I've stayed at Swissotel a number of times over the years and it has generally been a good experience. The newly renovated rooms are very nice, however the service has become gradually worse with time.

They have since replaced the friendly faces and efficient check in/out service with a modern and less efficient self service computer kiosks that still require assistance from staff from time to time.

On our most recent stay, our luggage arrived to our room with a bellboy with a poor attitude - not a great way to be greeted to a once great stay in Singapore.

I would consider staying elsewhere in the future.

Wonderful hotel with a breathtaking harbour view! We also ate at the Kopitiam, their restaurant that dishes up local hawker food at great discount because my friend bought a promo package. Nice food.

The hotel is very well kept and tends to be bustling during normal business hours. It's attached to Raffles City, so there's a steady stream of people at most hours of the day. The rooms are pleasantly large and the amenities are pretty nice as well. Each room comes with free wifi, several bottles of water, and a range of coffees and teas. During my last stay at the Swissotel in Merchant Court they even had a nespresso machine in every room, so was a bit disappointed they didn't have one here. But that was a luxury vs a requirement. The building's gym and spa are shared with the Fairmont and are located in the Fairmont building. The pools and tennis court are also shared. Really nice that they have these facilities available and they are well kept. My one complaint about my stay is that the bed in my room was super firm. Definitely not the most comfortable, and I generally like firm mattresses.

The geographical location is superior. The downstairs is the shopping mall subway. The bed is good for sleep. The TWG tea bag is perfect. Be sure to check in again next time you visit Singapore.

Fantastic location everything you need is at your doorstep from train station to shopping to food court. Stylish modern rooms with very comfy beds. Highly recommend this hotel. Alan the doorman is fantastic and very friendly. One star taken away for the self check in but otherwise would've given 5.

Probably the best hotel I have ever stayed at! Other than a slight delay checking in the next 4 days were blissful. Booked executive level. Room vast. Balcony lovely views from 62nd floor. Treated like royalty but with genuine friendliness More

Hotel location is PERFECT!! Especially if you reserve a room facing the Marina Bay. I got lucky with the Marina Bay view, due to hotel being under construction. It's perfect view of the MBS, and you'll get to see the Sands hotel light show More

Stayed in the Executive Room which had a fantastic view of the Esplanade area. The design of the room was superb, smartly separating the work/ TV from the sleeping areas. The stylish yet functional deco also made the place feel like living in a home rather than a hotel, allowing you to really settle down and just enjoy the premises. Toilet was super spacious and had that luxurious feel while smart controls for the lights and curtains were a nice touch. Stay included complementary breakfast which was itself a great experience. In addition to a solid spread, the ambience and feel of the lounge was fantastic. Only complaint is that complementary parking was not provided so those intending to drive might have to consider using the valet service.

Booked the sunday semi-buffet lunch at Equinox. The view was fantastic just tat wasn't able to get a windows seat due to late booking. The food was nice and fresh especially the oyster. The main course was delicious and we love the ambience at the resturant.

The hotel was renovated last year. If you are looking for a comfy bed, look else where. They are hard and the pillows should be thrown out. They look inviting but then sink down to nothing. A majority of the rooms are hot at the aircon doesn't work properly, even when maitence comes to visit. It's a very convenient hotel and has all the facilities but only good for a night because sleep is hard here because of the above

The children were happy at the pool. It was very beautiful room & water circumference whether it was renovated. There were 4 families (including 4 children in elementary school & 2 children during the year), and 2 rooms with bets were enough. There were MUJI products, Starbucks and Mack in the shopping center directly connected to the hotel, and there were many places to eat in the basement, which was convenient.

Modern hotel in a very good location.

Modern hotel in a very good location.
Thanks to the MRT connection in the basement, you can get everywhere very quickly.
The rooms are airy and very modern. The air conditioning is very quiet and cools pleasantly.
We are lucky with the view (Marina Bay).
We are only 2 nights, but I would be able to stay here longer.

Good room with all amenities and nice view. The bar downstairs was pleasant with nice staff and good beer. The Indian restaurant was also good but a little over priced.

The reception staff could do with some motivation and smile from time to time. Was not a nice welcome after a long flight.

Nicely located near a good shopping mall

All in all a good place to stay and would recommend.

Excellent location, with easy access to the MRT train system, as well as within walking distance to Suntec City and Marina Square.

Our hotel room on the 51st floor was large and overlooked Raffles Hotel, which is undergoing renovations, but was a little dated - the covered headboard had scratches and stains, while some of the electrical plugs, especially the one next to the bed, were loose and we were worried about using them.

There was also an issue with the door's keycard system, and we had to change the cards 7 times in the four days we were there.

Staff were friendly and helpful.
