Hotel with light and shade, Sevice takes place as well as not at all. One is simply ignored, except for a few exceptions. Cleanliness leaves much to be desired. Equipment is already old. Spa area is unhygienic.

Christmas at the Radisson. Christmas tree in every corner. Glutenfree options. Blankets for tge smookers. The only thing missing was tge decaf option at events. Events seems to be Radissons bread and butter. Good parking facilities. Convenient for busses and lots of space. Christmas nights for 55 per person. December lunch menu includes smoked phesant for 2 courses 17.5 pp. Or 3 courses 23 pp

Arrived on a Saturday at 4 PM and our room was not available, we got train down so it was disappointing. We had a tight turnaround as needed to be back in the city for a game, so had to shower in the spa facilities. We were told our room would not be ready for some time which made no sense as it said we could check in from early afternoon onwards. Had to come back it the hotel after the game to check in before heading out to the city. By the time we got to our room it was around 9 PM, room was average. I doubt I'd stay again. We were comped a free breakfast, a nice gesture but ultimately, we would have preferred to have had the room ready on time as expected. I prob wouldn't stay again but the hotel was nice, staff friendly, etc.

Comfortable hotel. This hotel really cater for families with a kids club running activities every day. The kids have a building to themselves with pool table, games, and ps4 to keep them occupied. Dinner in the restaurant is outstanding with a good variety on the menu and the desserts range from salted caramel ice cream to lemon pie with raspberry coulis. The kids menu is generous and finished off with Eton mess is a great treat. The pool is not the biggest but more than enough to keep the little ones happy and for the grown ups you can head for the sauna, steam room, or outdoor hot tub with options such as heated bench and tropical showers you'll be spoiled for choice. The rooms are spacious, warm, with a big flat screen TV and wifi. The heated floor in the bathroom makes for comfortable showers and an another excuse to stand in front of the mirror ;)

Incredible hotel. We stayed here as we were traveling around the country. The staff was friendly and helpful. The spa services seemed reasonable but we did not have time to utilize them. The have a restaurant and a bar that serves food. Both were really good. Convenient to other things in the area. Great place to stay.

Lovely hotel with very friendly and helpful staff. A few things would help improve the experience like having more info on day trips, especially those that offer pick up/drop off at the hotel. It would be nice if they offered either complimentary or hired bikes to explore the local area, woodlands etc. I was surprised that this wasn't available - staff also seemed surprised even by the question! It would also be great if they had access to the spa from bedrooms so save you waltzing past the open plan restaurant in your robe. But perhaps these additions would move it into the 5 star hotel category. However these are just suggestions not complaints. We had a lovely experience, nice spa and got a free bump up to business class room on check in - which had a nepresso machine. Loved that :)

Visited the Rain Spa and Leisure Centre with my sister. We booked afternoon tea beforehand for 1pm. We both were called by your hotel to confirm this time. When we arrived we were told we were booked in for half past 1. We booked in for 1pm as we wanted to enjoy the leisure facilities before our spa treatments. A very experienced female member of bar staff/waitress set up our table very fast (Thankfully) and looked after us. I have to say she was absolutely a credit to ye. I myself have been a waitress for 5 years and my sister has been a chef for over 16 years. We asked for more sandwiches as unfortunately the selection was extremely low for the price charged. We were told the head chef would have to charge extra to make some up. Again, we work in the service industry. The plates were cold...we could tell that the sandwiches were made up that morning. Typically for afternoon tea the sandwiches are made fresh and the desserts are the only ones refrigerated as the bread gets soggy. Overall this was poor and a disservice to ye, we ve been to afternoon tea in Adare and Castletroy so I d advice ye to take notes if ye want return customers for this. Again, the waitress/bartender did her upmost to make up for this.

In the Rain Spa I had Diane as my therapist. She honestly was fantastic. She was so reassuring, my skin feels fantastic and I ll 100% be back again as it is well worth the money and the girls are so professional. I have combination and sensitive skin so I find it very difficult to have my skin feeling this good. Highly recommend to anyone who needs a break away from stress. Thank you for the wonderful treat of a day
Kind regards
Laura

We had to ring reception to ask for extra towels three times before they arrived! I phoned the one touch service to ask for the complimentary homemade lemonade and it never arrived. I said it to the receptionist and she said they had sent it to the wrong room! Other than this the breakfast was great had the staff were friendly and courteous. The playground is great for kids.

Hotel was nice but a shame about the quench bar was a real let down 3 staff behind the bar and took far to long to get a drink my partner asked bar man for a cocktail menu the response was can't find one then was asked for some crisps as food had stopped they said we don't have any. Didn't feel welcome in the bar at all so we went to the room and ordered 2 toasted sandwiches which cost 13 euro didn't mint the price but the toast was cold no butter and just like rubber would not be going out of my way to stay here again a real shame
