Had a buffet lunch at asian cafe. Food was average and the waiting time for them to refill the food was quite long

The reception staff seems robotic and more concerned about running through procedures than listening to the guest when spoken to. Messed up key card when I have two back to back reservations resulting in being locked out after going back to hotel late at night.

nice room,nice view but if you want to stay in quiet hotel then dont choose this hotel as they have big inventory so you will see lots of people everywhere in the hotel area.

We travel as a family for years in the Southeast Asian region and have stayed in some top hotels. Everything was right at the Fairmont.
Everywhere we met friendly and very courteous staff who left nothing to be desired.
We had booked a suite on the 25th floor with a great view of Marina Bay. The view was unique !!
The beds and pillows were very good. Even sensitive people, who are burdened with back problems, found a restful sleep.
Breakfast was offered over Christmas in 4 different restaurants. Very varied and extremely tasty.
We will highly recommend this hotel and book again on our next visit.

Fairmont, a great cosmopolitan place. Worth all the hype!

A 5 star hotel that starts from the service of the receiving staff to the service and cleanliness is very satisfying.
I took 2 rooms with 1 twin bed room and 1 king size bed room. Up to 3 adults and 1 toddler. Rooms are spacious and comfortable.
The swimming pool is currently under renovation but can still be used. Hopefully later it will become increasingly good.
The hotel directly connects with Raffles City Mall making it very easy for dining and shopping choices.
I highly recommend this hotel and will stay again when going to Singapore again.

Attended my friend's wedding banquet, the staff were nice. The food taste awesome. The location is maximum 2 mins walk from the station. Damn luxurious!

Was there for a business meeting. Staff were generally quite friendly. Service was good. Convenient location due to its proximity to the mrt station and town area.

Unquestionably one of the very finest hotels in Singapore. Large rooms with balcony. Overall better than sister Swissotel. Immaculate service. Only negative is pool area feels slightly subpar and slightly grubby.

The rooms are not too spacious for fairmont class hotels, there are many menu choices for breakfast. Strategic location in the middle of the city

Incredibly rude staff at the gym and spa. Got yelled at for accidentally walking to men s changing room, when signage is not clear. Won t be returning.

Room was very nice, executive lounge also nice, however didn't have the intimate and welcoming feel some lounges do. The service was very good as well. Had a drink at Antidote though and among four people, half of the drinks came after the other two had finished their first round. Only gave $15 discount and no apology. Rest of staff were friendly, helpful, and very available for any requests. Also happily gave us complimentary late checkout.

Superb experience. A room with a magnificent view of the center which lights up at the start of the evening. Room and hotel cleanliness, exceptional staff and very good Spa. We were delighted!

Located near City Hall MRT station and Raffles City and Marina Centre and Suntec convention center. Revised to 5 stars after taking into consideration of the excellent services provided by the staff the cafe.

Amazing and good hotel, restaurants and shopping mall

Plenty of restaurants, plenty of shops & the atmosphere is fantastic.

Very noisy as they are in the middle of refurbishment.

Hotel staff very friendly, rooms are clean and comfortable. Not sure if Gold Club rooms are worth it, except that breakfast and dinner canapes (enough for a meal, really),and drinks are included. Don't live up to all the promises of specialised help and getting to know you personally over a week. The concierge downstairs knew me better as they couldn't even book tickets or give tourist advice, as promised in the brochures, in the club area.

Classy place just above a shopping mall, and within the vicinity of City Hall MRT. I was there to attend my annual company dinner, so am unable to comment on the rooms for this hotel. Dinner proper: no real wow factor. The servitors looked to be teenagers working part time, so no surprises on the service standards. More. Often than not they looked to be lost and overworked. The good thing is they tried their best and gave us fresh dishes after every item, so we do not have to mix it up between dishes.

Fairmont are great hosts. Took awesome care of us from checkin to checkout.

Had a 8 course sit-down chinese dinner at Fairmont for company's dinner and dance event. The ballroom was big and spacious, with a good and clear view of the stage. At the pre-event cocktail reception, staff was attentive when topping up snacks and offering drink. During the dinner, staff was actively topping up drinks and bringing us beer despite the bar being abit slow. The food was mediocre and not very memorable. Location is convenient as it is next to MRT.
