Worst experience we have ever had at a water park....

Worst experience we have ever had at a water park. First off, we got there at 3 pm to get the half day rate, just to find that that only applied on week days, which there website does not expressly state, so we ended paying full price. We also ended up wasting the first 30 minutes before even finding this out, just waiting in line, as all the ticket booths we're shut down for the day and they only had one vendor open to accommodate the hundreds of people who we're still coming in. Once finally in the park, we wasted another 30 minutes just getting set up with a locker, as only half of them were even available and for the ones that were open, only one of the two machines that produced the arm bands and assigned the lockers was operational. Finally ready to enjoy the water park by 4pm, now with only an hour left, several of the attractions we're already closing down. We we're also hungry, but many of the food options were closing as well. All in all, only roughly two thirds of the park was even operational and for all the major slides, the wait was nearly an hour. So, yes, after all of that, we all literally managed to make one slide and then it was time to go. To top it all off, we we're so disapointed with our obviously dismal experience, that we decided to talk to customer service, figuring they would at least try and turn this all around miserable experience. Unfortunately, that hope could not have been further from reality. The woman we spoke to barely cared at all. Essentially, she said that was just what you are going to get from a water park in the closing week and there was nothing she could or would do about it. She would not offer us compensation of any kind. Not a portion of our money back. Not passes for another visit. Not even a voucher for a discount towards a future visit. Nothing. I can't believe that under such circumstances with such an obviously poor experience that someone in charge of their customer service could not think of a single thing to even try and make it right, not even cared to do so. All in all, as I said at the beginning, this was the absolute worst experience any of us had ever had at a water park. We might as well have stayed at home and played in the sprinkler and saved our $200. Yes, that's right. We payed $200 for the displeasure of that experience, for the four of us. For 2 hours, that was really just one. And no one there could have cared less. Outrageous.
