Called service department and spoke to Marco regarding an issue with a co-workers car. Marco made some suggestions on what I could check regarding the issue. I am not a customer of his, I don't even live anywhere near his shop, yet he took the time to try to help. I don't know if his suggestions will solve our problem, but I do know who to call if we run into further issues or where to trailer the car to if we can't figure it out. Much appreciated Marco!!
