Beautiful hotel with a stunning view and swimming pool

Visited Lulu's Lounge and it has got to be one of the best bars in Singapore! The place has great character with dark plush couches and awesome cocktails. Love it!

The location is very good.
2115 is the best room in the room with a balcony

Food was good. Very fast service at the Edge. Spread was amazing. Just didn't like the design of the chairs since the armrest prevents us from pushing the chair in too much.

love it.....the executive lounge is awesome as night falls. rooms are nicely designed....many awesome hotels to choose from in singapore and this is no slouch....

Good hotel, nice big rooms. We had a family room for 4, unfortunately we had to wait until 16.00 until we could get into the room. A large bed and a sofa bed for 4 people was a bit short. The staff immediately added an extra bed, good service. We stayed at the Marina Bay Sands before, the Pan Pacific liked us much better.

Only got a chance to sit in the lobby for a bit, but it's so pretty and the drinks and food enticing. Will be back!

The lobby lounge has a great and cosy ambience. Check out the 3 hour wine buffet if you're there!

We stayed at the end of the year club lounge floor, but it is the best hospitality. There were a lot of Japanese staff, and the speed of fireworks from the restaurant's countdown and the starting point of the manager was great.

Ate buffet dinner at the Edge. Spread was fantastic. Maybe a little confused cos everything was everywhere. Rather than one continuous spread. Otherwise food, service atmosphere was great.

I was visiting Pan Pacific for Bang Bang. I wasn't happy that the club changes the concept because now that it is free entry. The club becomes 'full' (as they claimed, no one really knows the truth) early, and the receptionist just told us bluntly that we won't be able to get in because our gender ratio is bad (4 guys, 1 girl). I am quite upset by its new system.

Hop on hop off Where the bus starts. If you thought this location was good, you would have stayed here all the time ~ ^^

We stayed for three people for around 10,000 yen per person.
I was surprised by the spacious living room and bedroom, and the storage closet, bath and toilet and room size. The living room is large even if there are two sofas and a five-person table, and the cost performance is impressive.

Water pressure is better than Marina Bay Sands,
There is a staff who can speak Japanese as well.
I was satisfied.

Great service but pricy as hell. Bring loads of cash or make sure your credit cards has some spare change.

Theres much variety for the breakfast. Do remember to explore every corner of the restaurant to make sure you don't miss any goodies

The hotel is a really stunning experience! It s very clean and modern with a nice bar. The gym was small but the equipment had a good quality.
The location is also very good, as you have several malls and stores just next to the hotel.
In the room everything is on the newest standard and the bathroom extremely big and bright.
Also the staff was friendly and fast.

Hai Tian Lou was a good experience for taste and environment.

We had a deluxe room with a king bed. Staying for 3 nights in early June 2018. Location was great, staff were great (especially concierge answering all our questions) The bed was very lavish, big shopping centres nearby, transport readily available at our door step. Food and drinks were great but very expensive (as you would expect in a hotel in Singapore) One issue we had was our cards not working to gain access to lifts or room, but the issue was resolved immediately when I raised our concern. We personally would recommend staying here.

Edge restaurant food had a wide selection. Ambience suitable for social gatherings.

Best hotel by far in singapore. The service and professional attitude was displayed by all staff but the 2 standouts were Mila and Frankie!! well done!! pour me another drink !!

Went there for drinks and the bartenders were very friendly and accomodating.

Really enjoyed staying here. Close enough to walk to Singapore Flyer. Brilliant views - we upgraded to the bay side upon check-in, it was worth it. The bathroom was modern with a glass window into the bedroom that you can lower the blinds on, the whole room was nice, in fact. See if you can get a deal online.

Well situated location near mails and the city. Immaculately maintained

Had lunch at Keyaki. The food was superb. However waiting time was a little long.

One of the best hotels I have stayed in. Could even earlier in the room, as our flight in the morning arrived. Very clean, everything was good. The breakfast buffet is worth the money! Such a varied and large buffet is not often.

Had a training session in Ocean meeting room which was cosy and had coffee, TWG tea for refreshments. Lunch buffet at the Edge had a wide variety of cuisine on display and also special orders through a stick ordering system.

Went to the edge for a sumptuous buffet. Was not disappointed. Price was higher due to festive .

High end hotel in great location. Attended a meeting here during the week and meeting rooms were but difficult to find. Room was well equipped and espresso was provided during early morning. Lunch spread was generous with large variety of meat fish and veggie options. Fresh fruit and other desserts along with coffee and tea were served. Recommended

Tip: book direct on the site and your chances of getting upgraded and a late check out are higher.
