paolo is the best salesmen ever. For as long as he will be in business, I will never deal with anyone else. I HIGHLY recommend you trust this review and buy in confidence with Paolo Pollio at Hundai, Moncton!

Poor customer service. Went for a drive thru oil change. They are suppose to open at 10am. By 1005, the employee was standing there sipping on his coffee staring at me waiting at the door. Once I had the vehicle where he needed It, he kept reaching inside of the vehicle to turn it on or off. Was very arrogant. His trainee had better customer service skill than him.

Called service department and spoke to Marco regarding an issue with a co-workers car. Marco made some suggestions on what I could check regarding the issue. I am not a customer of his, I don't even live anywhere near his shop, yet he took the time to try to help. I don't know if his suggestions will solve our problem, but I do know who to call if we run into further issues or where to trailer the car to if we can't figure it out. Much appreciated Marco!! VERY DISSATISFIED . Bought my first new vehicle here as all past vehicles have been used. Asked for the extended warranty and was told it was included with what I was getting. A few months later I get a hole / leak in my tire, I bring it in come to find out no extended warranty was included nor was the road hazard warranty offered to me. I contacted the person who I bought the vehicle from and said what s going on, I recounted the conversion we had where I asked for it. I was basically told, you signed a legal contract and they would not help me.

My suggestion if you want to buy a vehicle at Ralley Motors, have a lawyer present to review everything and make sure you get what you ask for and or promised. I was forewarned not to buy from them and I thought I could trust the person I brought from but I guess not.

I purchased a 2018 Elantra from this dealership and it was not a bad experience originally but don't expect any help or adequate customer service if you run into any problems.

I misplaced my key fob and when I went to pick up my spare key which I had not picked up yet, they couldn't find it. It took them almost a week to tell me they had lost it. After calling every day and being repeatedly lied to about getting a call back, they finally agreed to order a new one. After two weeks of waiting I called back and was told they key was not even ordered. I asked to make a complaint and when I was transferred to a sales manager, he assured me he would get to the bottom of it and call me right back. It's been over a month and I have heard nothing. During this time I missed two services appointments because I could not drive my car and they did absolutely nothing to compensate me for a brand new car I couldn't drive due to a mistake they made. The whole situation stressed me out to the point where I stopped calling once I found my misplaced key but I have no doubts when I go back they will still have not ordered the key.

Do your research and look at all the one star reviews this dealership is receiving.

Im taking this time to thank Alex the salesman that was really helpful on getting me in my new car at Hyundai . He was professional and showed good job ethics. I was taken good care of when I had a few issues with the vehicle and he made sure I was not left unattended . Would like to thank Steve general manager at Hyundai for making me aware of the situation with my car and lending me a rental over the Holidadys .

I just found out years later that they sold me used car and passed it off as new. My warranty email came in saying it was done Aug 20th 2017 but when I called in they told me there was a discrepancy and warranty was done July 11th 2017. So the car was registered 1 month prior to me buying it. Also had a friend who worked for them and he said that they are told by management to find things wrong with vehicle so they can be paid to fix it. I believe when they give you a complimemtary alignment check, they are actually putting alignment off then showing you it's off so they can charge you 90$ to align it. This dealer is untrustworthy and I will learn from my mistake and never buy anything from them again. Please you do the same.

I had bought 3 vehicles from them and now on my 4th and last one. The last one I bought (7 years ago now and still own it). I had returned my previous vehicle ( a lease) and purchased my current one. My lease return had a dent in the side of the door and I asked them when I returned it if I should get it fixed, they said no as I am buying another vehicle, 3 months later, I get a letter in the mail stating I owe 3500 for the freaken dent with pictures. Their response, did you get it in writing? Well no, I got a new car from you... they didn't even know I had bought a new car. Wow!! That is all I have to say.

Recently purchased my fifth Hyundai Tucson from this dealership and we also have owned two Elantras. In each instance the purchase experience has been very positive and consistent with other dealer experiences I have had. Tip of the hat to Sean Crawford for his work on the most recent sale. He was no nonsense, helped to get us to a deal fairly quickly and has been helpful and attentive post sale. We would certainly work with him again.

We have had our vehicles serviced exclusively at Rallye Motors Hyundai. We have not had any problems. Service is performed on time as promised. We had one major warranty claim that was handled seamlessly. I have read some of the negative reviews and they simply don t match up with our experience over the last 12 years.
