I purchased a 2018 Elantra from this dealership and it was not a bad experience originally but don't expect any help or adequate customer service if you run into any problems.

I misplaced my key fob and when I went to pick up my spare key which I had not picked up yet, they couldn't find it. It took them almost a week to tell me they had lost it. After calling every day and being repeatedly lied to about getting a call back, they finally agreed to order a new one. After two weeks of waiting I called back and was told they key was not even ordered. I asked to make a complaint and when I was transferred to a sales manager, he assured me he would get to the bottom of it and call me right back. It's been over a month and I have heard nothing. During this time I missed two services appointments because I could not drive my car and they did absolutely nothing to compensate me for a brand new car I couldn't drive due to a mistake they made. The whole situation stressed me out to the point where I stopped calling once I found my misplaced key but I have no doubts when I go back they will still have not ordered the key.
