Over the past 9 years, my husband and I have purchased 4 vehicles from Rallye Motors Hyundai(1 used and 3 new). The staff there has always been very friendly and the service dept.have treated us well. Our most recent purchased of the 2014 Hyundai Elantra Limited, has once again, been a great experience,.The staff are very professional. We've gone to 3 other import dealers in town, prior to our latest purchase,we thought we'd try something different, but their people and the sales process at Rallye Motors Hyundai makes it impossible to leave, they truly treat us like family. I purchased a brand new Hyundai Accent Hatchback about two weeks ago now and I have to say my overall experience was delightful. As soon as I entered I was greeted by my sale man Daniel who was pleasant to speak with. Daniel was very knowledge about the vehicles I had chose to look at and answered all my questions quickly and professionally. The Financing team was also a treat to deal with as they made sure they did everything they could to ensure I got a great deal on the vehicle I choose. I would just like to say that I thoroughly enjoyed my sales experience and hope to deal with everyone again in the near future.

Very Bad Customer Service. Specially Sales Manager "ALEX" has very bad attitude and behavior is very Bad. I will send my Invoice of Purchase to Rallye hyundai that i bought from other Hyundai dealer and also send Invoices whenever me and my other friends Bought a car from other dealership. Never want to give any business to this dealership.
I decided i needed a new vehicle as mine was outdated with basic features, so i made a appointment to test drive a vehicle and as i got there i was approached by a sales agent to assist me immediately and so from there the team worked very hard to get me into a new vehicle, I want to thank Blake Fowler, Alex Worden and Rebab Eve Chawki.
If your looking for a great sales man. I recommend Aaron. I was really impressed by his great customer service, he listen to everything I had to say. No BS,no games. I traveled to Moncton to purchase a 2020 Elantra, Aaron stayed way past closing to accommodate me. I would definitely purchase another vehicle from him in the future.
Never go here, they prey on people who don't know much about cars or financing. They've been caught doing shady things so many times but they hide the fact... Worst place to shop for a car, also beware of the lack of 2-3-4 star ratings, the 5 star comments might be synthetic/fake. Notice how everyone mentions the salesmans full names perfectly in every comment thanking them...?
I wil go to Hyundai all the time because of the service, everyone is so nice and they help in everyway they can especially alex worden he helped out alot. Best ssles manager ever :)

All started with a quick question about total price of a vehicle online, was promptly reached out to by Nick from sales who than helped me out with the preapproval after which maybe an hour or so calls me back great news on rates, drove down with my trade in which wasnt in perfect shape, got into a brand new Kona while only having my previous car 9 months and my payment did not skyrocket as would be expected, would buy from here again in about 5 or 6 years when my Kona is due for a trade in.
I received excellent service from the entire staff at Rallye Motors Hyundai. All of my questions were answered very knowledgeably and everyone was very patient with me during my decision making process. The level of professionalism at this dealership is unparalleled, largely due to the leadership that Alex Warden displays to his employees. I just recently purchased a 2018 Kona! I must say this process took a little longer than needed. There was a few things that happened that I felt was unprofessional. Such as the first time they put me in a Kona it was a 2019 and then the next time I was put in the 2018 but was never notified that it was a different vehicle, I feel as though they should have at least let me know what car I was test driving and given me specifics about it instead of me figuring it out on my own when i went for the test drive. And exaplained why it was a different Kona which I was completely okay with but an explanation would have been great! I feel as though honesty is the best policy instead of it being shady... The customer service from Emil was awesome, Alex Warren worked absolute wonders and a HUGE thank you to Grace Morgan for helping me get through the process at ease!! Thank you for everything helping me out the way you all did!!

I had a very positive experience. Norbert and Nick were extremely helpful and ensured that the purchasing process went smoothly. An added bonus is that the layout of the dealership made maintaining 6ft of social distance very easy.
Wouldn t even give a star if I could I bring my car in to get fixed and they dident put the snaps back in my door I ve had nothing but issues with my car and just going in to look at a traid in .... took 3 days and them putting in the system I got a new car when I dident .... worst service and they will never get a cent out of my pocket even if that means going to another province to buy!
Well not a very impressed customer went for a oil change and the way I understood what the service desk said that I can get an alignment done for 29.99 and he would take 20 dollars off I figured sure that's a great deal ya Ya right at the end of it all I ended up leaving there paying 221.82 then on top of that my car ended up pulling to the right on the way home from the dealer so I called them and told them what was going on they told me to come back a week the 28th so just came back apparently they didn't do it right the first time and waited another hour for them to fix the problem no apologies or anything else per example a free car wash like they offered the first time. So there's my rant about this dealership no stars awarded for them no confidence nor understanding on what they do awful service do NOT recommend them at ALL.
Annick was amazing! She was very kind and helpful. She made sure we had a car we would be happy with. She even came in on her day off because it was convenient for us to sign papers. No pressure and didn't feel rushed. She was trustworthy and listened to our needs. Professional and polite. Attentive to our needs. Definitely went above and beyond! Thank you Annick!
Apparently, you can't expect your car to be worked on and fixed when you pick up your car after an appointment. We live 40 minutes out of town, and this is the second time we had to go back for the same problem. They shuttled us, and just after we get out of the shuttle, I received a call from them...to come back and pick up the car. He told us that the warrantied work is going to take 5 hours, so they need to do it another day. They told us that we have to make another (the third one!!!) appointment. If only they knew how to do math, this whole thing could have been prevented!
I bought my 2009 Tucson from Rallye Motors and have since travelled 150,000km. I love my Hyundai, and prefer to have it serviced at Rallye Motors. Looking forward to buying my next vehicle - It will definitely be a Rallye Motors' Hyundai!
