InterContinental Singapore Review

The atmosphere at the lounge area was great. The singer and guitarist provided great sensurround music for us during our stay last Sunday afternoon.

Great hotel, good location. Club lounge is a brilliant escape from the hustle and bustle of the city (except when it's really crowded)

Loved this hotel. The facilities are very convenient. 24 hours gym & swimming pool by 10 pm. The breakfast is available by 10:30am. Nice venue for family.

It is good on normal occasions but poor only unique events

The equipment is novel, the service is very good, the counter staff can communicate in Chinese, the hotel can go directly to the MRT bugis station, the food street is on the way, and the supermarket is very convenient.

Very comfortable hotel worth staying in.

Went there for a one-day industry event. They use to have an access from Bugis Junction, but now it has been closed (only for hotel guest). The event is on the Ballroom, and refreshments are placed outside. A bit cramped in my opinion. Temperature is quite reasonable, but can be a bit warmer. They provided plastic bottles for participants for convenience, which I think they should use water jar of they care about environment

Incredible hotel with amazing stuff who pride themselves on exceptional service. I have stayed at this hotel many times and I feel very much at home. The appointments of the rooms are high quality. The hotel is very well maintained and the location in bugis is excellent. Marina bay Sands area is walkable and the MRT is a short 2 minute walk from the hotel undercover.

The club lounge food, beverage and service are all of a very high quality. Especially staff like Fonia who take pride in their work and a very conversational.

Book yourself a heritage room for a very special stay in a tradition Singaporean chophaus.

The hotel is accessible from Bugis, if you have the access card. Large and intricate for first time visitors, especially if you get a room tucked away somewhere in there.
The decor is decadent and comfortable, and festive around Christmas-New Year.

A beautiful hotel central to everything. Lovely decor, beds and pillows very comfortable. Mrt and shopping mall on your doorstep. Staff very friendly and helpful, quick to respond to any request. A good pool area as well. Would be very happy to come back.

The front door of this hotel is really quite inconspicuous if you're not driving.

Marvelous stay. Classy hotel in traditional style, very well maintained, near to shopping area and teansport like MRT, taxi, bus. Staff really amazing. Wish only that guests preserve dignity of Club area by not coming in flippers.

Amazing room and room view! Room is extremely spacious with a nice scent. Toilet and room are clean and fully furnished. Fruits are provided as well. Hotel is also easily accessible and in the heart of bugis, also has an entrance leading from bugis junction. The corridor is well-lit and beautiful. Staff service is A+ as well!

The service from reception (checkin, out) to in-room dining is very pleasant.

Good hotel in a great location in town - also next to a convenient shopping mall. The property is clean and bright, with plenty of places to relax or meet with family / friends. The pool is a little tired, but it's unlikely youre here for that. The staff are well meaning but not always on-the-ball. Food and beverage at the hotel is stellar, simple yet good. The hotel also has a great feeling of tranquility - a great characteristic of a hotel in such a busy city.

5 star service and facilities. Love the breakfast served with individual coffee brewer. Rooms are well furnished and decorated.

The Club Lounge is a good dish, but there is no other IC's enthusiasm and smile.

Very cozy, great experience . Room was clean and staffs was friendly. Wonderful buffet spread.

Came a few times, overall still good in these years. Only that their banquet dinner standard drop a lot and shortage of manpower. As a 5 star hotel, this is a very serious matter that should look into. Lastly their macarons is very tasty very nice.

Went to the Victoria bar for jazz. Awesome experience, good whiskey selection.

Located at Bugis, it is next to a shopping centre. Opposite the hotel has rows of shop houses serving excellent local food. Intercontinental hotel gives a cozy atmosphere and provides professional and friendly service

Colonial style building with beautiful architecture. The rooms have comfortable and attractive furnishings and are decorated extremely well. I particularly liked the very high roof in my room (I was in the cheapest club room available). There is also a range of restaurants, each serving a different cuisine.

Old property, but the rooms are of decent size. Little pricey compared to the property. It's well located right next to Bugis Street shopping.

The rooms are luxurious. Nice piscne, the staff is professional. The breakfast is hearty with fresh products. Good situation.

I don't normally write reviews but the service here is phenomenal and has completely changed my mind about hotel change selection. In the past I had always looked for a Marriott /SPG property but after staying here I will definitely reconsider.

The attentive staff and service levels provided are incredibly commendable. I managed to catch a bug on my long haul flight here and proceeded to become very ill. On my search to track down some water the hostess in the lounge saw I clearly was not feeling well and not only sent me up to my room with water, electrolytes, honey and lemon, but also had chicken broth and bread sent up! As a frequent global traveler I sincerely appreciate their attentive staff. When they make references to personal touches, they truly mean it!

Pleasant facilities, good location, excellent staff as a key differentiator. I would absolutely stay here again in the future!

Nice hotel in a great location. It's been around for a while and has a nice bar downstairs. I like their revamp of the open reception area with the cafe seating and what not. The evening performances from time to time is nice and the service is quite decent.
