Very friendly service helpful to guests tips with attractions

Well-kept hotel in the center of Szczecin. Depending on the room you have a very good view over the city. The rooms are clean and well-maintained Breakfast was a bit crowded, I think the premises are a bit small to the amount of rooms well unterzubekommen. Under the sheets of the beds was a strange crackling bed sheet (allergy related?) This was very loud if you moved a bit. No quiet sleep! :(

This is amazing place with full accessibility for Disabled. Great food and breakfast good coffee and lovely hospitality. Currency exchange available. WiFi and other facilities available. Galaxy mall is near only 2 minutes and a range of products available.fish is available in variety.

The widespread bad habit of moral self-exaggeration also seems to have spread here. That is granted to you, if it helps with the better feeling. Luckily there are plenty of alternative hotels in the area with at least the same standard. Let's hope that in the future more wealthy guests stay away from you than you think you have won by this action.

I only used the underground car park, the price is PLN 5.50 per hour.

Radisson is not only a hotel, it is also a conference center. I used this option. Everything at the highest level. I would recommend.

Dear Ms. Niespodzianska, before we booked, I read through many reviews and I noticed that you write back to every guest. However, if you have already made this great effort then please insert something more individual and not just always insert the same text!
We booked by phone the same day we arrived and it was even cheaper than what was offered on the internet. The cleanliness of the room is really bad, so if you look closely you will understand what I mean. I was traveling with two small children and suddenly my baby boy had pretzel sticks in his hand that we didn't have with us, so they were left by the previous tenant. In addition, the glasses were not clean! Otherwise I find the staff very cool, not unfriendly. The wellness area small but nice! The breakfast extensive and tasty. Price-performance ratio completely ok!

My number 1 in Szczecin - quality of service, outstanding Renaissance restaurant, standard of rooms, various menu during breakfast, phenomenal conference room on the top floor and the same crew for several years makes the hotel services used both for business and privately.

However, for the fine hotel room price it was somewhat worn to look at. The rest of the hotel is okay. Good breakfast

But for some reason there are no slippers in the room.

Waitress Ewa has a problem remembering drinks for 4 people. The pianist terribly drowns out the guests. Moderately pleasant place.

Once the best hotel in Szczecin, now it's a bit of a mouse.

Radisson blu hotel is maybe a 4 star hotel we stayed 3 in the room and 3 small beds
The last time was 10 years ago
There was a double bed in king size or 2 beds in queen size and the beds were lovely soft and now they are very hard
The breakfast was plentiful the buns were very soft but otherwise ok
PS. Almost all Poles who are at work look angry whether it is the cashier or at the mark or in the restaurant

I recommend this place!!! Friendly service and comfortable rooms, plus a swimming pool and sauna for the price. Location in the city center. Fantastic

Great location, rooms well equipped. Fast and trouble-free service. Many amenities: breakfast in the room, on request laundry and dry cleaning or even snacks in the middle of the night. It is worth combining with a stay BALTICA WELLNESS SPA, which is located on the 2nd floor of the hotel. Breakfast is very varied, served until 11am. Spa treatments and saunas should be booked in advance to avoid disappointment with the lack of vacancies or dates. However, friendly and helpful staff and staff compensate for minor inconveniences. In general, I RECOMMEND !!!

I thought out and told the reception about the cons. very nice lady apologized and explained that the 2nd floor is freshly renovated and as part of the apology, the lady did not cancel me for the parking lot PLN 65.
So I recommend super nice service and everything is very nice and cozy.

Definitely an ok place. However, you have to set up handshakes all over and especially in their restaurant. Centrally located.

The standard of the hotel is mid-90s, in public areas. Rooms after renovation are at the appropriate level, although the lack of a safe in the business room is a mistake. In the bar, they turn off the light without warning even when the guest is still consuming. Even though a small soup costs PLN 38. No professionalism. Breakfasts are good, but it is better in other hotels of this chain.

The hotel has a great location, right in the center of Szczecin, where there is a shopping center and a full restaurant. It's close enough to Waly Chrobrego. The hotel has a SPA - that is, an additional relaxation between shopping :) The night club located near the hotel (FAMA) serves the guests DISCO Polo music, good drinks and provides great protection;)

The opinion concerns only the conference room on the ground floor, where I participated in the company meeting (ball). Room, decor, service, food, facilities (toilet, the use of the hotel lobby) and the location of the hotel made it one of the best events of this type in Szczecin, in which I participated. At the level of Szczecin, the place of prestige also added to the place itself. I recommend and congratulate such a professional approach to organizing this type of meetings.

Great location, high standard and very friendly and helpful staff. If you add a very comfortable bed, air conditioning in the room, tasty breakfasts and other amenities, we are drawing a picture of a place to come back to relax after an eventful day in Szczecin. Rooms with bathrooms very clean and spacious. For sure, we will stay there one more time. I recommend with a clear conscience!

Great location. Rooms are nice... quite, clean and have all amenities. Lots of scandinevian tourists...they drink a lot. Lol

Nice rooms, but not very good beds. Great breakfast buffet, but dull and tasteless dinner. The staff in the restaurant are really sweet and smiling, while the girls in the bar are so busy (too few at a time) that they don't smile - seems too stressed. On the 22nd floor good ice cream desserts and drinks, cheaper than in the bar, but a young staff who have no flair for customer care. Seems annoyed that you visit the cafe and you sit long before service comes.

Class stay. I'm not accustomed to camping as a camper, but here mattress instead mattress, cleanliness and no vermin and pests, eat me the breakfast. Gladly again.

The rooms are old and run-down, like the hallways carpet and interior. But there is what must be and you can easily have it cozy, and especially if it is at a cheap price. If the journey is with Scanreiser, the breakfast is really nice and the dinner is ok, where there is only one dish.
It is recommended to try the Renaissance restaurant, which is super good and also located in the hotel.
