My Dr Henke is the best. This building is simply lovely, efficient and clean. have great parking and the bus stop is right on the corner.

I've been going to Community of hope for over three years and I would not change a thing. Their always great with appointments.

This was my job for 8 yrs & its always nice to go back & see the same friendly faces

am i the only one who feels like this place just wants you in and out as quickly as possible? when i got to a doctor i want to feel like they care and i am not just a number. this place just want the free money from our medicare!!! people raving about being in and out but is that what you really want?

Best doctor office every call you on time no longer wait everything you need is in side test lab blood being taken to waiting for your resources call your medicine in to the pharmacy all you have to do is go pick it up they listen to you they care.

COH is an amazing clinic. The staff is so nice. They listen to you always trying to he you. As a senior citizen they R

The medical staff is great I take my clients here all the time however I observed their homeless prevention staff and the program manager needs to go back to India...she is always turning her nose up at clients who are seeking assistance....talk about unprofessional....yikes!

I have had terrible and expensive service from dentists until i came to Community of Hope. The best dentist and customer service ever. Thank you for bring quality health care back to Ward 8.

I've have been going to COH since the first clinic they set up in Washington DC in the 90s. The love and care they give at this location feels the same.

Beautiful building, nice and clean and the nurses and doctors have great attitudes and make you really comfortable!!

I ve attended COH midwifery my entire pregnancy from my positive pregnancy test all the way until now (39wks). Overall it wasn t a bad experience until the end this entire time we ve addressed nothing but a birthing center birth and I ve seen several of their midwives even attended birthing center 101. Then about week 35 my appointments begin to get rescheduled and once i was supposed to be seen every two weeks but haven t been seen for a month; I voice my issues. Spoke with the head lady she basically stated they have a heavy work load and I m not displaying any warning symptoms so I m good. Had a whole convo then peacefully ended the call. All for me to go to my appointment the next day to be told she put a note in my chart stating due to my BMI i can t have a center birth. Remind you I m 39weeks and at no point has any other one of her midwives brought it up. Even when i seen the head lady in March now all of a sudden i don t qualify. Which is foolery my BMI was over 30 from the beginning and nothing was ever said. They know another center won t pick up you to birth there if you re passed 37 wks and so this is a complete bs thing. I spoke with 3 other centers that stated my BMI wouldn t disqualify me as long as that the only factor everything else had been healthy.
With all this being said make sure you dot your i s and cross your t s so you won t be blindsided by the last minute foolery a week before your baby is due. Be careful because no one excepts you after 37wks except for a hospital birth so you ll be stuck with them.

The interior as well as exterior of the building is nice and clean. The staff are friendly. When I call they do their best to get me taken care of. The doctors, nurses etc are there to help and make sure their patients feel better before they leave. Keep up the good work.

Community of Hope in NE is my PCP and I went to the Conway Center location today for dental care. The building is gorgeous and it is not difficult to find on street parking. I was greeted by a smiling face and pleasant person that directed me to the second floor for the dentist. I filled out necessary paperwork and waited to be seen. They were running behind but I was kept informed about the extended wait. The dental tech was very proffesional and appropriate. She did all the x-rays and I waited to see the dentist. The dentist, Dr. Thomas, was very curteous and proffesional. I felt very comfortable about her competency. She made thorough examination and explained in detail her treatment plan. I will be returning and look forward to the remaining of my treatment. I would recommend Community of Hope, Conway center.

The staff is very nice and helpful. This is a place where the staff will try and help you hey a job, spruce up your resume and offer different activities for the community.

The people here are so rude and if you have a quick question to ask about another one of your children while at an appointment they will not give you any advice.

I love everything about the community of hope, they serve me well.

I love this facility and the staff. The staff members are helpful and extremely professional. The doctor's have your best interest at heart and concerned about you as an individual.
