A really high standard hotel. Great organization of the event and very good location in the city center.

I regret to say that the quality of service and the condition of the hotel do not reflect the price of a superior room - I definitely overpaid. The pluses include: the size of the room, its good soundproofing, comfortable bed and cleanliness. To the minuses: unopened windows !!, no electrical sockets next to the bed, no information about the hotel, its services, etc. in the room, one of the electrical sockets in the room malfunctioning, no possibility to turn off the air conditioning (the only option is removing the card from the reader). Breakfast is probably the weakest point, the same for 3 days, no variety, no salads.
Summarizing:
I do not recommend this hotel, for much less money you can find an atmospheric hotel with good breakfast.

Throughout the day you can enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of the sauna, indoor pool, massage. Nice cloud bar where you can enjoy a good view of the city. The hotel is centrally located to the mall with good brunch. There is a parking cellar attached to the hotel The hotel is recommended, especially if you are going to Szczecin for a few days

Great almost everything! There was only one bath in the room and it pulls down the rating. I can't use a bathtub because of handicap otherwise everything is great!

Great hotel and very clean! Even in the last corner of the meeting rooms no brown spots as you unfortunately see more and more often.

A nice hotel, a bit older than the one in Swinoujscie. A well-equipped gym where people enjoy exercising. The staff were friendly and some tried hard. We were also in the Balticspa, where you get a 10% discount as a guest of the Redisson. Worth it! Very good massage! I would always come back to linger.

Congress, interesting, well-organized, well-equipped rooms, tasty catering, pleasant hotel. Recommendable!!

Very exquisit hotel, price is still ok for what you can get there. Swimming pool, fitness gym (small) , perfect breakfast nice service of the personnel. I can recommend a stay there.

How can you cancel the room in such a short time due to a power failure?

I say it honestly and directly! Here is a place where you feel good! The team is very courteous, open and tolerant!
