I wish I can give zero stars. Sales guys and tactics are so bad! Went in to get a price for a vehicle with the intent of buying but was presented with a piece of paper with hand written options of bi-weekly payments. No computations, no breakdown of fees, just 3 options. I asked for the out the door total price but they can t give an exact amount. They kept giving me an estimate, so I wonder how they got the payment options they gave me. I just gave up asking and walked out the door. I felt ripped off just by being there.

Sent Bradley a message, but due to living in Nova Scotia, we weren t able to travel to see it. Bradley facilitated a FaceTime walk around, and knew we really wanted this car...after Pat demonstrated how large the trunk is(he got in it!!) ;)

Yesterday I took my 2012 Santa Fee SUV to Rallye Motors for a recall on the engine computer. While at the dealer I reported 2 deficiencies on the vehicle that I was absolutely positive that it was on warranty. Paint had peeled off to grill and the door seal on the drivers side was worn through. This car has 39,000 km. and has never been driven in snow as I spend my winters in Florida. They claim neither was warranted as it was normal wear and tear. Isn't a warranty to assure that normal wear and tear last for the life of the warranty? I use to defend this dealer went everyone was telling me that I should not deal with this dealer as it was the dealer with the most complaints at the Better Business Bureau. I still can't believe that a business will loose a good customer for such a trivial problem. Live and learn.

I was looking for a car and I have always been in favor with this brand and I went lately to check for a new one and I asked not to touch my credit score but unfortunately they did without my concent !
When I called to check they said I did sign a paper giving the permission to do it even though I asked literally not to do that !
They tricked me and it was my personal fault that I trust what they are saying !

Just bought a brand new elantra a few weeks ago! For a 19yo teenager with no credit to get a new car within a day, at the price i said i could afford with all friendly staff! Received excellent sales & service with these folks (both the Hyundai and Mitsubishi dealerships). JC and his team were friendly and knowledgeable of their products and have an excellent service team. Although I bought a lancer from their Mitsubishi dealership, I have had nothing but fantastic service when I bring my car into the Hyundai dealership. The Genesis Coupe I test drove was a fantastic car, but I preferred the Lancer. Couldn't have been happier with my experience. I got to drive away with my new car from their sister dealership the same day!

I called the owner office as he said he is Interested to hear my story but that is fake; because no one show any interest to follow up my case without the need to taking it to court and show them the entire bills and signed estimation form to prove that I should pay $177 not $330 as they charged me under force and calling the caps to pay or leave otherwise we will remove the installed part from your car.

By the way; I am In Canada not in some poor third world country to see these type of cheats.

Edit: the problem has now been resolved as of 30 October 2019, they were able to fax the necessary documents over to registration.

was in the market for a new car being in sackville we talked to the dealer in amherst and they gave me a price on a tuscon. I emailed rallye to see what kind of price they could give me. I ended up saving 5000$ I had my doubts about the dealership but figured i would give them a chance. Sales rep Jared Smith messaged me and gave me all the details over text went to the dealership that night had the car warmed up waiting for me to take it out for a drive. went over the numbers told me everything and answered my questions. we wanted remote start they installed it on the spot. April Diamond the finance person gave us multiple options for warranty and worked within our payments. overall very satisfied with the process.

Horrible experience. They only think about selling their car, at a value much higher than the market. And profit a lot from the ignorance of their customers. Their bad reputation precedes them. Don't buy your car from them. If you insist on doing business with them, check the terms of all the documents to be signed before writing your signature. Do not listen to what they tell you with their mouths, rather see what is written in the documents they present to you. Before signing, read and reread! Don't let them put pressure on you like you're taking too long to make up your mind. You have the right to take your time. It's your money after all!

Gerald was amazing at getting things in order so fast. Krista was great getting all the financial part complete so quickly and last but not least, Zach for referring me to Rallye Hyundai. The service after the sale sucks. Once sale is done if you need anything forget it..slow response for them to get back to you. Almost like they only care about the sale. Will not be going back here again. Will do my upgrade elsewhere when the time comes.
Usually the salesmen always calls to see how things are nope not here.

When Honda laughed us out of the building because of our credit we went to see Hyundai, they were very helpful. Got us a car and a decent rate. Only things I didn't like, hidden fees seemed to be everywhere. If you plan on doing business with them be sure to get all their fees up front.

Sales manager is the worst manager I ve seen in business (Young rude guy with blonde hair, forget his name) WOULDNT even explain to me how he got to the offer he got to, break down of price or anything.. I couldn t want to leave and WOULD NEVER SET FOOT IN THE PLACE AGAIN!! This guy is very unprofessional rude and honestly I don t even think he is knowledgeable..

Japesh from Rally Motors is a great and very helpful associate who helped me to get my first car with ease and fast process which was clear enough to understand as well. Spent a week in communication with this dealer. I had my own financing in place, but had to go through them to get the listed price first. I live 3 hours away so it all had to be done by phone/e-mail. They approved my application, moved the car to the same dealer as the salesman I was speaking too, and set an appointment up for me to come 3 days later on my only day off. They I get an e-mail reply the day I'm supposed to be driving up there with one line "I was off yesterday and could not respond to you. The other issue is the vehicle has been sold. "
After telling me he specifically moved the car to his dealership for me. This was also a used car, not something they can just pick out another one and offer up.
There's nothing special here, poor business ethics.

If you have no choice and do still go with them, DO NOT LET THEM DO FINANCING BEFORE AGREEING ON A PRICE. This was my biggest mistake, never ever let them put through an app before you have an agreement on a price. I could have walked away from this with no negative effect and kept looking for a car, but now I've got 3 hits on my credit for nothing.

Got scammed right here! Beware of their forms, they can be easily changed even after signature! They also made me sign as quick as possible. They insisted to make me take a car even if the deal was not completly closed, now the deal is still not complete and they won't take the car back. After you take a car, they will make you responsible for anything wrong.

Horrible service, never go there for servicing. Front end is decent though, but of course they are trying to sell you things.

this was be my second car bought through a dealership and the task is none the less overwhelming. i had no idea what i genuinely wanted but i met with sales specialist alex & he was kind, understanding, professional and patient with me. he ended up finding me a car i LOVE and guided me through the process step by step. the entire staff was incredible and i would recommend alex & ralley entirely.

Excellent customer service. Very helpful and friendly staff especially the beyond courteous sales specialist Nigel Cottreau and the beautiful finance manager Monica Melanson. Everyone we met were friendly. Let me share the story. My niece went to her car dealer to get an inspection, her car was rejected. Her dealer wanted her to purchase another car with them. I suggested that she look around. Which brought us to Rallye. We went into look and speak with a sales rep. My niece receive a very pleasant surprise. Rallye was able to put her in a 2016 Jeep Patriot with less than 2000 miles on it for less money per month with a 18% less interest rate than her dealer offered her. Warrantied till 2021. She was beyond happy and excited. I would highly recommend this dealership. They work together as a great team. Thank you again Rallye for making sure she had a safe and reliable vehicle.

Make sure if they give you free stuff while dealing for a new car (tires change, free oil changes) they put it in the system.. We ended up paying after dropping it off for an oil change when in the deal they have said we had 4 oil change free.. They said they didn't remember saying anything about free oil change and tires change. Next time will know better and go for our service in Amherst..will do the Few more KMs to avoid crooks like Rallye Motors.

I had an excellent experience buying a new 2016 Elantra GT from Levi at Rallye Hyundai in Moncton. He listened well, was very efficient, found me the right vehicle for my needs, gave me the best deal without arm twisting and treated me with respect. The other members of the team also gave me good service and I look forward to our future dealings.

Worst customer experience ever. Got my first car there 2013 and went on the get a second car. I haven't heard such good things about Rallye but now I know why. Make sure you check your documentations and perhaps even record your conversations when dealing with them. You have lost a customer and I sure won't be recommending this place to anyone.

My worst buying experience, Rallye Motors Hyundai scams its customers. The seller increases the price by $ 2,000 and you force him to sign financing immediately to benefit from his premium of $ 1,000 by the bank. The seller and his sales manager charge you $ 1000 in administrative fees while Hyundai authorizes a maximum of $ 500. The price of the car was more expensive by $ 3000 with financing than if I bought it in cash. The seller and his sales manager are not being honest with the customer. I came to Rallye Motors Hyundai to buy a santa fe 2020 in cash, the seller refused to sell it to me if I did not sign a financing.

Really disappointed, I bought a new car 2019 elantra sport and now that I have made the first service I noticed that the car is rust. I went with the service Manager and he took out the importance of this, and he says that the rust is normal in their cars, how is possible that a brand new car is normal to have a rust on the frontal axe. Also the car in the highway is vibrating all the time, we report to him almost two months ago and he is not working on it. I would like my money back!!

Jared Smith was a very friendly sales rep, easy to work with. The dealership even provided us a car for the day to see if this was really what we were looking for. The only unpleasant part is when you start to get into the financing portion they are very pushy to sign up for extra stuff!

This is a one because there is no zero. My experience echo's most of the other one ratings. I have absolutely no idea how our experience differs so extremely from the several 5 star ratings. I would be very wary of them and look at the lack of 2 , 3 and 4 ratings.

The sales team at " Rallye Hyundai " specifically the Finance manager could care less about you or your purchase. They're more then happy to rush people with less then perfect credit into a car , at high interest with a payment you probably CANT afford.. Within 45 minutes of sitting with the Finance Manager i was thrown keys to different vehicles i wasn't interested in and told " YOU COULD DRIVE AWAY WITH THIS TODAY " .. I'll never recommend Rallye Motors to anyone. There's other dealers out there with MUCH BETTER staff who actually HELP you make an informed decision. Stay AWAY.

Very disappointing experience. The first meeting went well with Justin. After that, I have been waiting for a response from him. Neither him nor the sales manager bothered to get back on my request. Called him multiple times and e-mailed but no response. All I need is a YES or NO if a deal can be worked out. But it looks like they don t want my business, but they should say it out loud instead of keeping me waiting for an answer.

If I could give less than one I would , first time I had my service appointment for my new vehicle that I bought from them I waited an extra 2 hours because they took the car that was scheduled after me when I completed they said " we can't turn the time back" . Also change my tires without balance , second appointment I needed 2 tired for my car , so I call ahead to confirm that they have the tires I need , when I arrived and waited 45 min than I been told that they don't have it and they will call me back . It's the last time that our family buying a vehicle from this dealership .

I went to Acadia Toyota first, they wouldn't do a deal with me so came to rallye motors after hearing my coworker had a successful trade in with them and came out with a brand new 2020 Elantra! Patrick was my salesperson who immediately was confident he could help me achieve my dream of being in a new car all on my own. And so he did! Toyota lost a lifelong customer.

Had the pleasure of working with Ashley, The Sales Manager, and it was an excellent experience. Had troubles with my clutch shortly after buying the car and they covered the expense of putting a brand new clutch in with the total cost being paid by them. highly recommend asking for Ashley!

If I could choose a 0 star here I would... We saw a car on the Rallye Motors Hyundai site that we were interested in having a look so we called to find out if it was still available and if we could book an appointment to check it out. We were told yes, it was still available and they booked us for an appointment to go check it out on the same day (today). So me and my wife both take a little bit of time off work to go check out this vehicle only to find out that it had been sold over the weekend. Needless to say, I am not impressed with having my time wasted to go check out a "non existent" vehicle and this will be my last time dealing at this dealership.

Sales Manager James MacNeill and Sales Specialist Gerald Keyzer made our new lease experience fabulous, given the time crunch on our end due to early out of town travel the following morning! They far exceeded our expectations! James ensured were were both comfortable with the newer features on the model we chose. This is the first time ever we have chosen the same brand of vehicle back to back. I highly recommend these professionals for your new vehicle experience.

I was asked for a more detailed review so here it is. It all started a little over a year ago when we decided to go shopping for a car. Went to Rallye motors to LOOK at cars. They kept us in there for about 8 hours telling us over and over that it would only be a few minutes. We were so tired and hungry by 10pm that we just signed whatever to get out of there. Ended up with a car we couldn't afford and traded in my car that really I wanted to keep.. the salesman Ryan lied or at least was very misleading about just about everything. Now after a year of struggling to make the car payment we decided to go back to the dealership to see if they could do something to help. After what I thought was a pretty positive meeting we agreed to trade in our car for a cheaper one that would lower our payments. It has been 2 weeks since we were told everything was approved we are still waiting for what we are now being told that it has to be approved by someone else somehow. We can't use our car because if we put too much mileage on it, it will lower the trade value. So I can't make any plans, had to find a way to work and am stuck home for apparently the foreseeable future. I now think that we were offered too good of a deal and they're hoping that we just give up lol. Not gonna happen by the way. We had an oral agreement and they will have to stick to it. Other than the great salesman we got this time (Nick) everything about the experience pretty much sucked again! I would not recommend Rallye motors to anyone unless they like to be F'ed over..

The experience of buying a new vehicle can be very difficult. James MacNeil the sales manager made the difference for me. James contacted me when my lease was nearly over, and I was about to buy a Nissan from another dealer. He worked diligently throughout the negotiation and we soon came to an agreement. What impressed me the most about James is that he went the extra mile by continuously following up before and after the purchase of my vehicle. He provided excellent service throughout the sale. Most of all he cared. I will most definitely buy my next vehicle from James. Thank you for all of your efforts.
