I recently purchased a 2019 Hyundai Kona from Alex Cobb who was my sales specialist and Alex Worden who was the sales manager that helped throughout the entire. Both of the Alex's are awesome to work with and I'd recommend them to anyone.
With this Winter Sales Event, I was able to trade in my old car to the new Hyundai Venue 2020. This new technology is very impressive. Thanks a bunch to the team of hard working staff. To Jonathan who did his overtime, making sure we got the car that late at night, explained all the details with this sophisticated technology. To Krista, our finance specialist, who is very patience in answering all our questions and making sure we got what we need and to James our sales Manager, making sure we have everything as promised. Poor customer service. Do yourself a favour. Go anywhere else. They have no idea what it takes to service their clients. I had a test drive set up for two used cars. I called the day before to confirm my appointment. When I showed up they took all my info and after 45 mins they told me both cars had been sold several days ago.
Great experience, I bought a brand new 2020 Veloster and they made sure everything was done right. Great salesmen and great finance department.

Edit: I would like to add that my car had a manufacturers defect which caused the engine light to come on at 2000km, I brought it to rallye and they had it repaired and back in my hands within two hours and got me a Shuttle where I needed to go, thank you for the wonderful service Marco.
Went in to test drive a suspiciously priced 2019 Micra and I bet my husband lunch that the car would either be "sold" once we arrived or would be a different trim level than advertised due to a "mistake". Both were true! Difference in price? A whopping $8000.
The deceiving ad is still up on their website. If they cared it would have been fixed right away to avoid wasting anyone else's time. Classic bait and switch (and systematic sketchiness in their business practices).
We had really low expectations... Gerald et al. @Rallye Motors met them.
Go to Amherst NS instead, their reviews are much better.
I brought my car to this dealership and signed on the forms that my car will cost $177 for full repair.
When I came for the pickup, Marco the Hyundai service incharge told me that I must pay $540! What? why you didn't tell me that at the beginning stage? Why I signed on 177 and you ask for 540?
Steave the Manager Involved in this issue and said your car needed more parts; we installed it and you must pay it, otherwise, we can't give you, your vehicle.

Purchased a vehicle from these guys about a month or so ago - travelled all the way from Cape Breton to buy it. They had me at the dealer for over 5 hours (while I still needed to drive home that day) - they had absolutely nothing prepared for me even though I had given everything they needed prior to just have the keys waiting for me and some documents to sign.
Since buying the vehicle I've needed to make some larger payments on my loan, etc... They literally cannot wait to get you off the phone, have asked me to call them back vs. them call me back (real customer service) a ton of times, absolutely no time of day for me once they got my money... They are incredibly disorganized, give you lots of "ball park" numbers over the phone that never actually reflect the reality when all is said and done (especially on interest rates, ect), the knowledge of their staff was minimal... Super unimpressed.
Literally one of the worst customer experiences I've ever had. Considering the purchase was over $20,000 I expect a heck of a lot more.
Bought a used santa fe from salesman Daniel he was very profession and helped me choose the best vehicle for my budget and my life! krista did the finance and was very helpful in getting us the products we needed on our vehicle to keep it i good shape for years to come! worth the drive from out of town to shop here!

Just bought my first new car last week. Mike Goguen was very helpful and knowledgeable about the elantra I purchased. Mike was really polite, professional and easy to deal with. I was serve today by Jared Smith, I just wanted to share my experience, he was really polite and listen to me the whole time without interrupting me. He had all the answers for my questions, and trust me I had a lot. He never let me down and make me feel he was trustworthy. So if you need to be well serve next time you want to buy a car, ask for Jared, you won t be disappointed.
I also wanted to mention Krista Boyle in Finance, she knew how bad I needed that deal to be done, she used all the information I had given her in my advantage. It took a while but my situation was really delicate. So I went home really please and less stressful.

Staff was very friendly..Garald went out of his way to get me in a car..he even paid out of his own pocket to get me a bottle of water after asking me if I wanted a coffee and I told him that I didn't drink coffee.. Customer service goes a long ways..

Very happy with the service I receive every time I go here. My vehicle was just about to end warranty and the engine was making a noise. They replaced it with a brand new engine and warranted it for as long as I own the vehicle.

My wife and I recently purchased a 2014 Sante Fe and we wanted to let you know how your service rated. As far as we were concerned it was excellent! Our sales man Eugene White looked after us and did everything he could to make sure everything went smoothly and did an excellent job. we were very pleased the way that everything went and how we were treated. This is our second Sante fe so that speaks highly of the service we received thanks to Eugene and the great service from the service department.
This dealership is the worst. They take advantage of elderly people by pressuring them, not letting them leave, and not allowing them to call their family members who actually know their financial situation. They need to rethink how they treat customers. Take your business elsewhere.

"Can Sell A Car, Everything In The Details Is A Fail"
Bought our 2017 new car December 9, 2017, went so well we never expected the dismal failure at every step after our signature was on the line. #1 Financing Department took all the steps they needed to do at their extreme leisure, resulting in a payment for the trade in vehicle coming out of our account. Was reassured that wouldn t happen..but it did. #2 Have on paper we would receive the second set of keys (with no explanation beforehand that we would have to wait for the second set) with our license plates and temporary paperwork via Purolator. The Purolator package was mailed Dec. 18/19 and delivered to my house Dec. 22....NO KEYS. Delivery man said...you ll never receive them, I bought a car three years ago....was given the promise they would mail my second set....I still haven t gotten them. Said he got tired of them lying to him saying they JUST mailed them. #3 KEYS. I called and talked to Vanessa on December 22/17...where are the keys?...oh I FORGOT to include them as promised in the Purolator package, so I mailed them via regular mail Dec. 20/21...tracking?...sorry no. My husband called and asked about them as it s been 6 business days...and no I didn t count the holidays as business days. Vanessa once again reassured us they were in the mail, but if Canada Post sent the keys back to the dealership she d resend them to us....send them with a tracking # and verify the address and maybe that wouldn t be a concern. Dec. 31/17 I shoot of an email to Levi asking where are the keys?? His lame reply is that NOW they were mailed Dec. 28/17....NOT Dec. 20/21 as Vanessa told us they were. Levi said to give it ANOTHER 3-5 business days. Someone is lying and giving us the run around about keys of all things. Every time we bring up a valid issue we re corrected and automatically put in the wrong. As I told Levi, I will be in their dealership January 6th and I will leave with keys....if not....I have a lawyer....
Jan. 2, 2018 complained to Hyundai Canada and BBB. Got a call from a Mr. Jeff Hyslop. He was going to get to the bottom of things....
Jan. 4, 2018 So...have since been scammed by Mr. Jeff Hyslop. Once again the customer is stupid and deserving of being put in the wrong. He dug into the story of what s happening with my keys. Says they definitely haven t been withheld from us. The original second set was misplaced (when asking Levi this was never told to us, we were just given 4 different dates they were mailed to me) and a new one ordered...that second set magically appeared at their dealership December 3, 2018. But that he was waiting for me to call and let him know that the second (misplaced) set that was never mailed in the first place hadn t arrived in my mail before today before contacting me with his story and actually sending the replacement key via Purolator. I asked to be given the Purolator tracking information. I won t be expecting a call.
About a month ago I unfortunately got into a car accident and my car was a total loss. I had a difference of what I owed and what my insurance was giving me for my car and I was in a really bad position. Walked into the dealership and dealt with my salesman Jared and he did an amazing job finding the car for me. When we were going over different payment options the sales manager Alex Worden came in to go over an option providing me with $3500 cash back to cover the difference for my car. I couldn t believe it !! Loved the atmosphere at this dealership. By far the best buying experience I ve ever had. I will be returning in the future, thanks a TON!!!!
Received very poor service. When customers ask to see specific vehicles they saw online, and you message to confirm apointment, the least you can do is verify if those are even still available. What a waste of an afternoon. Very pushy even after stating what our budget was they never once showed what else they had in the same category/price range.
One of the worst mechanical team; focused overall on sales. If you love your old car, this is not a place for you. Shame! Everybody talks about sales/financial, what about post sales? About service? About honestly?

Terrible service, terrible salesmen. The sales manager looked like he was on drugs. Lying to me about how he used to run TD auto finance. The whole experience was so sketchy, I caught the salesman twice trying to skim a couple hundred dollars on top of the sales price. Ridiculously asinine and now I know why this place has a horrendous reputation around moncton. Avoid, unless you have a desire to set money on fire.

Just want to share my experience of purchasing a vehicle during these very unprecedented times. Sales rep, Justin Killam, went above and beyond in respect to customer service. The Moncton zone is in the "Orange" level of Covid right now so I really didn't want to go into a busy dealership. Justin brought the vehicles to me to test drive. His outstanding customer service made my decision to buy from Rallye easier. I am very pleased with my 2021 Tuscan and the Black Friday Deals that came with it! If you want great service - ask for Justin Killam!!
very friendly but there was no one in the place. Told us that the car we were interested in had just arrived and would sell fast once it was advertised. After returning home found out that the car is on their website and kijiji for $1000 less then what we were told the price was. Must be a mistake in their records or a forgetful salesman.
Yesterday my son-in-law called the service department looking for a wiper blade for a rear window for his Hyundai. He left his contact info and has yet to receive a return phone call about this replacement part. To me, this represents poor customer service on the part of this dealership. Is there a valid reason why this customer service breakdown has happened?

April Diamond, I had my doubts but she got me a better rate and finance than I thought I would have recieved.very charming and you can tell they both take customer satisfaction to the top shelf! I had the extreme displeasure of buying a car from this company about a month ago and finally finished my dealings with them today. There were no fewer than three points in the buying process where I should have walked out, but I didn't, only because the price of the car I bought was quite good.
First, Alex #1 was very condescending when I asked for clarification on why I had to sign a list of fees (license, taxes, financing, etc.) that was separate from the price of the car. He couldn't explain and resorted to asking whether I wanted to buy the car or not in a decidedly snotty tone.
Next, while doing the financing dance I get hit with an extra fee that didn't show up on the list of fees that caused the first kerfuffle. Not only was the CarFax fee not initially disclosed, they put a retail mark-up of their own on it. Awesome!
And the icing on the cake: during the negotiations, I was promised a full tank of gas when I drove off the lot since apparently this is the only dealership on the planet that doesn't fill the tank when you buy a car from them. When I got in the car to drive off there was 1/4 tank of gas. Awesome! Alex #2 swears they'll send me a gas card, but it took a few emails, touching base with Rallye Motors' overall client care, and threatening legal action for breach of contract to actually get said gas card.
This outfit is also so disorganized that they dropped their online listing price for the car I bought after I already agreed on the price they were asking. A small win for the customer, at least.
The fees are also on the high side--$600 for paper shuffling alone, and over $900 by the time all is said and done.
I would only recommend this or any other Rallye Motors dealership to the worst of my enemies.
Rallye Motors has changed my perception toward purchasing a car. I purchased my car in January, before this pandemic. Since I do not live in Moncton, I have done all my talks and negotiations over the phone and I bought my car over the phone, without going to dealership. Alex Worden was a great sales person to deal with. He kept his all promises, explained everything patiently, and convinced me that my car is a good car. He even sent my car during a snow storm as I really needed it. Whenever Alex was busy, Jared Smith helped me.

I am the new owner of a Tucson Hyundai 2018. (Moncton, New Brunswick) I had exceptional service from Steve Chapman the General Manager, Paolo Pollio in Sales and Leasing, Emil Salavarria in Sales and Leasing and Devon MacAusland the Sales Manager in finance. From the moment I walked into the showroom the professional service was excellent. The features of the car were well described, the test drive was informative and the customer service very satisfactory.
We purchased a new car from Rallye Motors two years ago. Our sales associate, Eugene White, did an awesome job finding the right car for our needs. He continues to offer great service, even two years after we made our purchase. We will definitely be back to see him when it comes time to purchase again. I was offered free undercoating as part of my new car purchase, only Rallye Motors considers $530.00 as free. When I spoke to finance I got the run around, I have emailed both finance and sales and have not had the courtesy of a response from either. Look out when buying from this dealership, you never get a straight answer and when you ask for clarification they refuse to respond. They agreed to install the snow tires included with my purchase after initially suggesting I put them in the car myself. After finally connecting with the right person, this has been favourably resolved, a huge thank-you to Alex Worden for his personable nature and professionalism throughout this process. I would definitely recommend him as a resource to future buyers. Thanks Alex:)
Had a positive experience with Alex Cobb and Alex Worden. Was able to get into the vehicle I want at a good price - without too much hassle. Would recommend this duo as they were super accommodating during the entire process, my past review and experience was marred by clerical issues which caused me to have a bad experience. The process this time has been straight forward without any hiccups.
Nothing they told me was true... Always changing and when I needed real help they never got back to me, I wouldn't recommend going to this dealership I should have went to Trevor's Hyundai in Miramichi. Was told that I would be getting free mats and an email that would allow me to auto start the vehicle through an app on my phone and it's been well over a month since we purchased the vehicle... Also I wanted to look into trying to get into something smaller because my insurance payment went up $400, something cheaper would help me tremendously but no one has bothered to get back to me... If this review would allow me to give a negative response I'd be at a negative 4 only because I feel the salesman was actually the only light in my dark journey known as Rallye Hyundai...

I bought an Elantra from Rallye s in 2017 and did not have a good experience. I received a call from a salesperson wondering if I had received a letter in the mail regarding a sale that they were having. I explained to the salesman that I had a very bad experience in the past and would not be returning to the dealer. He spoke to me for a long time on the phone about how he would like to change my opinion on Rallye s and give me the experience I deserve. Although hesitant, I went in to the dealership Saturday and met with Jared and he was exceptional. He answered all my questions and did not pressure me throughout the whole process. The sales manager (can t recall his name) was also very polite and he did not make me feel uncomfortable like I did in the past. Although I m still unsure if I want to move forward with the purchase, Jared and crew regained my respect and I will be reaching out to him when I am ready to purchase. Very pleased !
In any case never do business with Rallye Motors Hyundai de Moncton, new car on June 30, 2017, run the summer tires for 20,000km and they are so worn that they are dangerous and did not even pass the check up. if i took a guarantee that i pay $ 1500 in total they say they can't do anything i must find $ 900 in less than 7 days or i run out of car. Do not go and go to another consessionaire! They even lost our $ 2000 winter tires / rims that we were picking up in their warehouse and gave us other shoddy and wrong size tires. To have known I would have been elsewhere !!

Will say anything to get you to do an application. Even so much as lie. If you have less than perfect credit with negative equity on your vehicle look elsewhere. Won't return calls when they say they will. Do yourself a favor and look at another company.
We are currently in Orange Phase at the time of this review. I brought my car in to have my winter tires changed. My wife is high risk for COVID, and the previous two visits I had to the dealership, mask wearing was pretty lax, employees with masks around their chins, not covering their noses, so I planned ahead and brought my dog for a walk so I wouldn t have to be inside a dealership that isn t on top of this. My car took longer, so I went into the waiting room to warm up. To my right was a customer on his phone not wearing a mask, and in front of me, a young woman not wearing her mask correctly (nose exposed). I waited five minutes to see if any employees noticed. A few walked by, and didn t say anything, so I asked the man to put a mask on. He did. I suppose I could ve been nicer, but we are month 11 into this, and in Orange, so at this point you re getting a basic ask, no sprinkles. The woman in front of me (who is an anti-masker) not wearing her mask correctly took offence to my request, and started questioning COVID, I could smell some QANON diarrhea coming, so I quickly cut her off and asked her if she could wear her mask correctly to which she refused (even after I told her my wife was high risk), and said I should report her, so I did. I asked the service person if he could get her to wear her mask, and out of the corner of my eye I see a woman, mask off, blowing her nose in the waiting area. Yikes. The service attendant doesn t ask the anti-masker to put her mask on, and just escorts her into the service bay, where I guess she can incorrectly wear it freely, and I see him talking to her, probably about how ridiculous I m being. I say that because at no point does he acknowledge or apologize for what happened, which leaves me feeling like health and safety rank pretty low at this dealership. But it s my wife s life we are talking about here, and my longterm health as well. I will be driving to Amherst, as I ve had several people tell me that Rallye is one of the poorest run dealerships in NB. I guess when you own everything you don t have to care. I reported them to Public Health.

Please read this detailed review before heading to this dealer. I had walked into this dealership on Dec 21st and was interested in Hyundai Santa Fe 2020 new vehicle. As the sales manager Mr. Alex Worden spoke to me and gave final price of the vehicle, when I told I may have to pay high insurance , he gave me wrong quote by entering wrong details even though I handed over the licence to him. He misguided regarding insurance premium by showing me wrong quote and made me sign the deal. Further, on Dec 23rd when I told it is impossible to take the vehicle. Mr. Alex has called TD auto finance and told that loan is sent for cancellation and it will be processed on same day and there is nothing to do from my end. Further, I and my friend were threatened that we will be sued if we walking into any of the Rallye motors dealerships(first time I guess any customer in Canada got threatened like that). That kind of audacity that guy showed and td auto finance told me to complain to auto mobile association for this kind of behavior. To my surprise loan amount has been debited from my account even though I didn t had vehicle and when I called Bank they told me that loan is still active. I was shocked and later they closed my loan on Jan 7th. I got nsf fees in bank and I am still following up with credit agencies to clear that loan on my file(Guess what!!!! I didn't had any car with me). These guys push for their sales and never care for clients. @@@Beware of cheating @@@
