Unpleasant service. incompetent and insulting employees who expose their guests to moral damages. I am a person who travels 90% of my time, but I have never encountered such a high lack of personal culture of employees. The worst service I have experienced. The hotel spoils its reputation with scandalous behavior and forces me to talk to my company, which in the future will no longer use the services of this jotel network around the world. Unfortunately, the level of service requires a lot of work to make the standard at least comparable to hotels in this standard range. The rooms do not impress, the internet leaves a lot to be desired, you should stock up on a personal internet.

Hotel is unfortunately very dirty and the staff more than rude. In addition, one is constantly harassed. Unfortunately there are many fake comments from child molesters.

The staff was not trained and after worse not friendly, the breakfast buffet would be man had the feeling they had blasphemed each other.
It was nice anyway, but Blu wasn't after.

For ten days of my stay at the hotel, it was undergoing renovation. Several hours of drilling behind the wall led to headaches. The security guard at the entrance repeatedly greeted me and my friends with the words "Where to?". My guess is that our lack of suits and briefcases prompted him to do so ... Situations that are unacceptable in a hotel of this standard.

The best thing with Radisson is the fully equipped gym. I would give the gym 3,5/5 not like home but will take you a long way.

Nicely furnished rooms, friendly service, varied breakfasts, swimming pool on site, great location. The small things on the plus side are an ice machine on each floor and a super soft floor covering.

If you don't want to be robbed, don't choose to pay in other currency than zlots. On a checkout we were offered to pay in euros or zlots. We choose euros in order to avoid bank commision fee but at the end we paid 5% more of total sum because they used terrible conversion rate where 1e=4zt and in most of the exchange officies 1e=4.19zt. That was really bad and ruined our all experience there. At least they could informed us about rate they are going to use before charging us so we could reconsider our choice. We expected fair game.

Radisson blue hotel is a nice place to stay, with opportunities to workout in fitness centers and swimming pool for free. The hotel also as a lovely bar on the top floor and a relaxing launce on the ground floor. The hotel is well placed with 1min walk from the big shopping center called galaxy

Stayed here three times for business and personal. Rooms are clean and lots of space. Breakfast was awesome with quite a selection for anything hot and cold. Staff was friendly. Gym and spa located in the hotel so it was great to enjoy a relaxing evening after a long day. Overall it was a very good hotel.

Nice hotel with a VERY good breakfast buffet. The rooms are clean and okay in size. The only small disadvantage is that you can hear the tram at night. But that's okay for the location. Doesn't really matter either.

As for a person who does not know Szczecin, the access to the parking lot is not very clear. For the next guests, advice to go towards the parking lots of the gallery and at the entrance height, on the right there is an entrance to the hotel car park. I consider the price of PLN 65 per night for approx. Breakfast at a good level. I recommend bacon. Heaven in mouth. Service przemi , when booking accommodation I asked for a cot, no answer. But after all, the cot was in the room. Rooms well soundproofed, good during air raids from Scandinavian countries who after 23:30 can express their satisfaction with the visit in our country. We could not use the sauna, gym and swimming pool, so I do not judge. See you soon.
