nice convenient conference venue, however toilet is a bit dirty.

Good location near mrt.. interior looks old phone not working.. easy to find food and supermarket under the hotel..

Had a memorable experience of the NDP 2017 (and the fireworks, WHOA!) in the comfort of Stamford Crest Suite. Excellent cityscape, day and night. If you reading this and planning a stay here, please remember to bring a good camera and take your panaroma shots!

Good rooms that are recently renovated. Great daytime views and nighttime views of the city. Can you spot the Merlion?

The location is ideal - at the bottom is Raffles City Mall and the MRT station. Would certainly stay there again

What a perfect place to stay! With the view of marina bay, jus walking distance to Clark quay, Merlion park and stones throw away from Haji lane and bugis..very convenient and plush location.. Super spacious and luxurious rooms, amazing customer service, good food. U will never regret staying at this place.. Highly recommend

Frankly an excellent hotel. Not cheap, but for the price the rooms are large, the service superb and the location excellent.

Best place for conducting conferences. This hotel has one of the best rooms available. There are all types of food available nearby this hotel. Expensive are ending up making it grand. This is a grand hotel

We would always choose this beautiful hotel again. We were greeted very friendly, had a super nice stunning room in the 58 piece with a view over Singapore, which we will never forget. The hotel has everything .. Restaurants Shops Trainstation Wellness Pool Tennis court. However, the pool is currently under construction and therefore it was too loud for us. Skybar and the sky restaurant on the 70th floor offers a breathtaking view, but the price in these also takes your breath away and the food was ok for us wow. The service was also very friendly and competent. All in all top location very central and top service with really friendly and lovely people. We would always like to be here. Thanks & Thanks for the nice stay here we loved it.

This is the fourth time I have stayed at the Swissotel and it never disappoints. The location is excellent right in the heart of the city with short walks to Clarke Quay and Singapore Flyer. The facilities are great with gym, pool and sauna all well maintained. Breakfast is excellent with a huge selection as is the in room dining and on site restaurants. I highly recommend this hotel and always look forward to coming back.

As it used to be Westin, older taxi drivers may find it easier to say "the previous Westin Hotel". Renovation work is expected to end at the end of this year. If the category is raised to the Premier Harbor View Room, you will be assured a room with a view of Marina Bay view like the photo. Bathtub is attached (the first cheap room is shower only) It is direct access to Raffles City, chimes is a great location within walking distance.

The shower room should be separated by a sliding glass door or it would be wet and slippery in the rest room if you have taken a bath ..it would be dangerous for old people.the room and the view is awesome..

So when we had shifted to Singapore, we stayed here for qutie sometime. The rooms are okay, we had a small one. their breakfast spread is prety good. teh staff is very nice and helpful. It was a very comfirtbale stay. As it is located quite centrally, most of the places to visit were quite close making it convinent. Enjoy your stay here.

Great hotel on 69th floor with great views of Singapore

Lovely staff at the Wooloomooloo. They communicate well, ensure that everything is perfect.

Service was good and wait staff were responsive. They may have been slightly delayed but overall, a positive experience and will definitely come back!

Modern hotel with very great staffs. The food also good. The hotel near malls and place in the middle of the city. It has connection way to the mall.

Central location. Easy to get to wherever is the next second round location. Do take note which taxi stand / pick-up point though.

Went to the bar at the lobby. The relatively quiet environment made it great for conversations.

I stayed at the 33rd floor, but the room condition is good, and the harbor view night view is excellent
Especially, there is shopping in the basement, plenty of food, and subway entrance, there is no need for other places to buy gifts

we stayed here numerous time but this time very disspointed with aircon not working nor the front office able to do anything expect give late check out, i come here for good rest not sweating at middle of night, change two room in two days. Swiss need to get the house in order espcially when we paying top price for our club room. We given fan to cools us down.

Nice hotel, good location BUT the pool was closed for renovation and the hotel could only offer taxi transfer to their sister hotels for a dip in the pool. For all that, they couldn't even allow me to use the pool after morning checkout. Restrictive inflexible staff. What a dissapointment.

Rooms are very comfy. Large room, excellent bedding, nice shower. One of the best buffet breakfast I ve been. A pity that the pool wasn t accessible the week I stayed.

Went for buffet at Cafe Swiss. Spread is good, but there was no fresh oyster in the menu which was disappointing

Having researched the website before arrival we were aware that the hotel was under renovations. This did not impact on our stay at all. We were given an upgrade room with a view of the Harbour and Bay on the 48th floor. Breath taking views. The room was spacious and the beds were excellent. Sevice was exceptional from the front desk to the breakfast room. Location was perfect with the MRT downstairs. Would not hesitate to recommend this hotel.

Good hotel with a very nice view (premium harbour view room) but the atmosphere is due to the huge capacity very anonymous.
Breakfast isnt't five star in my opinion but acceptable.

Le club accor gold memebers aren't treated special. I applied for a high floor - got 23rd level as a result. Free welcome drinks are only a few selected drinks in the ground floor restaurant

Brilliant service. Great location with lovely views.
Rooms are starting to show a little strain (torn headboards, dirty carpets) but this is minimal compared to all the positives.

Stayed at premier harbour view room . Requested for a higher floor and got it upon check in . The service is good as i was greeted in the hotel upon check in . The view for the marina bay is fantastic in this hotel .

The highest hotel in Singapore (at the beginning of 2018) on the 70th floor is a restaurant and bar, on the 8th floor there is a pool and spa area. One of the advantages of the hotel: an excellent modern room after reconstruction, with a very pleasant bed)) a beautiful view of the city, a good (but expensive) panoramic restaurant. Of the minuses: I had a clearly negative impression about the staff, more precisely about impolite concierges and the Check-in service (but probably, perhaps, this is a special case). Instead of a restaurant, you can recommend a great bar on the top floor, I liked it there :)
